Abstract

本发明属于燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种甲醇液体燃料及其制作方法。本发明包括以下重量份原料:甲醇4.5~5.5份、添加剂0.9~1.1份。添加剂水、氢氧化钠、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇和丙酮的混合液体。本发明所用原料氢氧化钠、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇和丙酮甲醇等原料为常见化工原料,价格低廉,制作成本低,每千克液体燃料成本为3~4元;且加工工艺简单,将原料混合搅拌即制液体燃料;液体燃料燃烧后生成水和二氧化碳,对环境无污染。甲醇液体燃料产品着火点较高,在600℃以上,稳定性好,可以增加产品储存运输过程中的安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种甲醇液体燃料及其制作方法。
背景技术
液态燃料是燃料的一大类。能产生热能或动力的液态可燃物质。主要含有碳氢化合物或其混合物。天然的有天然石油或原油。加工而成的有由石油加工而得的汽油、煤油、柴油、燃料油等,同油页岩干馏而得的页岩油,以及由一氧化碳和氢合成的人造石油等。
随着世界经济的不断发展,人类对燃料资源的需求量与日俱增,传统的石油、天然气、煤炭等不可再生资源的储量有限,传统燃料使用后产生破坏环境的废气,因此开发新型的清洁能源代替传统燃料成为了能源领域的重要课题。甲醇燃料能用作车用燃料,甲醇燃烧后生成水和二氧化碳,是一种重要的清洁能源。垃圾、农业废料、煤炭、木材、秸秆等废弃物都可以经过气化合成制造甲醇,目前甲醇已经在世界范围内大面积推广使用。
目前,大规模化石燃料燃烧产生氮氧化物,硫化物等造成严重环境污染,且化石燃料为不可再生资源,近年来全球储量快速减少。目前,市场上燃料存在着火点低,稳定性较差,制作成本高等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种甲醇液体燃料及其制备方法。
一种甲醇液体燃料,包括以下重量份原料:甲醇4.5~5.5份、添加剂0.9~1.1份。
优选的:甲醇5.0份,添加剂1.0份。
优选的,所述添加剂为水、氢氧化钠、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇和丙酮。
优选的,所述添加剂按质量百分比计,为水11~13%、氢氧化钠5.2~6.0%、正丁醇3.0~3.8%、无水乙醇55~57%、乙酸乙酯21~23%、丙酮0.8~1.2%。
优选的,所述添加剂按质量百分比计:水12%、氢氧化钠5.6%、正丁醇3.4%、乙酸乙酯22%、丙酮1.0%。
优选的,所述甲醇和添加剂原料纯度为工业纯。
一种甲醇液体燃料的制作方法,由以下重量份数原料混合制得:甲醇4.5~5.5份、添加剂0.9~1.1份。
优选的,由以下质量份数原料混合制得:甲醇5.1份、添加剂1.0份。
优选的,所述搅拌时间为18~22min。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明所用原料氢氧化钠、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇和丙酮甲醇等原料为常见化工原料,价格低廉,制作成本低,每千克液体燃料成本为3~4元;且加工工艺简单,将原料混合搅拌即制液体燃料;液体燃料燃烧后生成水和二氧化碳,对环境无污染。
2、甲醇液体燃料产品着火点较高,在600℃以上,稳定性好,可以增加产品储存运输过程中的安全性;不挥发,且产品呈液态,便于保存和运输,燃烧热量为每千克1100~1200大卡,热量高。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步作详细的说明,但本发明提供的技术方案不仅包括实施例中展现的内容。
实施例1
将甲醇5.0份,添加剂1.0份混合搅拌20min即得甲醇液体燃料。
上述添加剂按质量百分比计:水12%、氢氧化钠5.6%、正丁醇3.4%、无水乙醇56%、乙酸乙酯22%、丙酮1.0%。
实施例2
将甲醇5.5份,添加剂1.1份混合搅拌22min即得甲醇液体燃料。
上述添加剂按质量百分比计:水11%、氢氧化钠5.2%、正丁醇3.8%、无水乙醇57%、乙酸乙酯22%、丙酮1.0%。
实施例3
将甲醇4.8份,添加剂1.0份混合搅拌19min即得甲醇液体燃料。
上述添加剂按质量百分比计:水13%、氢氧化钠5.8%、正丁醇3.4%、无水乙醇56%、乙酸乙酯21%、丙酮0.8%。
本发明所用原料氢氧化钠、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇和丙酮甲醇等原料为常见化工原料,价格低廉,制作成本低,每千克液体燃料成本为3~4元;且加工工艺简单,将原料混合搅拌即制液体燃料;液体燃料燃烧后生成水和二氧化碳,对环境无污染。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种甲醇燃料,其特征在于,所述添加剂为水、氢氧化钠、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇和丙酮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种的甲醇燃料,其特征在于,所述添加剂按质量百分比计:水11~13%、氢氧化钠5.2~6.0%、正丁醇3.0~3.8%、无水乙醇55~57%、乙酸乙酯21~23%、丙酮0.8~1.2%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种的甲醇燃料,其特征在于,所述添加剂按质量百分比计,为水12%、氢氧化钠5.6%、正丁醇3.4%、乙酸乙酯22%、丙酮1.0%。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种甲醇液体燃料,其特征在于,所述甲醇和添加剂原料纯度为工业纯。
7.一种甲醇液体燃料的制作方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份数原料混合制得:甲醇4.5~5.5份、添加剂0.9~1.1份。
