Abstract
The invention provides synthetic water-soluble industrial gear oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the synthetic water-soluble industrial gear oil is prepared by mixing 100 parts of water-soluble polyether by weight, and adding 20-30% of the total amount of the water-soluble polyether into a product kettle for preheating to 75-90 ℃; metering the antifriction and antirust additive and the copper corrosion inhibitor into a product kettle, and stirring at constant temperature for 25-35 min until the antifriction and antirust additive and the copper corrosion inhibitor are completely dissolved; and (3) metering and pumping the residual water-soluble polyether into a product kettle, sequentially metering and adding the high-temperature antioxidant, the extreme-pressure anti-wear additive, the chlorinated paraffin hydrolysis inhibitor, the hydrogen ion trapping agent and the defoaming agent into the product kettle, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-soluble industrial gear oil. The lubricating grease disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good use safety, good antifriction and abrasion resistance, excellent water containing capacity, strong corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability, energy conservation and emission reduction, and is particularly suitable for lubricating a reducer gearbox working in a water vapor environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to synthetic water-compatible industrial gear oil and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of chemical material combination.
Background
In various industrial fields such as oil refineries, chemical plants, mines, docks and oil fields, a plurality of outdoor reducer gearboxes exist, and the gearboxes are exposed to wind and rain and are easy to enter water.
In addition, many speed reducer gear boxes of steel and iron works are in the environment of water and steam at any time, and the gear box is intake and leads to the speed reducer can not normal operation, therefore the gear box is intake also the problem that the steel and iron works are very headache too.
Currently, the common use for gearboxes in these working environments is synthetic industrial gear oils of the mineral or oil-soluble type. The gear box in the working environment is easy to feed water, so that oil products are emulsified, the working performance is reduced or lost, equipment is corroded, and the service lives of the oil products and the equipment are shortened.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the synthetic water-containing industrial gear oil and the preparation method thereof, the synthetic water-containing industrial gear oil has the advantages of good use safety, good friction reduction and wear resistance, excellent water containing capacity, strong corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability, energy conservation and emission reduction, and is particularly suitable for lubricating a speed reducer gear box working in a water vapor environment.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: the synthetic water-containing industrial gear oil comprises raw materials of water-soluble polyether and functional additives; the functional additive comprises part or all of the following components: high-temperature antioxidant, extreme pressure antiwear additive, chlorinated paraffin hydrolysis inhibitor, antifriction and antirust additive, hydrogen ion trapping agent, copper corrosion inhibitor and defoaming agent;
the contents of the raw materials are as follows according to the weight portion: 100 parts of water-soluble polyether;
1.53-4.95 parts of functional additive.
As a preferred scheme for synthesizing the water-compatible industrial gear oil, the functional additive comprises part or all of the following components in parts by weight:
0.5-1.5 parts of a high-temperature antioxidant;
0.5-1.5 parts of extreme pressure antiwear additive;
0.3-1.0 part of chlorinated paraffin hydrolysis inhibitor;
0.06-0.30 of an antifriction and antirust additive;
0.1-0.5 part of hydrogen ion trapping agent;
0.06-0.13 part of copper corrosion inhibitor;
0.01-0.02 part of defoaming agent.
As a preferable scheme for synthesizing the water-soluble industrial gear oil, the water-soluble polyether is SDM-03C and/or SDT-09C.
As the preferred scheme for synthesizing the water-containing industrial gear oil, the high-temperature antioxidant is octyl/butyl diphenylamine IRGANOX L57, has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, can obviously improve the flash point of polyether, and greatly improves the oxidation stability, the use temperature and the safety of oil products, and the technical characteristic is particularly important for steel plants;
the extreme pressure anti-wear additive is a modified chlorinated paraffin AW anti-wear king which has excellent extreme pressure anti-wear performance and impact load resistance;
the chlorinated paraffin hydrolysis inhibitor is epoxidized soybean oil LD-62, and the epoxidized soybean oil LD-62 can effectively inhibit the hydrolysis of the chlorinated paraffin;
the antifriction and antirust additive is benzotriazole fatty ammonium salt T406, and the benzotriazole fatty ammonium salt T406 is a multi-effect lubricating oil additive and can improve the antifriction and antirust properties of oil products;
the copper corrosion inhibitor is a thiadiazole derivative TH561 and benzotriazole T706, and the thiadiazole derivative TH561 and the benzotriazole T706 have good synergistic effect and copper corrosion resistance;
the hydrogen ion trapping agent is RC8500, and RC8500 can effectively trap acid ions in the oil product;

The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the synthetic water-tolerant industrial gear oil, which comprises the following steps:
1) according to the weight portion ratio, the total dosage of the water-soluble polyether is 100 portions, and 20-30% of the total dosage of the water-soluble polyether is added into a product kettle for preheating to 75-90 ℃;
2) metering an anti-friction and anti-rust additive T406 and a copper corrosion inhibitor T706 in the functional additive into a product kettle, and stirring at a constant temperature for 25-35 min until the anti-friction and anti-rust additive T406 and the copper corrosion inhibitor T706 are completely dissolved;
3) and (3) metering and pumping the residual water-soluble polyether into a product kettle, sequentially metering and adding a high-temperature antioxidant, an extreme pressure antiwear additive, a chlorinated paraffin hydrolysis inhibitor, a hydrogen ion trapping agent or a defoaming agent in the functional additives into the product kettle, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-containing industrial gear oil.
As a preferable scheme of the preparation method of the synthetic water-tolerant industrial gear oil, the functional additive comprises part or all of the following components in parts by weight:
0.5-1.5 parts of a high-temperature antioxidant;

2. The method for preparing the synthetic water-compatible industrial gear oil according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) adding 20-30% of the total amount of the water-soluble polyether into a product kettle according to the weight part ratio, and preheating to 75-90 ℃;
2) metering an anti-friction and anti-rust additive and a copper corrosion inhibitor in the functional additive into a product kettle, and stirring at a constant temperature for 25-35 min until the anti-friction and anti-rust additive and the copper corrosion inhibitor are completely dissolved;
3) and (3) metering and pumping the residual water-soluble polyether into a product kettle, sequentially metering and adding a high-temperature antioxidant, an extreme pressure antiwear additive, a chlorinated paraffin hydrolysis inhibitor, a hydrogen ion trapping agent and a defoaming agent in the functional additives into the product kettle, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-containing industrial gear oil.
