The invention relates to a street lamp, in particular to a multifunctional dust-absorption LED street lamp.
Background
The street lamp illuminates the advancing direction for people walking at night, and the street lamp removes the fear of people to the dark in front of the road. The street lamp provides convenience for our life. However, conventional light bulbs are susceptible to failure due to their useful life, their own mass, and the like. The novel LED lamp has the advantages of long service life and energy-saving lamp, and is being widely applied by people. Therefore, the multifunctional dust-collecting LED street lamp is designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a multifunctional dust-absorption LED street lamp which has the beneficial effects that the LED street lamp not only can illuminate a road, but also can absorb raised dust on the road into a dust collector in a lamp holder by generating suction force through the rotation of an impeller in the lamp holder, so that the dust content in the air is reduced.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention relates to a street lamp, in particular to a multifunctional dust-absorption LED street lamp which comprises a connecting pipe mechanism, a lamp holder, a motor mechanism, a supporting plate, a pressure reduction groove, a door covering mechanism, a lamp shade, a vertical shaft mechanism, a filter screen mechanism, a dust collection groove and a partition screen mechanism.
The connecting pipe mechanism consists of a lampshade joint, a connecting pipe and a lamp holder joint; the lampshade joint is positioned at the left end of the connecting pipe, and the lower part of the lampshade joint is fixed with the lampshade through screws; the left side of the connecting pipe is bent downwards by ninety degrees and is fixed with the lampshade joint; the lamp holder joint is positioned on the right side of the connecting pipe, and the lower part of the lamp holder joint is fixed with the lamp holder through screws;
the lamp bracket consists of a joint, a motor base, an outlet of the dust collecting groove, an air outlet, a threaded through hole, a filter screen base and a clapboard base; the joint is positioned at the upper part of the lamp holder and is fixed with the connecting pipe mechanism through a screw; the motor base is positioned at the upper part of the right side of the lamp holder and is fixed with the motor mechanism through screws; the outlet of the ash collecting groove is positioned at the lower part of the right side of the lamp holder, and the outlet of the ash collecting groove is rectangular; the air outlets are positioned at the lower part of the lamp holder, the direction of the air outlets is inclined downwards, eight groups of air outlets are arranged, and each group comprises two air outlets; the threaded through holes are positioned in the middle of the lamp holder, two groups of threaded through holes are arranged, and four threaded through holes are arranged in each group; the filter screen seat is positioned in the lamp holder, a threaded hole is processed in the upper part of the filter screen seat, and the upper part of the filter screen seat is contacted with the filter screen mechanism; the partition board seat is positioned at the lower part of the lamp holder, a threaded hole is processed at the lower part of the partition board seat, and the lower part of the partition board seat is contacted with the partition board net mechanism;
the motor mechanism consists of a motor helical gear, a motor shaft, a motor and a fixing frame; the motor bevel gear is positioned on the left side of the motor shaft, and the lower part of the motor bevel gear is meshed with the vertical shaft bevel gear; the left side of the motor shaft is fixed with the electromechanical gear, and the right side of the motor shaft is connected with the motor; the motor is positioned on the right side of the lamp holder, and the middle part of the motor is welded with the fixed frame; the number of the fixing frames is four, through holes are processed in the middle of the fixing frames, and the fixing frames are fixed on the lamp bracket through screws;

The first embodiment is as follows:
the present invention relates to a street lamp, and more particularly to a multifunctional dust-absorption LED street lamp, which comprises a connecting pipe mechanism 1, a lamp holder 2, a motor mechanism 3, a support plate 4, a pressure-reducing tank 5, a cover door mechanism 6, a lamp shade 7, a vertical shaft mechanism 8, a filter screen mechanism 9, an ash-collecting tank 10, and a partition screen mechanism 11, and is described with reference to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13.
The connecting pipe mechanism 1 consists of a lampshade joint 1-1, a connecting pipe 1-2 and a lamp holder joint 1-3; the lampshade connector 1-1 is positioned at the left end of the connecting pipe 1-2, and the lower part of the lampshade connector 1-1 is fixed with the lampshade 7 through screws; the connecting pipe 1-2 is cylindrical, the left side of the connecting pipe 1-2 is bent downwards by ninety degrees, and the left side of the connecting pipe 1-2 is fixed with the lampshade connector 1-1; the lamp holder joint 1-3 is positioned at the right side of the connecting pipe 1-2, and the lower part of the lamp holder joint 1-3 is fixed with the lamp holder 2 through screws; the connecting pipe mechanism 1 is used for supporting the lampshade 7 and forming an air channel;

Because the upper part of the lamp holder 2 is communicated with the inside of the connecting pipe mechanism 1, the air pressure inside the connecting pipe mechanism 1 is lower than the atmospheric pressure. The left side of the connecting pipe mechanism 1 is fixed with the lampshade 7, and the inside of the connecting pipe mechanism 1 is communicated with the space between the inner cover 7-4 and the outer cover 7-1 of the lampshade 7, so that the inside of the lampshade 7 is in negative pressure. Since the external atmospheric pressure is greater than the internal atmospheric pressure of the lamp housing 7, the external air flows into the lamp housing 7 and enters the lamp holder 2 through the connection pipe mechanism 1. The air continues to move downwards under the action of the fan blades 8-4, and larger particles are primarily filtered by the filter screen mechanism 9. The air continues to move downwards, the air pressure is reduced after the throttling action of the decompression slot 5, and most of dust is filtered after the air flows through the dust collecting net 10-2 at the lower part of the dust collecting slot 10. The air continues to move downwards, passes through the partition net mechanism 11 and then flows out of the air outlets 2-4;

The principle of dust collection and filtration is as follows: the fan blades 8-4 rotate, and negative pressure is generated at the upper parts of the fan blades 8-4. The air continues to move downwards under the action of the fan blades 8-4, and larger particles are primarily filtered by the filter screen mechanism 9. The air continues to move downwards, the air pressure is reduced after the throttling action of the decompression slot 5, and most of dust is filtered after the air flows through the dust collecting net 10-2 at the lower part of the dust collecting slot 10. The air continues to move downwards, passes through the partition net mechanism 11 and then flows out of the air outlets 2-4.
