(1) the air valve 2 is connected to an air pump, the infusion tube 9a is connected to a cleaning solution infusion pump, the plastic bag is stored in the cleaning box 31, the second motor 69a rotates to drive the screw rod 69b to rotate, so that the screw rod 69b drives the slide rod 67 to slide in the sliding sleeve 69, the support frame 64 drives the driving sleeve 61 to abut against the cleaning box 31, the cleaning box 31 rotates around the rotating shaft 36, the bottom surface of the driving sleeve 61 at the bottom end of the cleaning box 31 and the plane of the center line of the rotating shaft 36 are parallel to the bottom surface of the shell 9, the second motor 69a rotates to drive the driving wheel 65 to rotate, and the driving wheel 65 rotates to drive the cleaning box 31 to reciprocate and rotate;
(2) the plastic bag is washed from the top end through the high-pressure spray nozzle 53, meanwhile, the plastic bag is washed from the lateral side through the second spray holes 35, meanwhile, the protrusions 32 are of a hemispherical structure, the contact area with the plastic bag is increased, the blocking of the flow guide holes 34 is effectively prevented, waste residues are conveniently discharged from the flow guide holes 34, meanwhile, air is sprayed through the first spray holes 33, the plastic tape is not adhered to the protrusions 32, and the problem that the back cleaning effect of the plastic bag is poor in the cleaning process is avoided;
(3) after the cleaning, the second motor 69a rotates, the driving screw 69b rotates, the screw 69b drives the sliding rod 67 to slide in the sliding sleeve 69, the supporting frame 64 drives the driving sleeve 61 to abut against the cleaning box 31, the cleaning box 31 rotates around the rotating shaft 36, the distance from the bottom end of the housing 9 close to the bottom end of the driving sleeve 61 to the cleaning box 31 is smaller than the distance from the rotating shaft 36 to the bottom end of the housing 9, the second motor 69a rotates to drive the driving wheel 65 to rotate, the driving wheel 65 rotates to drive the cleaning box 31 to shake around the rotating shaft 36 in a reciprocating rotation mode, the cleaned plastic bag is discharged, cleaning liquid carried in the plastic bag is stored in the storage box 72, and then is discharged from the guide pipe 71.
The driving structure 6 of the invention is matched with the cleaning structure 3 to enable the plastic bag to shake in a reciprocating way in the cleaning structure 3, thereby effectively preventing the plastic bag from blocking the cleaning structure 3, and simultaneously being convenient for controlling the cleaning time of the plastic and accommodating the cleaned plastic bag; the cleaning structure 3 is matched with the air valve 2 for use, the plastic bag is washed by air, the plastic bag is effectively prevented from being stuck inside the cleaning structure 3, the inside of the plastic bag is convenient to wash, meanwhile, the plastic bag is washed from the inner side wall of the cleaning structure 3 by matching with the infusion tube 9a, and the plastic bag is washed from the top end by the spraying structure 5 from the top end, so that the cleaning quality of the plastic bag is greatly improved; accomodate structure 7's use, be convenient for handle the washing liquid in the cleaning process, the setting of the cooperation bottom plate 9b of fluid-discharge tube 1 simultaneously effectively prevents to wash the inside gathering of expense liquid at shell 9, has improved waste liquid treatment efficiency and quality.

s3, conveying the plastic bag softened in the S2 to the next process;
the cleaning equipment adopted in the method comprises a liquid discharge pipe (1), an air valve (2), a cleaning structure (3), a guide plate (4), a spray cleaning structure (5), a driving structure (6), a containing structure (7), a junction box (8), a shell (9), a liquid conveying pipe (9 a) and a bottom plate (9 b); the bottom end of the shell (9) for containing the cleaning liquid and the waste liquid thereof is provided with the bottom plate (9 b) for drainage, and the end part of the shell (9) is provided with the liquid discharge pipe (1) which extends to the bottom plate (9 b) and is used for discharging the cleaning liquid; the guide plate (4) is fixed on the shell (9) and extends to the cleaning structure (3), the cleaning structure (3) used for cleaning plastic bags is arranged inside the shell (9), the driving structure (6) used for driving the cleaning structure (3) to shake is arranged on the shell (9), the junction box (8) electrically connected with the driving structure (6) is arranged on the shell (9), and the air valve (2) used for flushing the plastic bags by air is communicated with the cleaning structure (3); the cleaning structure (3) is communicated with the infusion tube (9 a) for guiding cleaning liquid; the top end of the shell (9) is provided with the spray-washing structure (5) for washing the plastic bag; the end part of the shell (9) is provided with the receiving structure (7) for receiving cleaning liquid;
the spray washing structure (5) comprises a fixing plate (51), a connecting pipe, a plurality of high-pressure spray heads (53) and a drainage channel (54), the fixing plate (51) is arranged at the top end of the shell (9), the drainage channel (54) for guiding the washing liquid to be discharged is arranged in the fixing plate (51), the connecting pipe is in threaded connection with the fixing plate (51) and extends to the drainage channel (54), the high-pressure spray heads (53) are in threaded connection with the fixing plate (51), and the high-pressure spray heads (53) are communicated with the drainage channel (54);
the section of the fixed plate (51) is of a trapezoidal structure, and the fixed plate (51) is detachably connected with the shell (9);
the cleaning structure (3) comprises a cleaning box (31), a plurality of bulges (32), a plurality of first spray holes (33), a plurality of flow guide holes (34), a plurality of second spray holes (35), a rotating shaft (36) and flow guide channels (37), the rotating shaft (36) of a cylindrical structure is connected with the shell (9) and the cleaning box (31) in a penetrating way, the cleaning box (31) is connected with the shell (9) in a rotating way, a plurality of hemispherical structures used for cleaning plastic bags are distributed on the bottom end of the cleaning box (31) in an array way, the bulges (32) are arranged on the spherical surface of the bulges (32), the first spray holes (33) of the hemispherical structures are arranged on the bottom end of the cleaning box (31), the flow guide channels (37) are arranged at the bottom end of the cleaning box (31), the first spray holes (33) are communicated with the flow guide channels (37), the flow guide holes (34) used for filtering waste scraps are arranged between two adjacent bulges (32, a plurality of second spray holes (35) are distributed at the upper limit position of the opposite side wall of the cleaning box (31), the infusion tube (9 a) penetrates through the cleaning box (31) and is communicated with the second spray holes (35), and the air valve (2) is fixed on the rotating shaft (36) and is communicated with the flow guide channel (37);

the driving structure (6) comprises a driving sleeve (61), a driving shaft (62), a belt (63), a supporting frame (64), two driving wheels (65), a first motor (66), a sliding rod (67), a guide groove (68), a sliding sleeve (69), a second motor (69 a) and a screw rod (69 b), the sliding sleeve (69) is fixed at one end of the shell (9) deviating from the guide plate (4) for driving, the second motor (69 a) is fixed at the sliding sleeve (69) and electrically connected with the junction box (8), the bottom end of the second motor (69 a) is provided with the screw rod (69 b) for transmission, the screw rod (69 b) is in threaded connection with the sliding rod (67), the sliding rod (67) is in sliding connection with the sliding sleeve (69), the side wall of the sliding rod (67) is arranged in the guide groove (68) of a semi-cylindrical structure for guiding, the bottom end of the sliding rod (67) is provided with the supporting frame (64) which is of a U-shaped structure and used for fixing, the first motor (66) is fixed on the supporting frame (64), the driving shaft (62) is connected with the driving sleeve (61) and the supporting frame (64) in a penetrating manner, the driving sleeve (61) with an oval cross section is rotatably connected with the supporting frame (64), the driving sleeve (61) is abutted against the cleaning box (31), the end part of the driving shaft (62) and the first motor (66) are respectively provided with the driving wheels (65), and the belt (63) used for transmission is wound on the two driving wheels (65);
the sliding sleeve (69) is of a 7-shaped structure, and the section of one end, close to the shell (9), of the sliding sleeve (69) is of a trapezoidal structure;
the containing structure (7) comprises a guide pipe (71) and a containing box (72), the containing box (72) with a rectangular structure is arranged at one end, close to the driving sleeve (61), of the shell (9), and the guide pipe (71) is clamped with the containing box (72);
