Abstract
The divisional application relates to a high-weather-resistance heat-reflection steel plate coil metal coating and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of steel plate coil coatings. The high-weather-resistance heat-reflection steel plate coil metal coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-25% of PVDF resin, 8-11% of acrylic resin, 2-5% of polymethyl methacrylate, 10-12% of aluminum powder, 45-50% of organic solvent, 0.3-0.6% of defoaming agent, 0.5-0.8% of silane coupling agent, 0.4-0.6% of UV ultraviolet absorbent, 0.4-0.7% of leveling assistant, 3-6% of titanium dioxide, 0.5-0.9% of oriented arrangement agent and the total sum of all the components being 100%. The coating has excellent weather resistance and good physical properties.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel plate coil coating, and particularly relates to a high-weather-resistance heat-reflection steel plate coil metal coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the vigorous development of the building industry in China, the demand of building materials is on the trend of rising year by year. The steel plate coiled material is widely used as building materials of external wall surfaces, roofs and the like. In general, in order to improve the performance of a steel sheet coil, a zinc plating treatment is performed on the surface of the steel sheet coil to increase a zinc plating layer, thereby providing the steel sheet coil with excellent corrosion resistance, and the steel sheet coil is mainly used as an outdoor coil, and thus has a high demand for weather resistance.
The weather resistance paint is coated on the surface of the galvanized layer, so that the weather resistance of the galvanized steel sheet can be effectively improved. The high weather resistance coating mainly comprises fluorine-containing coating. The fluorine-containing coating has the advantages of easy cleaning, excellent self-lubricating property, low friction property, hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, good heat resistance, good weather resistance and the like, the most extensive fluorine-containing coating applied to the steel plate coil at present is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coating which can not be cured at normal temperature, the sintering temperature is 240 ℃, and the fluorine-containing coating has been applied as high weather-resistant coating of the outer wall for more than 40 years. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) paint cannot be cured independently and needs to be matched with corresponding primer, but the primer which is better combined with the PVDF paint is expensive and hinders the application of the PVDF paint to a certain extent, so that the existing PVDF paint is modified to omit the use of the traditional primer.

Further, the preparation method of the high weather-resistant heat-reflecting steel plate coil metal coating is characterized in that the stirring and dispersion are carried out by a high-speed stirrer, and the stirring speed is 3000 r/min.
The invention also provides a galvanized steel sheet with the surface coated with the high weather-resistant heat reflection steel sheet coil metal coating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the mixture of the isophorone and the diisobutyl ketone is used as the dispersing agent, and the boiling point of the mixture is moderate and is about 160 ℃, so that the moderate volatilization speed can be ensured, the fluidity of a paint film in the coating process is ensured, and the adverse effect on the appearance of the paint film caused by too fast or too slow volatilization of a solvent is effectively prevented;
thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: after the coating is coated on a galvanized steel sheet coil, a formed coating film has excellent high weather resistance, good heat reflection performance and excellent physical performance, and compared with a common color steel sheet, the coating is used under the same sunshine condition, and the surface temperature of the galvanized steel sheet coated with the metal coating of the high weather resistance heat reflection steel sheet coil can be reduced by 18 ℃ at most.

The high weather-resistant heat-reflection steel plate coil metal coatings prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention are respectively coated on the surface of a galvanized steel plate coil, the galvanized steel plate coil is sent into an oven to be baked, and after the coating is completely dried, the coating is taken out to test the performance of the coating, and the results are shown in the following table 1:
