The working method of the closed safety detection system for detecting the battery of the new energy battery car in the embodiment is as follows:

6): at the same time, the exhaust gas treatment control module instructs the exhaust gas treatment mechanism 42 to open the exhaust valve to discharge the exhaust gas generated in the test process through the exhaust gas discharge pipe 421, and to take a beat to the exhaust gas treatment device 422 for exhaust gas treatment;
7): in the working process, the pressure inside the control cover 23 can be regulated through the pressure relief hole 236, namely, the pressure relief control module controls the pressure relief valve to open and close, so that the pressure relief hole 236 discharges gas into the waste gas discharge pipe 421 for pressure relief treatment;
8): meanwhile, in the working process, the temperature and humidity sensor 237 detects the temperature and humidity inside the control cover 23, detected data are transmitted to the controller module, the detected data are analyzed through the data processing module in the controller module, and then the temperature and humidity inside the control cover 23 are adjusted through the temperature and humidity control device 10 according to the detected data;
10): the pressure inside the control cover 23 can be detected by a pressure detection sensor, and the pressure inside the control cover 23 can be adjusted by a vacuum pump according to the region of the experiment.

the back plate driving mechanism (211), the push rod driving mechanism (221), the detecting mechanism (6), the lighting system (233), the optical camera (234), the infrared temperature detector (235), the fire extinguishing mechanism (41) and the waste gas treatment mechanism (42) are all connected with the control device (8); the control cover (23) is provided with a pressure relief hole (236), the pressure relief hole (236) is provided with a pressure relief valve, the pressure relief hole (236) is communicated with the waste gas discharge pipe (421), and the pressure relief valve is connected with the control device (8);
the detection mechanism (6) is internally provided with a pressure sensor (61) and a distance detector (62), the back plate (21) is provided with a group of grooves for installing the detection mechanism (6), and the pressure sensor (61) and the distance detector (62) are both installed in the grooves and fixed through an installation seat;
the working method of the closed safety detection system for detecting the batteries of the new energy battery car is as follows:

3): then analyzing the received data through a data processing unit in the controller module to obtain experimental data of the extrusion or puncture process, and transmitting the analyzed result to a display mechanism;
4): in the process of driving the push rod (22) by the push rod driving mechanism (221), the control device (8) is used for adjusting the throttle valve (2214) and the pressure regulator (2215), so that the running speed of the push rod (22) and the pressure in the extrusion or puncture process can be adjusted;
5): after the push rod (22) completes the collision test, the fire extinguishing control module commands the fire extinguishing mechanism (41) to open the control valve for fire extinguishing treatment;
