本发明公开了一种合成透气防水鞋面革，包括鞋面革主体，所述鞋面革主体底部设置有纤维棉底层，所述纤维棉底层顶端连接有皮革基层，所述皮革基层上设有第一透气孔，所述第一透气孔上方设置有通气层，所述通气层顶部固定连接有第二防水薄膜。本发明通过在绒面革和皮革基层上形成多个透气孔，以解决鞋面革的透气性能，并应用该处理过的合成革来制作鞋面，由于第一防水薄膜、第二防水薄膜和第三防水薄膜上的微孔直径很小，外观上用肉眼看不出来，既保证了透气性，也有效达到防水效果，绒面革与真皮贴层的复合使得鞋面革主体牢固耐用，结构简单，贴合程度高，透气性好，穿着舒适，适合广泛推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋面革制品，特别涉及一种合成透气防水鞋面革。
背景技术
鞋面革是制作鞋子用的原材料，用在制作鞋子的表面，随着中国鞋业已经呈现产业集群式发展状态，致使我国制革行业得到快速发展，生产规模扩大，产量增长，技术进步加快，产品质量也相应提高。目前防水鞋面革的原料很多，有真皮鞋面革，PU鞋面革，PVC鞋面革等等。质地较好的防水鞋面革，粒面较细，手感柔软，耐磨性都比较好，但是毕竟较好的真皮数量有限，导致成本提高。而普通防水鞋面革粒面较为粗糙，手感硬，强度低，耐折性以及耐磨性都不好，容易变形，即使经过磨毛处理，与皮肤接触的部位还是有所不适，并且现有的防水皮鞋的鞋面材质在防水和透气的性能上不能兼顾，防水皮鞋的透气性往往较差。因此我们对此做出改进，提出一种合成透气防水鞋面革。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种合成透气防水鞋面革，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种合成透气防水鞋面革，包括鞋面革主体，所述鞋面革主体底部设置有纤维棉底层，所述纤维棉底层顶端连接有皮革基层，所述皮革基层上设有第一透气孔，所述第一透气孔上方设置有通气层，所述通气层顶部固定连接有第二防水薄膜，所述第二防水薄膜上设有第三防水薄膜，所述第三防水薄膜与第二防水薄膜之间连接有植物纤维层，所述鞋面革主体外边缘粘贴有密封侧边，所述密封侧边两端均设置有第一防水薄膜，所述鞋面革主体上表面设有绒面革，所述绒面革底部连接有真皮贴层，且绒面革外侧均匀设有修饰纹路，所述修饰纹路之间设置有第二透气孔，所述绒面革表面涂覆有光亮剂。
进一步地，所述第一透气孔孔径和第二透气孔孔径均小于0.1mm。
进一步地，所述纤维棉底层与皮革基层之间通过粘贴固定连接。
进一步地，所述绒面革与修饰纹路之间一体成型。
进一步地，所述皮革基层一侧固定连接有防潮层。
进一步地，所述第一防水薄膜、第二防水薄膜和第三防水薄膜上设有直径小于0.1um的微型孔。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：该种合成透气防水鞋面革，通过在绒面革和皮革基层上形成多个透气孔，以解决鞋面革的透气性能，并应用该处理过的合成革来制作鞋面，由于第一防水薄膜、第二防水薄膜和第三防水薄膜上的微孔直径很小，外观上用肉眼看不出来，既保证了透气性，也有效达到防水效果，绒面革与真皮贴层的复合使得鞋面革主体牢固耐用，结构简单，贴合程度高，透气性好，穿着舒适，适合广泛推广。

如图1-2所示，一种合成透气防水鞋面革，包括鞋面革主体3，所述鞋面革主体3底部设置有纤维棉底层1，所述纤维棉底层1顶端连接有皮革基层2，所述皮革基层2上设有第一透气孔4，所述第一透气孔4上方设置有通气层16，所述通气层16顶部固定连接有第二防水薄膜9，所述第二防水薄膜9上设有第三防水薄膜11，所述第三防水薄膜11与第二防水薄膜9之间连接有植物纤维层10，所述鞋面革主体3外边缘粘贴有密封侧边6，所述密封侧边6两端均设置有第一防水薄膜5，所述鞋面革主体3上表面设有绒面革8，所述绒面革8底部连接有真皮贴层7，且绒面革8外侧均匀设有修饰纹路12，所述修饰纹路12之间设置有第二透气孔13，所述绒面革8表面涂覆有光亮剂14。
其中，所述第一透气孔4孔径和第二透气孔13孔径均小于0.1mm，便于阻止水液进入鞋面革内部的同时达到充分的透气效果。
其中，所述纤维棉底层1与皮革基层2之间通过粘贴固定连接，便于连接稳固，提高鞋面革与皮肤接触的舒适度。
其中，所述绒面革8与修饰纹路12之间一体成型，便于提高鞋面革的整体美观。
其中，所述皮革基层2一侧固定连接有防潮层15，便于预防湿气破坏鞋面革质量。
其中，所述第一防水薄膜5、第二防水薄膜9和第三防水薄膜11上设有直径小于0.1um的微型孔。
需要说明的是，本发明为一种合成透气防水鞋面革，工作时，通过在绒面革8和皮革基层2上形成多个透气孔，以解决鞋面革的透气性能，并应用该处理过的合成革来制作鞋面，由于第一防水薄膜5、第二防水薄膜9和第三防水薄膜11上的微孔直径很小，外观上用肉眼看不出来，既保证了透气性，也有效达到防水效果，绒面革8与真皮贴层7的复合使得鞋面革主体3牢固耐用，贴合程度高，透气性好，穿着舒适，修饰纹路12和光亮剂14增加鞋面革主体3的美观。
