Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of elevator emergency rescue device products, and particularly discloses an intelligent automatic emergency rescue device for an elevator without a machine room and a rescue method thereof. The emergency rescue device comprises a car position detection device, wherein the car position detection device is arranged at the top layer position of an elevator shaft, and a processor electrically connected with the car position detection device is provided with: the elevator car position detection device is used for receiving data of the elevator car position detection device, analyzing the running speed, the running direction and the running height of the elevator car, judging the nearest stopping floor and starting automatic rescue; and the brake is connected with the processor and receives the instruction of the processor to release or band-type brake. The emergency rescue device can effectively shorten the response time and the rescue time of emergency rescue, can realize the judgment of the running speed, the running direction and the running height of the lift car without arranging an observation device, is safe and reliable, and has the advantages of simple and easy implementation and strong practicability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of elevator emergency rescue device products, and particularly relates to an intelligent automatic emergency rescue device for an elevator without a machine room and a rescue method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, the traditional emergency rescue program of the elevator without the machine room is as follows: the control room receives the alarm in the trapped car, and informs the maintenance personnel to rescue, and the maintenance personnel firstly observes to confirm the position, speed and direction of the car, and then carries out rescue.
According to the requirements of TSG-T7001-2009 elevator supervision and periodic inspection rules-traction and forced drive elevator 7.5.2, a machineroom-less elevator should be able to observe the direction of movement, speed of the car and whether it is in the unlocking zone, either directly or through a display device, in emergency operation.
While the conventional elevator without machine room generally adopts the following two methods:
firstly, an observation hole is formed in a control cabinet to directly observe the movement direction of a traction steel wire rope and a flat layer mark on the steel wire rope so as to judge the running direction of an elevator and whether the elevator is in a flat layer position;
secondly, the condition of the elevator is directly observed on the display by adopting a mode of adding a camera and the display, and then a turning program is started for rescue.
The first method has certain limitation, the installation position of the control cabinet is required to be at one side of the steel wire rope, and the observation hole is required to be opposite to the steel wire rope, so that the requirement on civil engineering is high; the second approach is relatively costly and increases the mounting location of the display.
Therefore, the traditional elevator emergency rescue system without the machine room has many defects, long response time, low accuracy of the car observation device and long manual observation time, so that the whole rescue process lasts for too long, and meanwhile, the requirement on rescue operators is high, and the elevator passengers are greatly influenced.
Therefore, it is urgent to develop an intelligent automatic emergency rescue device for a machine-room-less elevator and a rescue method thereof, which can shorten the response time and the rescue time of emergency rescue and realize the judgment of the running speed, direction and height of the elevator car without arranging an observation device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and particularly discloses an intelligent automatic emergency rescue device for an elevator without a machine room, which can effectively shorten the response time and the rescue time of emergency rescue, can realize the judgment of the running speed, direction and height of an elevator car without arranging an observation device, and is safe, reliable and high in practicability.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention is realized according to the following technical scheme:

In the invention, the car position detection device has three forms according to the speed measurement mode:
the first type of car position detection device is a laser speed measurement device, and comprises a laser speed meter and a laser reflecting piece, wherein the laser speed meter is arranged on the top layer of a hoistway, the laser reflecting piece is positioned at a position corresponding to the car roof, and the laser reflecting piece is the car roof or a reflecting plate adhered to the car roof; or the laser reflector is arranged on the top layer of the hoistway, and the laser velometer is positioned at a corresponding position on the top of the car.
Second, car position detection device is radar velometer, radar velometer locates the top layer position of elevator well.
Third, car position detection device is ultrasonic velometer, ultrasonic velometer locates the top layer position of elevator well.
The invention also discloses an emergency rescue method of the intelligent emergency rescue device for the elevator without the machine room, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) The control room receives the alarm of trapped personnel;
(2) The control room starts an emergency rescue program, the car position detection device starts, and the car position is detected by emitting laser light twice and receiving reflected light or emitting electromagnetic waves or emitting ultrasonic waves;
(3) The car position detection device sends detection data to the processor, and the processor calculates the moving direction, speed and position of the car running and judges whether the car is positioned in an unlocking zone or not;
(4) Starting a brake to release the brake for the first time, and measuring the speed of the elevator at the stage by a car position detection device and transmitting the speed to a processor; the processor judges the brake release-band-type brake frequency, the frequency and the nearest stopping floor of the brake according to the position of the car and the running direction and the speed of the car;

Embodiment one:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the intelligent emergency rescue device for the elevator without machine room of the invention comprises a car position detection device 1, wherein the car position detection device 1 is arranged at the top layer position of an elevator shaft 2, and further comprises a processor 4 electrically connected with the car 3 position detection device 1: the elevator car position detection device 1 is used for receiving data of the elevator car position detection device 1, analyzing the running speed, the running direction and the running height of the elevator car 3, judging the nearest stopping floor and starting automatic rescue; the brake 5 is connected with the processor 4 and receives instructions of the processor 4 to release or band-type brake.
The car position detection device 1 is a laser speed measurement device and comprises a laser speed meter 11 and a laser reflecting piece 12, wherein the laser speed meter 11 is arranged on the top layer of a hoistway 2, the laser reflecting piece 12 is positioned at a corresponding position of the car top, and the laser reflecting piece 12 is the car top 6 or a reflecting plate adhered to the car top 6. Wherein, the car roof material for reflecting laser is preferably a base material which is easy to reflect light and a treatment process; the other kind of adhesive reflecting plate may be made with aluminum base material, coated with reflecting material, pressed, stoved, etc. and has high laser reflecting quality and efficiency.
As shown in fig. 3, the invention also discloses an emergency rescue method of the intelligent emergency rescue device for the elevator without machine room, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) The trapped passengers in the ladder receive the alarm of the trapped passengers through the emergency alarm device;
(2) The control room starts an emergency rescue program, starts the car position detection device 1 to detect, emits laser light twice and receives reflected light, and detects the position of the car 3. In the step, the car position detecting device 1 emits laser light twice and receives reflected light, detects the car position twice to obtain the distance, and calculates the moving direction and speed (three states of ascending, resting or descending possibly) of the car 3 because the distance between the laser light emission is known, so as to calculate the position of the car, namely, whether the car is located in an unlocking zone or not;
(3) The car position detection device 1 sends detection data to the processor 4, and the processor 4 calculates the movement direction, speed and position of the running car 3 and judges whether the car is positioned in an unlocking zone; when the elevator speed is not 0 during the first detection, the elevator needs to be stopped in an emergency mode, and the safe use performance of the elevator is ensured;
(4) Starting the brake 5 to release the brake for the first time, and measuring the speed of the elevator at the stage by the car position detection device 1 and transmitting the speed to the processor 4; the processor 4 judges the brake 5 brake release-band-type brake frequency, the frequency and the nearest stopping floor according to the position of the car 3 and the running direction and speed of the car 3;
(5) The emergency rescue program stops the instruction according to the floor output by the processor 3: according to the brake release-band-type brake frequency and times, starting brake release-band-type brake action of a brake 5, slowly sliding an elevator to stop to the nearest stopping floor, and realizing the near leveling;
