wherein the top cover (2) is provided with a controller (30) and a mobile phone charging interface (42), the input end of the controller (30) is connected with the output end of the liquid level sensor (27), the output end of the controller (30) is respectively connected with the input ends of the first fan (9), the electrostatic dust collector (10), the second fan (14), the atomization humidifier (23), the oxygen generator (24) and the first ultraviolet lamp (43), the storage battery (11) is electrically connected with the controller (30), the first fan (9), the electrostatic dust collector (10), the second fan (14), the atomization humidifier (23), the liquid level sensor (27), the oxygen generator (24), the mobile phone charging interface (42) and the first ultraviolet lamp (43) respectively.
