1. the heat insulation space is composed of the heat insulation plate 10, the supporter 20 and the flow guide top plate 30, the heat insulation plate 10 comprises a rectangular frame 11 provided with a plurality of standard lattices 12, and a single heat insulation block is installed in each lattice 12 so as to be freely detached in an area to be repaired, so that the problems of material loss increase and air pollution caused by cutting of heat insulation materials and rapid temperature rise of internal air are solved. The honeycomb duct 60 is installed at the top of the heat insulation space, the compressed air pipeline 40 of the pneumatic tool is detached by installing one side of the heat insulation space to form a heat insulation unit, the air cooling module comprising the air inlet cylinder 50 and the honeycomb duct 60 is combined to inject normal temperature air into the cover body quickly, the air is exhausted out of the furnace through the honeycomb duct 60 by the guide top plate 30 interface after the internal circulation of the cover body, the air inlet cylinder 50 and the honeycomb duct 60 are both connected into the fan 51 so as to accelerate the speed of cooling the environment in the heat insulation space, and even approach to the normal temperature.
2. The heat insulation block 13 comprises a steel plate net, a ceramic fiber felt and a high-temperature resistant calcium silicate board in sequence from the contact surface of the wall body to the heat insulation space, the ceramic fiber felt is fixed on the steel plate net, the high-temperature resistant calcium silicate board is high in density, coarse fibers of the ceramic fiber felt are isolated from the heat insulation space, and compared with a traditional structure that two layers of steel plate nets sandwich one layer of fiber felt, the heat insulation block 13 isolates the coarse fibers of the ceramic fiber felt from the heat insulation space through the high-temperature resistant calcium silicate board on the inner side, and the situation that the fibers of the fiber felt float in the heat insulation space to cause respiratory diseases is avoided.
3. The draft tube lift truck 70 and the draft tube 60 are rotatably connected together through a rotating shaft 725, and by operating the manual winch 75, the lifting frame 72 drives the draft tube 60 to lift or fall down by using a slide rail as a running path, so that the insertion of the draft tube 60 in a coal charging hole is quickly completed, and the direct insertion of the draft tube 60 is avoided, and the high temperature of the coal charging hole is prevented from roasting constructors.
4. The air cooling suit 82 is made of a hose 821 and is communicated with the compressed air pipeline 40, so that cold air from the outside can flow circularly to cool the human body.

the modular heat insulation cover for local hot repair of the coke oven further comprises a compressed air pipeline arranged on the heat insulation plate on one side of the cover body, the main body of the compressed air pipeline is a metal pipe, two ends of the metal pipe are sequentially provided with an elbow, an air pipe connector and a metal hose, and adjacent cover bodies are connected through the metal hose; the middle part of the metal pipe is also provided with a trachea three-way connector for installing a pneumatic dismantling tool and an air cooling suit for cooling construction personnel.
