As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a soundproof door for a soundproof room according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an inner panel 10, an outer panel 11, and a connecting member 12 connected between the inner panel 10 and the outer panel 11, wherein the inner and outer panels 10 and 11 are spaced apart by a distance by the connecting member 12, thereby forming an inner chamber 13 between the inner and outer panels 10 and 11. The soundproof door of the anechoic chamber further comprises a sealing device 150 arranged in the inner cavity 13, and the sealing device 150 comprises a first sealing component 160 arranged in the upper cavity 21 and connected with the upper cross plate 14, a second sealing component 170 arranged in the left cavity 22 and connected with the left vertical plate 15, a third sealing component 180 arranged in the lower cavity 23 and connected with the lower cross plate 16, and a fourth sealing component 190 arranged in the right cavity 24 and connected with the right vertical plate 17.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to provide sufficient sound insulation for the walls and ceiling of the sound-deadening room, the sound-deadening room generally adopts a "house-in-house" structure, i.e., a double-layer structure, and most of the sound-deadening room is a brick wall for the outer wall 2, a reinforced concrete wall for the inner wall 3, and a passage or an air space is provided between the walls. The soundproof door 1 of the present invention is preferably installed on the inner wall 3, and since the lockable ordinary door 4 is also installed on the outer wall 2, the soundproof door can be closed by friction force by only installing door handles on the inner and outer door panels without installing a door lock. If the door lock needs to be installed, referring to fig. 3, the installation position 18 of the door lock can be reserved at the left vertical plate 15, and the second sealing assembly 170 is divided into an upper part and a lower part.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the following describes a specific structure of the sealing device 150, taking the soundproof door structure without door lock as an example:
the first sealing assembly 160 includes a first guiding post 161 connected to the upper cross plate 14, a first spring 162 sleeved on the first guiding post 161, a first guiding plate 163 slidably coupled to the first guiding post 161, and a first sealing member 164 disposed on the first guiding plate 163. The number of the first guide posts 161 is one or more, in this embodiment 3, each of the first guide posts 161 is sleeved with a first spring 162, and the first guide posts 161 are inserted into the first guide holes 165 of the first guide plate 163, so that the first guide plate 163 can move along the first guide posts 161. The first spring 162 has opposite ends respectively abutting against the first guide plate 163 and the upper cross plate 14, and provides a force for moving the first guide plate 161 upward. The first seal 164 partially protrudes above the upper edges of the inner and outer door panels 10, 11 when the first spring 162 is in its natural state, preferably 3 to 5 mm. The first sealing member 164 is made of a material having a good sound insulation property, such as rubber, sound-absorbing cotton, or the like.
The second sealing assembly 170 includes a second guiding post 171 connected to the left vertical plate 15, a second spring 172 fitted over the second guiding post 171, a second guiding plate 173 slidably coupled to the second guiding post 171, and a second sealing member 174 disposed on the second guiding plate 173. The number of the second guiding columns 171 is one or more, in this embodiment, 5, each second guiding column 171 is sleeved with a second spring 172, and the second guiding column 171 is inserted into the second guiding plate 173, so that the second guiding plate 173 can move along the second guiding column 171. The second spring 172 abuts against the second guide plate 173 and the left vertical plate 15 at both ends thereof, and provides a force for moving the second guide plate 171 leftward. The second seal 174 partially protrudes to the left of the inner and outer door panels 10, 11 when the second spring 172 is in its natural state, preferably 3 to 5 mm. The second sealing member 174 is made of a material having a good sound insulation property, such as rubber, sound-absorbing cotton, or the like.
The third sealing assembly 180 includes a third guiding column 181 connected to the lower cross plate 16, a third spring 182 sleeved on the third guiding column 181, a third guiding plate 183 slidably coupled to the third guiding column 181, and a third sealing member 184 disposed on the third guiding plate 183. The number of the third guiding columns 181 is one or more, in this embodiment, 3, each third guiding column 181 is sleeved with a third spring 182, and the third guiding column 181 is inserted into a third guiding plate 183, so that the third guiding plate 183 can move along the third guiding column 181. The third spring 182 has opposite ends respectively abutting against the third guide plate 183 and the lower cross plate 16, and provides a force for moving the third guide plate 181 downward. In the natural state of the third spring 182, the third seal 184 partially protrudes below the inner and outer door panels 10, 11, preferably 3 to 5 mm. The third sealing member 184 is made of a material having a good sound insulation property, such as rubber, sound-absorbing cotton, or the like.
The fourth sealing assembly 190 includes a fourth guiding column 191 connected to the right riser 17, a fourth spring 192 fitted over the fourth guiding column 191, a fourth guiding plate 193 slidably coupled to the fourth guiding column 191, and a fourth sealing member 194 disposed on the fourth guiding plate 193. The number of the fourth guiding columns 191 is one or more, in this embodiment, 5, each fourth guiding column 191 is sleeved with a fourth spring 192, and the fourth guiding column 191 is inserted into the fourth guiding plate 193, so that the fourth guiding plate 193 can move along the fourth guiding column 191. The fourth spring 192 abuts the fourth guide plate 193 and the right riser 17 at both ends thereof, and provides a force for moving the fourth guide plate 191 to the right. When the fourth spring 192 is in its natural state, the fourth seal 194 partially protrudes to the right of the inner and outer door panels 10, 11, preferably 3 to 5 mm. The fourth sealing member 194 is made of a material having a good sound insulation property, such as rubber, sound absorbing cotton, or the like.
As shown in fig. 5, when the soundproof door is closed, the first sealing member 164 presses the upper side 201 of the door frame 200, the second sealing member 174 presses the left side 202 of the door frame 200, the third sealing member 184 presses the lower side 203 of the door frame 200, and the fourth sealing member 194 presses the lower side 204 of the door frame 200, so that the periphery of the soundproof door is closely fitted to the periphery of the door frame, and the soundproof effect is greatly improved. Preferably, the lower side 203 of the door frame 200 is slightly above the ground to prevent the third sealing member 184 from contacting the ground to cause abrasion and make opening and closing of the door unsmooth. Chamfers 166 (see fig. 4) may also be provided at both ends of each seal 164 to facilitate pressing in each seal. The sound insulation layer 205 made of sound insulation material, such as rubber or sound insulation cotton, can be arranged on the inner side of the door frame 200, so that the matching is more compact, and the sound insulation effect is enhanced.
According to the soundproof door for the anechoic chamber, when the soundproof door is closed, the sealing device can automatically form sealing with the periphery of the door frame, so that the soundproof effect and the acoustic performance of the anechoic chamber are greatly improved.
