本发明公开了一种利用APG‑烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂,按重量份其由以下组分组成:APG‑烷基多苷6‑7份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚11‑14份,三氯乙烯0.8‑0.9份,羟基羧酸1.1‑1.2份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2‑4份,氮川三乙酸0.5‑0.8份,聚环氧琥珀酸1‑2份,SAS‑仲烷基磺酸钠0.5‑0.8份,氢氟醚0.5‑0.8份,海藻泥2‑5份,去离子水35‑45份。本发明制备的清洗剂不仅对操作者无害,而且其清洗剂不会出现微粒化颗粒附着于清洗对象上,不会造成清洗后其性能下降,而且其对清洗物的防腐蚀性能大大增加,清洗效果显著,经久耐用,是一种价格合理且性价比高的环保型清洗剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子元件清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用APG-烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂。
背景技术
在电子产品的生产加工制备过程中,由于电子产品精度及技术要求,需要对其产品进行加工清洗,比如对ULSI衬底、电子玻璃及LCD等表面上的金属离子、有机、无机杂志和固体粒子等进行清洗,均需要使用大量的清洗剂,传统的电子行业使用的清洗剂含有大量破坏臭氧层物质,如三氟三氯乙烷和1、1、1-三氯乙烷等,随着《中国清洗行业ODS整体淘汰计划》的实施,这类清洗剂将被淘汰,取而代之的是环保型的清洗剂。现有电子材料清洗剂生产成本相对较高,且含有的硅酸钠、碳酸钠盐类会对环境造成一定污染,同时清洗效力一般,采用该类清洗剂清洗后的部件会出现锈蚀现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用APG-烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种利用APG-烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂,按重量份其由以下组分组成:APG-烷基多苷6-7份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚11-14份,三氯乙烯0.8-0.9份,羟基羧酸1.1-1.2份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2-4份,氮川三乙酸0.5-0.8份,稳定剂1-2份,SAS-仲烷基磺酸钠0.5-0.8份,氢氟醚0.5-0.8份,有机溶剂2-5份,去离子水35-45份。

所述氢氟醚为含C5~C10的氟代氢氟醚或其混合物。
所述稳定剂为含C2-C7的氟代醇或其混合物。
所述有机溶剂为乙醇、丙酮二种的混合物,乙醇重量百分比为50%~80%,丙酮重量百分比为20%~50%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的电缆材料抗老化、耐腐蚀性能,耐撞击,且力学性能极为优异,制品硬度与韧性均较高,通过添加适量的轻质碳酸钙、海泡石粉、黄麻纤维及凹凸棒土协同作为填充增强材料,可进一步增强制品抗老化与力学性能,适于在船舶环境。

一种利用APG-烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂,按重量份其由以下组分组成:APG-烷基多苷6份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚11份,三氯乙烯0.8份,羟基羧酸1.1份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,氮川三乙酸0.5份,稳定剂1份,SAS-仲烷基磺酸钠0.5份,氢氟醚0.5份,有机溶剂2份,去离子水35份。
实施例2

5.根据权利要求1所述一种利用APG-烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂,其特征在于,所述氢氟醚为含C5~C10的氟代氢氟醚或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种利用APG-烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为含C2-C7的氟代醇或其混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种利用APG-烷基多苷改性的电子材料除锈清洗剂,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为乙醇、丙酮二种的混合物,乙醇重量百分比为50%~80%,丙酮重量百分比为20%~50%。
