The main component of the passivation bath solution, nano-plating solution, was replaced with chromate in the same amount as in example 2, and other parameters and treatment steps were the same as in example 2.
The performance tests of the profiles obtained by comparing the examples 2-4 of the present invention with the comparative examples are shown in the following table one:

As can be seen from the table I, the adhesive force and the corrosion resistance of the section bars obtained by the treatment of the examples 2 to 4 are better than those of the section bars obtained by the treatment of the comparative example, and the section bars have more excellent water resistance; from the test results of the examples 2 to 4, the sectional materials obtained by the production process provided by the invention have strong adhesive force, corrosion resistance and water resistance, the hardness of the paint film formed on the surface also reaches more than 3H, and the paint film has uniform, bright and colorful colors. Among them, example 2 is a preferred example in the present invention.
In conclusion, under the passivation treatment of the passivation process parameters provided by the invention, the colorless passivation film is formed on the surface of the section bar, the colloid of the passivation film is compact, the film thickness is uniform, the passivation film has excellent corrosion resistance, and the passivation film can have good adhesive force with the base layer of the section bar and the electrophoretic paint film; meanwhile, by adjusting the electrophoretic paint of the electrophoresis tank and the operation method, two high-energy consumption processes of anodic oxidation and coloring are omitted, energy consumption and cost are saved, the discharge of waste water is reduced, the processed section bar has stable quality, the corrosion resistance of a surface film layer is high, the weather resistance is long, the surface color is multiple, and the selectivity of home decoration materials is high.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for explaining the present invention, and do not constitute any limitation to the present invention. wherein, the degreasing oil-removing tank comprises the following components: free acid point: 15-70, aluminum ion concentration: less than 3.5g/L, bath temperature: 0-40 ℃, degreasing time: 2-5 min;
analyzing the free acid once by a laboratory technician every 3-4 hours, measuring aluminum ions once every day, adjusting by a technician according to an analysis result, irregularly cleaning oil stains on a liquid surface, and determining whether to pour a tank or replace tank liquor according to an oil removal effect, the surface brightness of the section bar, the cleanliness and the material passing amount; pouring the bath at least once every month, pouring the bath solution once when the excess amount of the produced bath solution is 1-2 months (2000T) and replacing the bath solution when the excess amount of the produced bath solution is 4 months (5000T) according to the detection results of the aluminum dots and the free acid;
(3) acid pickling
Putting the section bar treated in the step (2) into an acid washing tank, and further removing oil stains and an oxidation film on the surface of the section bar; and the pickling tank internal tank liquid comprises the following components: free acid point: 20-70, aluminum ion: less than 3.5g/L, bath temperature: room temperature, acid washing time: 2.5-5 min; analyzing the free acid once every 3-4 hours, measuring aluminum ions once every day, adjusting by a technician according to an analysis result, irregularly cleaning oil stains on a liquid level, and determining whether to pour the tank or replace the tank liquid according to an oil removal effect, the surface brightness of the section bar, the cleanness and the excess material amount; pouring the tank at least once every month, pouring the tank liquor once every month when the excess material amount is 1-2 months (2000T), and replacing the tank liquor when the excess material amount is 4 months (5000T) according to the detection results of the aluminum points and the free acid; (4) three-way pure water series cleaning

wherein: the conductivity of the first pure water is less than 1500 us/cm;
the conductivity of the second pure water is less than or equal to 200 us/cm; a pH of greater than or equal to 4.5;
the conductivity of the third pure water is less than or equal to 80us/cm, and the PH is greater than or equal to 5.0;
analyzing whether the PH and the conductivity of the secondary pure water are qualified or not every time, and if the parameters of the pure water are unqualified, replacing the pure water with qualified PH and conductivity;
(5) passivation of

(6) main tank electrophoresis
