The hinged oil cylinder is one of important components of the shield machine and is positioned between a support ring of the shield machine and a shield tail, one end of the hinged oil cylinder is fixed on the support ring of the shield machine, and the other end of the hinged oil cylinder is fixed on the shield tail and is used for shield deviation correction and attitude control during curve construction.
When the hinged oil cylinder is installed, a flange of a support ring or a shield tail is usually arranged downwards, the opening end of a cylinder body is arranged upwards, the hinged oil cylinder is vertically assembled upwards along the opening end of the cylinder body from top to bottom, and finally one end of the hinged oil cylinder is fixed on the support ring of the shield machine and the other end of the hinged oil cylinder is fixed on the shield tail.

Fig. 5 is a top view of the second bracket, referring to fig. 5, the second bracket 15 includes a sliding plate 17, a second oblong hole 18 is formed in the sliding plate 17, the length direction of the second oblong hole 18 is perpendicular to the length direction of the first oblong hole 16, the same adjusting bolt 25 is inserted into the first oblong hole 16 and the second oblong hole 18 (see fig. 3 again), and the relative position of the first bracket 12 and the second bracket 15 can be adjusted by adjusting the adjusting bolt 25 inserted into the first oblong hole 16 and the second oblong hole 18.
Specifically, the adjusting bolts 25 inserted into the first long circular holes 16 and the second long circular holes 18 are adjusted left and right, so that the transverse position of the second support 15 relative to the first support 12 can be adjusted; the longitudinal position of the first bracket 12 relative to the second bracket 15 can be adjusted by adjusting the adjusting bolts 25 inserted in the first oblong hole 16 and the second oblong hole 18 back and forth.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second bracket 15 further includes a mounting plate 19, the mounting plate 19 is vertically fixed on the sliding plate 17, and the insertion holes 11 are disposed on the mounting plate 19 (see fig. 6), so that two ends of the clip 2 can be detachably inserted into the insertion holes 11, thereby realizing the detachable and fixed connection between the clip 2 and the second bracket 15.

Fig. 7 is a bottom view of the positioning and supporting tool, and as shown in fig. 7, the clamping band 2 includes a semicircular ring 21 and two threaded sections 22, and the two threaded sections 22 are respectively welded and fixed with two ends of the semicircular ring 21; the inner diameter of the semi-circular ring 21 is matched with the outer diameter of the hinged cylinder body 200 to ensure that the clamp 2 can be completely clamped on the hinged cylinder 200.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mounting plate 19 is provided with the positioning flange 23, the concave arc surface 24 of the positioning flange 23 is used for being matched with the outer peripheral wall of the hinge oil cylinder 200, and the concave arc surface 24 of the positioning flange 23 is arranged opposite to the semicircular ring 21 of the clamp 2. The hinged oil cylinder 200 can be limited and tightly held by the concave arc surface 24 on the positioning flange 23 and the semi-circle ring 21 of the clamping hoop 2.

Step 102: the clamp 2 is fixedly connected with the support frame 1, so that the hinged oil cylinder 200 is positioned in a clamping space formed between the clamp 2 and the support frame 1.
Specifically, one end of the clamp 2 is detachably inserted into one insertion hole 11 of the support frame 1, and the other end of the clamp 2 is detachably inserted into the other insertion hole 11 of the support frame 1, so that the articulated cylinder 200 is located in a clamping space formed between the clamp 2 and the support frame 1.
