When the liquid level in the tank body rises, the pressure in the tank is higher than the atmospheric pressure, the liquid level on the right side of the U-shaped pipe 1 rises, when the liquid level on the left side falls to the horizontal position on the lower part of the inclined pipe 6, the liquid level of the inclined pipe 6 reaches the right side of the U-shaped pipe 1, the pressure in the tank body is slowly released through the inclined pipe 6, the volatilized ammonia gas is dissolved in water, and the insoluble gas is released to the outside through bubbles. The valve 4 is connected to the urea water tank, and the water seal water is replaced periodically, and is discharged to the urea water tank for recycling. When the liquid level in the tank body is unchanged, the liquid level at the left side and the right side of the U-shaped pipe 1 is kept horizontal, and a good water sealing effect can be achieved on the urea water tank.
