Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a spacecraft structure and a mechanism, in particular to a rope fixing device for repeatedly dismounting and mounting a spacecraft mechanism, which is suitable for the fields of mechanisms, structures and the like with ropes applied to spacecrafts such as satellites.
Background
With the development of spacecraft technology, the movable parts adopted on the spacecraft are becoming more and more extensive, and the requirement of using flexible ropes as actuating mechanisms is also coming along with the development of the spacecraft technology, such as using ropes as actuating elements to realize related functions of mechanism driving and the like or using flexible ropes to perform frequency adjustment, flexible accessory unfolding and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The above technical problems put demands on the reliability and manufacturability of the attachment of the ropes on the spacecraft. Therefore, the invention designs the rope fixing device for the repeatable disassembly and assembly of the spacecraft mechanism from the aspects of product applicability, rope flexibility characteristics, connection use modes and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a rope fixing device for a spacecraft mechanism capable of being repeatedly disassembled and assembled consists of a fixing bottom plate, a rope mounting block, a pressing bush, a rope and a rope mounting block screw fastener; the lower bottom surface of the rope mounting block and the fixed bottom plate form a repeatable dismounting state through a screw, a rope mounting groove is processed on the rope mounting block, and the rope mounting groove is L-shaped; rope one end links to each other through compressing tightly the bush and forming confined ring with the rope body, and the confined ring cover is gone into rope installation piece, the joint is in the rope mounting groove.
Preferably, the rope mounting groove is smooth and round, so that the tail end of the rope cannot be damaged in the actions of rotating or tensioning after being fixed.
Preferably, two sides of the rope mounting groove are respectively arranged on the side surface and the bottom surface of the rope mounting block.
Preferably, the width of the rope mounting groove may be designed in terms of rope diameter +0.5mm, and the height of the rope mounting groove is designed in a range of 3 to 5 times the rope diameter.
The device can realize repeated disassembly, assembly and fixation of the rope in the spacecraft mechanism, does not need repeated compression on a hoop at the tail end of the rope and cutting of the rope every time of disassembly and assembly, and ensures that the length of the rope is not changed, thereby realizing the manufacturability and reliability of the rope fixation and disassembly and assembly.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications can be made by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a rope fixing device for a spacecraft mechanism to be repeatedly disassembled and assembled, the fixing device is composed of a fixing bottom plate 1, a rope mounting block 2, a pressing bush 3, a rope 4 and a rope mounting block screw fastener; the lower bottom surface of the rope mounting block 2 and the fixed bottom plate 1 form a repeatable dismounting state through a screw, a rope mounting groove 5 is processed on the rope mounting block, the rope mounting groove 5 is L-shaped, two edges are respectively arranged on the side surface and the bottom surface of the rope mounting block 2, and two mounting holes are symmetrically arranged on the bottom surface of the rope mounting block 2 along the bottom edge of the L-shaped groove; rope 4 one end links to each other with the rope body through compressing tightly bush 3 and forms the confined ring, and the confined ring cover is gone into rope installation piece 2, and the joint is in the rope mounting groove.
Preferably, the rope mounting groove is smooth and round, so that the tail end of the rope cannot be damaged in the actions of rotating or tensioning after being fixed. The width of the rope mounting groove can be designed according to the diameter of the rope plus 0.5mm, and the height of the rope mounting groove is designed in the range of 3 times to 5 times of the diameter of the rope
At present, the device is applied to a frequency increasing mechanism on a certain spacecraft, and the function of the device meets the use requirement and reaches the design index.
As shown in fig. 3-5, in the present embodiment, during installation, the end ring of the rope is sleeved on the joint end face of the rope installation block and placed in the groove accommodation area, and after the installation block is screwed and fixed with the fixed bottom plate, the installation and fixation of the rope are completed; when the rope is dismantled each time, rope installation piece 2 is dismantled from PMKD 1 earlier, and the rope end ring is taken out from rope installation piece slot accommodation area to draw out the joint terminal surface of rope installation piece from the rope end ring, accomplish whole demolishs the process.
