The cross beam and the side beam are connected in a hinged mode, a proper amount of vertical freedom degree and horizontal rotation freedom degree can be formed between the cross beam and the side beam to adapt to displacement generated in the process of impact and vibration of a vehicle, the bottom frame can slightly rotate along a hinged point after being stressed, distortion and internal stress generated after the traditional welding structure is adopted and deformed after being stressed are eliminated, and fatigue damage of the connection position is avoided.

Along with the needs of economic development of railway transportation, the carrying capacity of the multi-type combined transport vehicle is further improved, the load borne by the concave underframe is increased, and the existing railway vehicle is easily subjected to fatigue cracks at the connecting part of the bottom cross beam and the side beam under the influence of the weight of the borne goods, impact and shaking generated during loading and unloading of the goods and vehicle vibration in the transportation process, so that the stability of the structure is damaged, the carrying capacity borne by the existing railway vehicle is limited, and the requirements of multi-type combined transport cannot be met.
Therefore, a concave underframe and a multi-type intermodal vehicle with high bearing capacity and strong fatigue failure resistance are needed to meet the requirement of vigorously developing multi-type intermodal equipment transportation at home and abroad.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a concave underframe and a multi-type combined transport vehicle, wherein a cross beam and a side beam of the concave underframe are connected in a hinged mode, and a proper amount of vertical freedom degree and horizontal rotation freedom degree can be provided between the cross beam and the side beam so as to adapt to displacement generated in the processes of impact and vibration of vehicles and avoid fatigue damage at the connection part.
