The two cleaning brushes 7 are respectively arranged on the edge plates 5 of the baffle 4, and because the edge plates 5 are positioned on the outer sides of the top plates 6, namely the outermost sides of the balance car, the edge plates 5 are easy to be scratched or cracked due to impact; the cleaning brush 7 is arranged on the edge plate 5, so that when an obstacle is met on the outermost side of the balance car, the cleaning brush 7 can be directly contacted with the obstacle, the edge plate 5 is prevented from being directly contacted with the obstacle to be scratched or cracked, and the effect of protecting the edge plate 5 is achieved.
Of course, the two cleaning brushes 7 can be arranged at other positions of the baffle 4, even other positions of the shell 1, so as to protect the balance car, when the balance car stops suddenly, the balance car turns over, the shell 1 is most easily collided, and the baffle 4 is a convex part of the shell 1 and directly collides with the ground, so that the baffle 4 is easily scratched or cracked. The two cleaning brushes 7 are respectively arranged on the two baffles 4, and when the balance car is turned over, the cleaning brushes 7 are directly contacted with the ground, so that the baffles 4 are prevented from being directly contacted with the ground and being scratched; meanwhile, the cleaning brush 7 has a certain buffering effect and can offset a part of impact external force, so that the force of impacting the baffle 4 is reduced, the baffle 4 is prevented from being cracked due to impact, and the effect of protecting the baffle 4 is achieved.
In addition, the number of the cleaning brushes 7 can be one, and the cleaning brushes can be arranged on the edge plate 5 of any baffle 4 or other positions of the baffle 4, even other positions of the shell 1. Compared with the case of arranging two cleaning brushes 7, the purpose of saving materials and reducing cost can be achieved by only arranging one cleaning brush 7.
Optionally, the surface of the edge plate 5 is an arc surface, and the cleaning brush 7 covers from the front end to the rear end of the edge plate 5, and the coverage area is more than seventy percent of the area of the whole edge plate 5.
In this embodiment, when the cleaning brush 7 covers the front end to the rear end of the edge plate 5 and the coverage area is more than seventy percent of the area of the entire edge plate 5, the coverage area of the cleaning brush 7 is large, the area of the protected edge plate 5 is large, the edge plate 5 can be protected more comprehensively, and the protection effect is better; simultaneously, because the face of roof 6 is the cambered surface, deformation can take place when cleaning brush 7 covers on roof 6, thereby produce the power of anti deformation, lead to cleaning brush 7 more difficult fixed, the easy perk, when the area that cleaning brush 7 covered is big, cleaning brush 7 is bigger, cleaning brush 7's weight is also bigger, the gravity that cleaning brush 7 received is also bigger, and the gravity of being used in on cleaning brush 7 can offset the power of anti deformation on partly cleaning brush 7, thereby make the power of anti deformation reduce, cleaning brush 7 is fixed more easily, difficult perk.
When the coverage area of the cleaning brush 7 is smaller than seventy percent of the area of the whole edge plate 5, the coverage area of the cleaning brush 7 is not large enough, the area of the edge plate 5 which is not covered and protected is large, and when the edge plate 5 is impacted, the area which is not covered by the cleaning brush 7 is impacted with a high probability, so that the edge plate 5 is impacted, and the protection effect is poor.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the difference from the above embodiment is that the top plate 6 is a tip portion of the baffle 4, and the cleaning brush 7 is provided on the top plate 6.
In the embodiment, the cleaning brush 7 is arranged on the top plate 6, when the balance car overturns, the top plate 6 is used as the top end part of the baffle 4 and is firstly in direct contact with the ground, and meanwhile, because the top plate is firstly in direct contact with the ground and the impact force is also the largest, the top plate 6 is most easily scratched or cracked; when the impacted place is the area of the top plate 6 covered by the cleaning brush 7, the cleaning brush 7 can accurately and directly protect the area, the top plate 6 can be prevented from being scratched or cracked, and the effect of accurately and directly protecting the top plate 6 is achieved.
When the balance car takes place to overturn, roof 6 is the position that is most easily strikeed, if not set up cleaning brush 7 on roof 6, or cleaning brush 7 establishes at other casing positions except baffle 4, can not get effectual protection as roof 6 that is most easily strikeed, and cleaning brush 7 establishes and also can protect casing 1 to a certain extent at other casing positions except baffle 4, but because during the balance car upset, roof 6 at first with ground direct contact, the impact that receives is the biggest, the protection effect does not establish the protection effect on roof 6 with cleaning brush 7 good.
Optionally, the surface of the top plate 6 is an arc surface, the cleaning brush 7 covers from the front end to the rear end of the top plate 6, and the coverage area is more than seventy percent of the area of the whole top plate 6.
In the embodiment, the cleaning brush 7 covers the front end to the rear end of the top plate 6, and when the coverage area is more than seventy percent of the area of the whole top plate 6, the coverage area of the cleaning brush 7 is large, the area of the protected top plate 6 is large, the top plate 6 can be protected more comprehensively, and the protection effect is better; simultaneously, because the face of roof 6 is the cambered surface, deformation can take place when cleaning brush 7 covers on roof 6, thereby produce the power of anti deformation, lead to cleaning brush 7 more difficult fixed, the easy perk, when the area that cleaning brush 7 covered is big, cleaning brush 7 is bigger, cleaning brush 7's weight is also bigger, the gravity that cleaning brush 7 received is also bigger, and the gravity of being used in on cleaning brush 7 can offset the power of anti deformation on partly cleaning brush 7, thereby make the power of anti deformation reduce, cleaning brush 7 is fixed more easily, difficult perk.
When the coverage area of the cleaning brush 7 is smaller than seventy percent of the area of the whole top plate 6, the coverage area of the cleaning brush 7 is not large enough, the area of the top plate 6 which is not covered with the protection is large, and when the top plate 6 is impacted, the area which is not covered with the cleaning brush 7 is impacted with a large probability, so that the top plate 6 is damaged by the impact, and the protection effect is poor.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, another embodiment of the present invention is different from the above embodiments in that a groove 8 is formed in the housing 1, the groove 8 has the same shape as the cleaning brush 7, and the cleaning brush 7 is fixed in the groove 8.
In the embodiment, the cleaning brush 7 is fixed in the groove 8; when the cleaning brush 7 is installed on the shell 1, if the corresponding design for guiding installation is not available, the installation efficiency is low, and time and labor are wasted when the cleaning brush 7 is installed; the groove 8 is formed in the shell 1, the cleaning brush 7 is arranged in the groove 8 when the cleaning brush 7 is installed, and the groove 8 can play a role in guiding installation and limiting in the installation process of the cleaning brush 7, so that the installation efficiency is improved, and time and labor are saved; simultaneously, after installing cleaning brush 7, recess 8 still can play limiting displacement, and in the balance car use, cleaning brush 7 is difficult to the dislocation, and fixed effect is better.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the thickness of the cleaning brush 7 is H, the depth of the groove 8 is G, and H is greater than G.
The thickness H of the cleaning brush 7 being greater than the depth G of the recess 8 allows the cleaning brush 7 to be mounted in the recess 8 in a non-flush position with the recess 8, i.e. the cleaning brush 7 will be higher than the recess 8. The thickness of the cleaning brush 7 is increased, when the balance car overturns or collides with an obstacle, the buffer effect of the cleaning brush 7 is larger, the impact external force counteracted by the cleaning brush 7 is larger, and the shell 1 covered by the cleaning brush 7 can be more effectively protected from being cracked; meanwhile, the cleaning brush 7 is higher than the groove 8, so that when the balance car overturns or collides with an obstacle, the cleaning brush 7 is firstly contacted with the ground or the obstacle relative to other shell parts which are not covered by the cleaning brush 7, and the other shell parts which are not covered by the cleaning brush 7 can be effectively protected from being scratched or cracked while the shell parts which are covered by the cleaning brush 7 are protected.
If the thickness H of the cleaning brush 7 is equal to the depth G of the groove 8, the cleaning brush 7 and the groove 8 are in a flush state, when the balance car overturns or collides with an obstacle, the cleaning brush 7 and other shell parts which are not covered by the cleaning brush 7 simultaneously contact the ground or the obstacle, and at the moment, the cleaning brush 7 cannot play a role in protecting other shell parts which are not covered by the cleaning brush 7 from being scratched or cracked; if the thickness H of the cleaning brush 7 is smaller than the depth G of the groove 8, the cleaning brush 7 and the groove 8 are in a non-flush state, that is, the cleaning brush 7 is lower than the groove 8, when the balance car is turned over or collides with an obstacle, other shell parts which are not covered by the cleaning brush 7 first contact the ground or the obstacle, and are scratched or cracked, and at this time, the cleaning brush 7 cannot play a role in protecting other shell parts which are not covered by the cleaning brush 7 from being scratched or cracked; meanwhile, when the thickness H of the cleaning brush 7 is smaller than the depth G of the groove 8, the cleaning brush 7 is lower than the groove 8, so that the cleaning brush 7 and the groove 8 are easier to deposit dust and are not easy to clean; in addition, no matter the thickness H of the cleaning brush 7 is equal to or less than the depth G of the groove 8, the thickness of the cleaning brush 7 is small, the buffering effect of the cleaning brush 7 is small, the impact external force counteracted by the cleaning brush 7 is small, and the protection effect is poor.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7 and 8, it is different from the above embodiments in that the shape of the groove 8 and the cleaning brush 7 is rectangular.
In the embodiment, the grooves 8 and the cleaning brushes 7 are regularly rectangular, so that the cleaning brush is easier to mount and saves time and labor compared with other irregular grooves 8 and cleaning brushes 7; of course, the shape of the grooves 8 and the cleaning brush 7 may also be provided in other regular shapes, such as circular, oval, triangular, etc.
If the grooves 8 and the cleaning brushes 7 are irregular, the cleaning brushes 7 need to be accurately aligned with each part to be installed when being installed in the corresponding grooves 8, so that the installation is difficult, time and labor are wasted; in addition, the irregular-shaped groove 8 and the cleaning brush 7 have more difficulty in the process of processing and manufacturing due to the complicated shape.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the shape of the groove 8 and the cleaning brush 7 is a rounded rectangle, and four corners of the groove 8 and four corners of the cleaning brush 7 are rounded.
The grooves 8 and the cleaning brushes 7 are arranged in regular round-corner rectangular shapes, so that the cleaning brush is easier to mount and saves time and labor compared with the grooves 8 and the cleaning brushes 7 in other irregular shapes; meanwhile, four corners of the groove 8 are rounded corners, so that dust is not easy to accumulate and the groove is easy to clean.
If four corners of the groove 8 are corners with certain angles, dust is easily deposited at the four corners, and the dust at the four corners is difficult to clean when cleaning.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the difference between the above embodiments is that the front and rear ends of the cleaning brush 7 and the front and rear ends of the concave groove 8 are formed in a shape of a gradually converging arc surface.
Compared with the rectangular cleaning brush 7, the front end and the rear end of the cleaning brush 7 in the embodiment are in the shape of gradually-folded arc surfaces, so that the material consumption is less, and the cost is saved; meanwhile, the front end and the rear end of the groove 8 which is gradually folded and is in the shape of an arc surface do not have an angle with a certain angle, so that dust is not easy to accumulate, and the groove is easy to clean.
If the shape of the cleaning brush 7 is rectangular, the materials of the front end and the rear end of the cleaning brush 7 are more than those of the arc surface shape gradually gathered relative to the shapes of the front end and the rear end of the cleaning brush 7, and the cost is higher; meanwhile, the front end and the rear end of the groove 8 are gradually closed and are provided with the arc-surface-shaped grooves 8, the corners with certain angles on the grooves 8 can enable dust to be easily deposited at the corners, and the dust at the corners is difficult to clean when the groove is cleaned.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 15 and 16, the difference from the above embodiment is that the cleaning brush 7 is fixed on the housing 1 by a detachable structure; detachable structure includes post hole 10 and the cylinder 11 that can insert in post hole 10, post hole 10 is established on casing 1, cylinder 11 is established on cleaning brush 7, cylinder 11 and post hole 10 interference fit.
In this embodiment, when the cleaning brush 7 is mounted, the column 11 of the cleaning brush 7 is pressed into the column hole 10, and the cleaning brush 7 is fixed to the housing 1; through simple and direct pressing action, the column body 11 and the column hole 10 can be matched well, and the operation is simple and convenient; meanwhile, the cleaning brush 7 is fixed on the shell 1 through a detachable structure such as a column hole 10 and a column body 11 which can be inserted into the column hole 10, and compared with the cleaning brush 7 which is fixed through a non-detachable structure, such as a scheme of fixing the cleaning brush 7 on a balance car through a rope, a soft plastic chain and the like and connecting the cleaning brush 7 with a flexible connector which can not be completely detached and separated from the balance car, a user can directly detach the cleaning brush 7 to enable the cleaning brush 7 to be completely separated from the balance car, so that the problems of limited movable range and limited cleaning angle of the cleaning brush 7 caused by the fact that the cleaning brush 7 is still connected to the balance car can be avoided when the user uses the cleaning brush 7, and the cleaning is simpler; in addition, when the detachable cleaning brush 7 is damaged, the replacement is more convenient.
Of course, the column hole 10 may be provided on the cleaning brush 7, the column 11 may be provided on the housing 1, and the column 11 may be in interference fit with the column hole 10. For the condition that the column hole 10 is arranged on the shell 1, the column body 11 is arranged on the cleaning brush 7, the column hole 10 is arranged on the cleaning brush 7, and the column body 11 is arranged on the shell 1, so that the phenomenon that a large amount of dust is gradually accumulated in the column hole 10 in the daily use process and the cleaning is difficult can be avoided when the column hole 10 exists on the shell 1.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 15 and 16, the cylinder 11 is provided at the edges of the front and rear ends of the cleaning brush 7. The posts 11 at the front and rear edges of the brush 7 provide a better fit of the entire brush 7 to the housing 1.
If the column 11 is not provided at the edges of the front end and the rear end of the cleaning brush 7, but is provided at other positions of the cleaning brush 7, for example, at the middle position of the cleaning brush 7 or at an inner side position near the edge portion, both end portions of the cleaning brush 7 are not fixed to the housing 1 by the column 11, so that the portions are not well attached to the housing 1, and thus the cleaning brush 7 is easily detached and the fixing effect is not good.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 16, the cleaning brush 7 is rectangular in shape, and four corners of the cleaning brush 7 are each provided with a column 11. The cleaning brush 7 is arranged in a regular rectangle, so that the cleaning brush is easier to mount and saves time and labor compared with other cleaning brushes 7 in irregular shapes; the four corners of the rectangular cleaning brush 7 are easy to tilt, and the four corners of the cleaning brush 7 are respectively provided with the column body 11, so that the cleaning brush 7 can be more tightly attached to the shell 1 without weakening the fixing effect; compared with the case that a plurality of columns 11 are arranged at the edges of the front end and the rear end of the cleaning brush 7, the material can be saved, and the cost can be reduced.
If the plurality of columns 11 are provided at the edges of the front and rear ends of the cleaning brush 7, the amount of material used increases, and the cost increases; in addition, when a plurality of columns 11 exist, each pair of columns 11 and each column hole 10 need to be aligned simultaneously when the cleaning brush 7 is installed, so that installation can be completed, and time and labor are wasted.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, another embodiment of the present invention is different from the above embodiments in that the cylinder 11 is a cylinder 12 and a sphere 13, the cylinder 12 is connected to the cleaning brush 7 at one end and connected to the sphere 13 at the other end, and the cylindrical hole 10 is adapted to the cylinder 11.
In the embodiment, when the cleaning brush 7 is installed, the sphere 13 of the column 11 is partially pressed into the column hole 10, because no edge or corner exists on the column hole 10 and the sphere 13 of the column 11, the sphere 13 is a smooth and unimpeded arc surface, and the sphere 13 cannot be impeded when being pressed into the column hole 10 or pulled out of the column hole 10 from any angle, so that the problem that the column 11 cannot be pressed into the column hole 10 due to the fact that the edge or corner of the column 11 is not aligned with the column hole 10 is avoided; in addition, the matching mode of the ball 13 and the column hole 10 can play a role of snap connection, so that the cleaning brush 7 is fixed more firmly.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 18, the diameter of the sphere 13 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the bottom surface of the cylinder 12.
The diameter of the sphere 13 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the bottom surface of the cylinder 12, and the shape of the column hole 10 is adapted to the column 11, that is, the part of the column hole 10 accommodating the cylinder 12 can make the sphere 13 smoothly pass through when being installed without being enlarged, so that after the cleaning brush 7 is installed, the column hole 10 can just accommodate the lower column 11 without leaving a gap, and dust is not easy to accumulate in the column hole 10. If the diameter of the ball 13 is larger than the diameter of the bottom surface of the cylinder 12 and the shape of the column hole 10 is adapted to the column 11, that is, the diameter of the portion of the column hole 10 that receives the cylinder 12 is at least equal to the diameter of the ball 13, so that the ball 13 can pass through smoothly when being installed, that is, the diameter of the portion of the column hole 10 that receives the cylinder 12 is larger than the diameter of the cylinder 12, it can be known that, if the diameter of the ball 13 is larger than the diameter of the bottom surface of the cylinder 12, the portion of the column hole 10 that receives the cylinder 12 has a gap because the diameter is larger than the diameter of the cylinder 12 after the cleaning brush 7 is installed, and thus dust is easily accumulated in the column.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 19, it is different from the above embodiment in that the detachable structure includes a post hole 10 and a post 11 insertable into the post hole 10, the post hole 10 is provided on the housing 1, and the post 11 is provided on the cleaning brush 7; the column 11 is an inclined plane 14, one end of the inclined plane 14 is connected with the cleaning brush 7, one side of the other end, facing the column hole 10, is an inclined plane 15, the shape of the column hole 10 is matched with that of the inclined plane 14, and the sphere 13 is in interference fit with the column hole 10.
In this embodiment, if the ramp 14 is not perfectly aligned with the post hole 10 when the cleaning brush 7 is mounted, the ramp 14 cannot be pressed into the post hole 10 accurately and quickly; after one bottom surface of the inclined body 14 is provided with the chamfered surface 15, when the inclined body 14 is aligned only at the peripheral area of the column hole 10, the inclined body 14 can be smoothly slid into the column hole 10 by applying a pressing force because of the characteristic that the chamfered surface 15 is easily slid.
If the column 11 is not provided with the chamfer 15, for example, if the column 11 is a regular rectangular parallelepiped, the column 11 can not be pressed into the column hole 10 if the column 11 is not completely aligned with the column hole 10 and is slightly deviated when the cleaning brush 7 is installed, and at this time, the column 11 needs to be taken up and re-aligned with the column hole 10, and the installation action needs to be repeated again, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 12, the difference from the above embodiment is that the cleaning brush 7 includes a rubber pad 16 and a brush 17, the brush 17 is disposed on the rubber pad 16, and the rubber pad 16 is disposed on the housing 1.
The rubber pad 16 is soft in texture, good in elasticity and large in deformation amount, and the cleaning brush 7 can be better attached to the shell 1, so that the fixing is firmer and the cleaning brush is not easy to fall off. In addition, rubber pad 16 elasticity is good, the deformation volume is big, the recovery after deformation is fast, can offset more impact when the balance car receives the striking, protects casing 1 not cracked by the striking better.
In addition, the cleaning brush 7 can also be a plastic pad 18 and a brush 17, the brush 17 is arranged on the plastic pad 18, and the plastic pad 18 is arranged on the shell 1. Compared with the rubber pad 16, the plastic pad 18 has strong ageing resistance and durability, and can prolong the service life of the cleaning brush 7.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2, and 3, the present embodiment discloses a balance car with a cleaning tool, the balance car includes a housing 1 and wheels 2 fixed on both sides of the housing 1, the housing 1 includes a pedal 3 and two baffles 4, the baffles 4 are respectively disposed on both ends of the pedal 3, the baffles 4 include a top plate 6, the top plate 6 is a top end portion of the baffles 4, and a surface of the top plate 6 is an arc surface.
Referring to fig. 20, a groove 8 is formed in the top plate 6, the groove 8 is in a rounded rectangle shape with four rounded corners, the area of the groove 8 accounts for seventy percent of the area of the whole top plate 6, the depth of the groove 8 is G, and four corners of the groove 8 are respectively provided with a column hole 10 for fixing the cleaning tool 2.
Referring to fig. 17, the cleaning tool 2 is a cleaning brush 7, the cleaning brush 7 includes a rubber pad 16 and a brush 17, the brush 17 is disposed on the rubber pad 16, the rubber pad 16 is disposed on the groove 8, the shape of the cleaning brush 7 is the same as that of the groove 8, four corners of the rubber pad 16 of the cleaning brush 7 are respectively provided with a column 11 for fixing the cleaning brush 7, the column 11 includes a cylinder 12 and a sphere 13, one end of the cylinder 12 is connected with the rubber pad 16, the other end of the cylinder is connected with the sphere 13, and the column 11 is matched with the column hole 10 of the groove 8.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the cleaning brush 7 has a thickness H greater than the depth G of the groove 8.
When the cleaning brush 7 is installed, a user aligns the four columns 11 of the rubber pad 16 with the four column holes 10 on the groove 8, and then presses the balls 13 of the four columns 11 into the corresponding four column holes 10 by a pressing action, so that the cleaning brush 7 is fixedly installed in the groove 8; when cleaning brush 7 is taken to needs, extract four cylinders 11 on the cleaning brush 7 from four post holes 10 that correspond respectively, cleaning brush 7 and balance car complete separation, the user can use cleaning brush 7 to clean the balance car this moment, has avoided when needs cleaning shell 1, owing to be difficult for finding the embarrassment of burnisher 2 in the open air, has realized taking the purpose of burnisher 2 clean balance car anytime and anywhere as required.

1. A cleaning tool for a balance car, the balance car comprises a shell and wheels fixed on two sides of the shell, and the cleaning tool is a cleaning brush arranged on the shell,
the shell comprises a pedal and two baffle plates, the baffle plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the pedal, and the number of the cleaning brushes is two and the two cleaning brushes are respectively arranged on the two baffle plates;
the cleaning brush is fixed on the baffle through a detachable structure.
2. The cleaning implement for the balance car of claim 1, wherein the cleaning brush is fixed to the housing by a detachable structure, the detachable structure comprises a post hole and a post body capable of being inserted into the post hole, the post hole is formed in the housing, the post body is arranged on the cleaning brush, and the post body is in interference fit with the post hole.
3. The cleaning implement for a balance car of claim 2, wherein the posts are provided at the edges of the front and rear ends of the cleaning brush.
4. The cleaning implement for the balance car according to claim 3, wherein the cleaning brush is rectangular in shape, and a cylinder is provided at each of four corners of the cleaning brush.
5. The cleaning implement for a balance car of claim 2, wherein the post comprises a cylinder and a sphere, the cylinder is connected to the cleaning brush at one end and the sphere at the other end, and the post hole is shaped to fit the post.
6. The cleaning tool for the balance car as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cylinder comprises a ramp body having one end connected to the cleaning brush and the other end chamfered toward the cylinder hole, the shape of the cylinder hole corresponding to the shape of the ramp body.
7. The cleaning tool for the balance car as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detachable structure comprises a post hole and a post body capable of being inserted into the post hole, the post hole is provided on the cleaning brush, the post body is provided on the housing, and the post body is in interference fit with the post hole.
8. The cleaning implement of claim 1, wherein the cleaning brush comprises a rubber pad and a brush, the brush is disposed on the rubber pad, and the rubber pad is disposed on the housing.
9. The cleaning implement for the balance car of claim 1, wherein the cleaning brush comprises a plastic pad and a brush, the brush being disposed on the plastic pad, the plastic pad being disposed on the housing.
10. A balance vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a housing and a cleaning tool according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is provided on the housing.
