Abstract

本发明是利用低温余热循环发电,与吸收式热泵耦合,利用工业余热作为发电的动力源,发电后的工质进入冷凝器,冷凝器利用吸收式热泵降温,通过工业余热驱动吸收式热泵为工质降温,获得的高温热用于供暖,获得电力用于生产。

技术领域
本发明属于工业余热回收领域,涉及一种吸收式冷凝的工业余热回收系统。
背景技术
国家大力提倡余热回收,清洁能源供暖,但大部分的清洁能源成本较高,例如天然气、电这类高品位能源,利用这种高品位能源来供暖是对能源的极大浪费,而工业余热是最有价值的清洁能源,因供热所需的热量温度要求不高,大部分的工业余热都可满足。而通常的工业余热回收技术仅仅将高温余热回收,低温余热依旧需要冷却后才可进行利用,冷却余热还需要消耗部分电能与水资源。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是:利用低温余热循环发电,与吸收式热泵耦合,利用工业余热作为发电的动力源,发电后的工质进入冷凝器,冷凝器利用吸收式热泵降温,通过工业余热驱动吸收式热泵为工质降温,获得的高温热用于供暖,获得电力用于生产。
本发明采用的技术方案是:吸收式冷凝的工业余热回收系统包括:工质发电机、吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵、冷凝器,工质泵、蒸发器、用热户,工业余热分别连接蒸发器、吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵,蒸发器连接工质发电机,工质发电机连接冷凝器,冷凝器连接工质泵,形成发电主循环,吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵与用热户连接用于供热;
所述主循环中使用吸收式热泵为冷凝器当中冷凝水降温,工业余热直接驱动吸收式热泵,做工后的余热作为电驱动热泵的低温余热,二次降温后重新输送回工厂;
所述工质选用CO2,工质泵用于CO2在系统内形成循环,工质发电机选用CO2发电机组。
本发明的有益效果是:发明采用CO2作为发电设备的工质,热量的吸收与释放速度快,在发电的同时还可将低温热用户供暖,余热利用效果好。

具体实施方式
一种吸收式冷凝的工业余热回收系统,工业余热1、蒸发器2、工质泵3、吸收式热泵4、工质发电机5、热用户6、冷凝器7、电驱动热泵8;所述工业余热1将工业余热分别输送到蒸发器2与吸收式热泵4,作为吸收式热泵4的驱动热源,驱动热源降温后输送到电驱动热泵8,通过点驱动热泵8降温后输送回工业余热1,工业余热输送到蒸发器2部分用于加热CO2工质,CO2工质输送到工质发电机5,做工后的CO2呈气态,仍有一定的温度,并需要冷凝,输送到冷凝器7,冷凝器与吸收式热泵连接,作为吸收式热泵4的低温热源,吸收式热泵4、电驱动热泵8获取的热源用于输送到热用户6,为其供暖,冷凝器冷却后的CO2工质利用工质泵3,重新输送到蒸发器2,为工业余热1降温。

1.本发明提出一种吸收式冷凝的工业余热回收系统,系统包括:工质发电机、吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵、冷凝器,工质泵、蒸发器、用热户,工业余热分别连接蒸发器、吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵,蒸发器连接工质发电机,工质发电机连接冷凝器,冷凝器连接工质泵,形成发电主循环,吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵与用热户连接用于供热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收式冷凝的工业余热回收系统,其特点在于主循环中使用吸收式热泵为冷凝器当中冷凝水降温,工业余热直接驱动吸收式热泵,做工后的余热作为电驱动热泵的低温余热,二次降温后重新输送回工厂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收式冷凝的工业余热回收系统,其特点在于工质选用CO2,工质泵用于CO2在系统内形成循环,工质发电机选用CO2发电机组。
