技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电抗菌面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
目前市场上的面料吸湿效果较差,使面料较为潮湿,容易滋生细菌,使细菌大量繁殖和传播,制成的衣服穿在人身上,不利身体健康,并且不具备防静电效果,也没有香味。
发明专利内容
本发明专利的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种防静电抗菌面料,它结构简单,提高面料的吸湿效果,使面料保持干燥,并且设有双重抗菌层,抗菌层上有银芯,能抑制细菌等微生物生长,具有防静电和抗菌效果,而且可以根据个人喜好替换面料的香味。
为实现上述目的,本发明专利采用以下技术方案是:它包含面料本体1、防静电层11、第一抗菌层12、透气层13、清香层14、第二抗菌层15、吸湿层16、编织层17、银芯18、环形槽19,面料本体1的最上层为防静电层11,面料本体1的最底层为编织层17,防静电层11与编织层17之间从上往下依次为第一抗菌层12、透气层13、清香层14、第二抗菌层15、吸湿层16,第一抗菌层12与第二抗菌层15的表面个设有若干银芯18,银芯18为椭圆形构件,银芯18的中心处设有环形槽19。

所述的吸湿层16为涤纶吸湿纤维161和尼龙吸湿纤维162条纹相间排列编织而成的纺织层。吸湿层16为涤纶吸湿纤维161和尼龙吸湿纤维162条纹相间排列编织而成的纺织层,吸湿纤维一般具有较高的比表面积,表面有众多的激孔或沟槽,其截面一般为特殊的异形状,利用毛细管效应,使纤维能迅速吸收皮肤表面湿气与汗水,通过扩散、传递到外层挥发。

本发明专利的工作原理:面料本体1的最上层为防静电层11,防静电层11能防止面料表面产生静电,对人体产生危害,而在防静电层11的底部为第一抗菌层12,第一抗菌层12和第二抗菌层15的表面设有银芯18,银芯18释放银离子,银离子能抑制细菌生长,并且银离子具有杀菌的功效;在第一抗菌层12和第二抗菌层15之间设有透气层13和清香层14,透气层13提高面料本体1的通透性,使面料本体1保持干爽通透,并且可以将透气层13底部清香层14的香味散发出来,清香层14可以使面料保持植物的清香;吸湿层16能吸收人体散发出来的湿气和热气,保持面料本体1的干爽舒适;而编织层17采用柔软的纤维编织而成,提高面料本体1的舒适度。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明专利有益效果为:它结构简单,提高面料的吸湿效果,使面料保持干燥,并且设有双重抗菌层,抗菌层上有银芯,能抑制细菌等微生物生长,具有防静电和抗菌效果,而且可以根据个人喜好替换面料的香味。

参看图1-图5所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含面料本体1、防静电层11、第一抗菌层12、透气层13、清香层14、第二抗菌层15、吸湿层16、编织层17、银芯18、环形槽19,面料本体1的最上层为防静电层11,面料本体1的最底层为编织层17,防静电层11与编织层17之间从上往下依次为第一抗菌层12、透气层13、清香层14、第二抗菌层15、吸湿层16,第一抗菌层12与第二抗菌层15的表面个设有若干银芯18,银芯18为椭圆形构件,银芯18的中心处设有环形槽19。

1.一种防静电抗菌面料,其特征在于:它包含面料本体(1)、防静电层(11)、第一抗菌层(12)、透气层(13)、清香层(14)、第二抗菌层(15)、吸湿层(16)、编织层(17)、银芯(18)、环形槽(19),面料本体(1)的最上层为防静电层(11),面料本体(1)的最底层为编织层(17),防静电层(11)与编织层(17)之间从上往下依次为第一抗菌层(12)、透气层(13)、清香层(14)、第二抗菌层(15)、吸湿层(16),第一抗菌层(12)与第二抗菌层(15)的表面各设有若干个银芯(18),银芯(18)为椭圆形构件,银芯(18)的中心处设有环形槽(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(13)的表面设有若干排列整齐的透气小孔(131)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述的吸湿层(16)为涤纶吸湿纤维(161)和尼龙吸湿纤维(162)条纹相间排列编织而成的纺织层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述银芯(18)之间的间隔为60*60排列分布。
