本发明公开了一种PC复合ABS改性工程材料塑料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:PC树脂50‑70份,ABS树脂40‑55份,改性剂1‑6份,颜料10‑19份,稀释剂10‑25份,氯化聚乙烯5‑13份,EVA9‑17份,增韧剂10‑25份,活性钙10‑35份,硬脂酸20‑35份,立德粉21‑23份,炭黑1‑3份,纳米碳酸钙1‑9份,三元乙丙橡胶2‑9份,抗冲剂3‑6份。本发明的PC/ABS改性合金,对PC/ABS合金进行表面硬度改善,使PC/ABS合金在力学性能变化不大的基础上提高表面硬度和阻燃性能,使其能达到技术要求,从而使PC/ABS合金的应用领域更为广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PC复合ABS改性工程材料塑料。
背景技术
PC/ABS树脂是60年代中期发展起来的一种综合性能较好的工程材料,它既具有PC的耐热性、机械强度和尺寸稳定性,又具有ABS树脂的易加工性和价廉等优点,综合性能好,性价比合理,可在汽车工业、家用电器等领域中广泛应用。由于PC/ABS合金广泛应用于电子电器产品的面板,为了维持长久的外观美感和安全防火性能,对表面硬度及阻燃性提出了新的要求。以往均是采用表面喷漆的方法提高表面硬度,但是表面喷漆既增加成本而且也对环境保护造成一定的压力,为此,研究和开发高硬度的阻燃PC/ABS合金己显得十分重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种PC复合ABS改性工程材料塑料。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种PC复合ABS改性工程材料塑料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:PC树脂50-70份,ABS树脂40-55份,改性剂1-6份,颜料10-19份,稀释剂10-25份,氯化聚乙烯5-13份,EVA9-17份,增韧剂10-25份,活性钙10-35份,硬脂酸20-35份,立德粉21-23份,炭黑1-3份,纳米碳酸钙1-9份,三元乙丙橡胶2-9份,抗冲剂3-6份。
本发明的PC/ABS改性合金,对PC/ABS合金进行表面硬度改善,使PC/ABS合金在力学性能变化不大的基础上提高表面硬度和阻燃性能,使其能达到技术要求,从而使PC/ABS合金的应用领域更为广泛,以获得更大的经济效益,另外该PC/ABS改性合金避免了采用喷漆未提供表面硬度,有利环境保护。
