When the positions in the transmission part 102 and the damping part 103 are stressed, the obvious buffer spring 1034 can be subjected to pressure for buffer compression, meanwhile, a second buffer area 1035 provides a stress moving space, compression of a third buffer pad 1033 is reduced or even not needed, and the problem that when the positions in the transmission part 102 and the damping part 103 are stressed in conventional arrangement, the shock absorption capacity is reduced due to the fact that the density is increased due to stress compression of a shock absorption part, and shock absorption cannot be effectively performed is solved.

As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the platform 1 is symmetrically provided with a clamping box 14 and an adjusting box 16 at two sides of the center, and the clamping box 14 is provided with a feeding hole 15 at the center for feeding agricultural machinery accessories. Three chutes 141 are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the feeding hole 15, clamping devices 19 are arranged on the chutes 141, the clamping devices 19 can slide on the chutes 141, and the distance between the clamping devices 19 can be adjusted by the sliding of the clamping devices 19 on the chutes 141, so that the device is suitable for agricultural accessories with different sizes.

As shown in fig. 2, 5, 7, 8 and 9, the clamping box 14 is communicated with the adjusting box 16, two sleeve members 24 are arranged on the left end surface of the fixing column 20, a second rope groove 26 is arranged between the sleeve members 24, a rope channel 27 is arranged in the clamping box 14, and the rope channel 27 corresponds to the second rope groove 26.
The centre of the clamping box 14 is embedded with a rocking handle 17, the right end of the rocking handle 17 is provided with a rope groove 171, the rocking handle 17 and the clamping device 19 are provided with a binding piece 28, the binding piece 28 is fixed in the adjusting box 16, one end of a first steel rope 173 is wound and connected with a second rope groove 26, the other end of the first steel rope 173 penetrates through the binding piece 28 and extends to the rope channel 27, the binding and winding are carried out on the second rope groove 26, the other end of the first steel rope 173 is fixedly connected with the rope groove 171, and finally, the first steel rope 173 returns to be fixedly connected with the end face of the binding piece 28. Lock button 18 is connected to latch fitting 181, surface mounting has second spring 25 on the external member 24, when the agricultural machinery accessory is loosened to needs, can be through earlier anticlockwise rotation lock button 18, at anticlockwise rocking handle 17, at this moment, second spring 25 resets to clamping device 19, prevents that processed agricultural machinery accessory can not be taken out or agricultural machinery accessory can not effectively be adjusted, carries out further processing to agricultural machinery accessory.

An elastic piece I1222 is arranged between the upper end face of the lifting plate 1233 and the lower end face of the first lifting rod 122, and a steel needle 1221 is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the first lifting rod 122; a needle hole 1236 is formed in the half part of the movable groove 1238, and the needle hole 1236 is communicated with the outer part of the upper end of the lifting plate 1233 and is adapted to the steel needle 1221; two sides of the lower surface of the lifting plate 1233 are connected with one end of a third elastic piece 1239, and the other end of the third elastic piece 1239 is connected with the inner bottom surface of the second lifting rod 123. A plurality of clamping grooves 1231 are uniformly formed in the left side and the right side of the second lifting rod 123, and the clamping grooves 1231 correspond to the clamping plates 1232. The locking plate 1232 is locked in the locking groove 1231 to prevent the lifting device 12 from moving. Simultaneously, the left and right sides evenly is equipped with a plurality of draw-in grooves 1231 in the lifter two 123, when meetting unevenness ground, adjustable cardboard 1232 to different draw-in grooves 1231 to the ground of adaptation unevenness prevents to influence the processing of equipment to agricultural machinery accessory because of the unevenness on ground.
As shown in fig. 11-14, when uneven ground is encountered, it is not beneficial for the agricultural machinery accessory processing device of the present invention to process agricultural machinery accessories:
firstly, the lifting head 121 is pressed, at the moment, the first elastic piece 1222 is stressed to contract, the steel needle 1221 moves downwards, the moving block 1237 is driven to move downwards, the second steel rope 1235 is stretched towards the middle, the clamping plate 1232 moves towards the middle from two sides, the clamping plate 1232 is pulled by the second steel rope 1235 to exit from the clamping groove 1231, and the lifting plate 1233 is pushed to move downwards; the third elastic member 1239 then provides a supporting force to prevent the first lifting rod 122 and the lifting plate 1233 from moving vertically downward directly under the influence of gravity, which results in an increase in labor force when adjusting the height. Compared with the agricultural machinery accessory processing device in the prior art that the lifting head 121 is arranged at the side end of the lifting device 12, the agricultural machinery accessory processing device has the advantages that the lifting head 121 is arranged at the upper end of the lifting device 12, and the hand can be prevented from being possibly touched and damaged due to the fact that the hand is too close to the lifting moving end during lifting. Further, the lift head 121 is conspicuous and easy to touch, and the lift operation can be performed by operating the lift head 121 in a short time.
Secondly, an operator can apply pressure or pulling force to the lifting head 121 to adjust the height of the lifting device 12, and further adjust the height of the platform 1; meanwhile, the elastic force of the elastic piece three 1239 can make the operator save more labor when adjusting the height of the platform 1.
Finally, the operator releases the lifting head 121, the elastic force of the first elastic piece 1222 enables the steel needle 1221 to reset, the second elastic piece 1234 pushes the clamping plate 1232 to reset and be clamped in the clamping groove 1231, and the second steel rope 1235 is stressed to pull the lifting plate 1233 to reset.
The operator can apply not equidimension pulling force or pressure to the lift head 121 as required, adjusts platform 1 to co-altitude to adaptation unevenness ground, to the processing of agricultural machinery accessory, solved the agricultural machinery accessory processingequipment among the prior art and add man-hour to agricultural machinery accessory on unevenness ground, influenced agricultural machinery accessory processingquality's technical problem easily, improved the processingquality of agricultural machinery accessory greatly.
As shown in fig. 15, the operating rod 10 is sequentially provided with a grip part 101, a transmission part 102 and a damping part 103 from left to right, the outer surface of the grip part 101 is made of rubber, so as to reduce vibration, improve the smoothness during cutting, and further improve the cutting accuracy of the processing device of the agricultural machinery accessories, thereby improving the quality of the agricultural machinery accessories.
As shown in fig. 1, 16 and 17, the left end of the transmission part 102 is connected to the grip part 101, and the right end of the transmission part 102 is disposed in the damping part 103; the right end of the transmission part 102 is provided with a limiting block 1021, and the limiting block 1021 is used for effectively preventing the transmission part 102 from moving out of the damping part 103 due to an accident. A first cushion 1031 is arranged at the joint of the damping part 103 and the transmission part 102, and the first cushion 1031 is also arranged at the left end and the right end of the limiting block 1021; the transmission part 102 and the damping part 103 leave a first buffer area 104, and the first buffer area 104 is used for preventing the damping part 103 from directly contacting the transmission part 102 to cause the vibration force to be transmitted to the transmission part 102.
The left lower end position in the shock absorption part 103 and the corresponding position of the transmission part 102 are respectively provided with a cushion pad three 1033 and a cushion area two 1035, and the right upper end position in the shock absorption part 103 and the corresponding position of the transmission part 102 are also respectively provided with a cushion pad three 1033 and a cushion area two 1035.
According to the lever principle, when the handle part 101 moves downward, the left lower end position in the transmission part 102 and the damping part 103 is stressed, and then the right upper end position in the transmission part 102 and the damping part 103 is stressed to drive the cutting wheel 8 to move for cutting. When the positions of the transmission part 102 and the damping part 103 are stressed, the obvious buffer spring 1034 can be subjected to pressure for buffer compression, meanwhile, a buffer area II 1035 provides a stress moving space, the compression of a cushion pad III 1033 is reduced or even not needed, and the problem that the processing quality of agricultural machine accessories is influenced due to the vibration of an operating rod when the positions of the transmission part 102 and the damping part 103 are stressed in the conventional arrangement because the shock absorption capacity is reduced due to the fact that the density is increased due to stress compression of a shock absorption part is avoided.
A processing method based on an agricultural machinery accessory processing device comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: the rocking handle 17 is swung anticlockwise to loosen the first steel rope 173 on the first rope groove 171, and the second spring 25 resets the clamping device 19 to move the clamping device 19 outwards along the sliding groove 141 to adjust the size of the feeding hole 15;
the second step is that: feeding the agricultural machinery accessories to be processed through a feeding hole 15 in the center of the clamping box 14;
the third step: the rocking handle 17 is shaken clockwise, the first steel rope 173 is wound and tightened on the first rope groove 171, so that the clamping device 19 is influenced and moves towards the middle of the feeding hole 15 along the sliding groove 141, namely the clamping device 19 slides on the sliding groove 141 to adjust the distance between the clamping device 19 and the center of the feeding hole 15, so as to adapt to agricultural accessories with different sizes, and further realize the clamping operation of the agricultural accessories;
the fourth step: operating the control button 11 to control the motor 9 so as to drive the cutting wheel 8 to rotate;
the fifth step: when the holding hand part 101 is held by two hands, the holding hand part moves downwards to process the agricultural machinery accessories;
and a sixth step: after the agricultural machinery accessories are machined, the lock knob 18 is rotated anticlockwise, the rocking handle 17 is shaken anticlockwise, at the moment, the second spring 25 resets the clamping device 19, and the machined agricultural machinery accessories are taken out.
According to an embodiment of the invention, wherein, further, if the processing field of the agricultural machine accessory processing device is uneven, before the first step is carried out:
firstly, the lifting head 121 is pressed, at the moment, the first elastic piece 1222 is stressed to contract, the steel needle 1221 moves downwards, the moving block 1237 is driven to move downwards, the second steel rope 1235 is stretched towards the middle, the clamping plate 1232 moves towards the middle from two sides, the clamping plate 1232 is pulled by the second steel rope 1235 to exit from the clamping groove 1231, and the lifting plate 1233 is pushed to move downwards;
subsequently, the operator loosens the lifting head 121, the elastic force of the first elastic piece 1222 enables the steel needle 1221 to reset, the second elastic piece 1234 pushes the clamping plate 1232 to reset and is clamped in the clamping groove 1231, the second steel rope 1235 is stressed to pull the lifting plate 1233 to reset, and the platform 1 is adjusted to different heights to adapt to uneven ground.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further, in the face of different ground conditions, the operator can apply different pulling forces or pressing forces to the lifting head 121 as required to adjust the platform 1 to different heights to adapt to uneven ground.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein, further, the third step further comprises: four end faces with different shapes are uniformly arranged on the edge of the clamping device 19, when the end face is not matched with the shape matched with the agricultural machinery, the stabilizing column 21 can be withdrawn from the stabilizing groove 191 firstly, then the clamping device 19 is rotated to match the edge end face of the clamping device 19 with the shape of the agricultural machinery accessory, and after the matching is completed, the stabilizing column 21 is clamped with the stabilizing groove 191.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein, further, the fifth step further comprises: when a plurality of surfaces of the agricultural machinery accessory are required to be machined, after one surface is machined, the lock knob 18 is rotated anticlockwise, the rocking handle 17 is shaken anticlockwise, at the moment, the clamping device 19 is reset by the second spring 25, then the position of the agricultural machinery accessory is adjusted, and the agricultural machinery accessory is further machined.

the operating rod (10) comprises a transmission part (102) and a damping part (103), the transmission part (102) and the damping part (103) are provided with a first buffer area (104), and the first buffer area (104) is used for preventing the damping part (103) from directly contacting the transmission part (102) to cause vibration force to be transmitted to the transmission part (102);
the lifting device (12) is arranged at the bottom of the platform (1);
the lifting device (12) is sequentially provided with a lifting head (121), a first lifting rod (122) and a second lifting rod (123) from top to bottom, the lifting head (121) is connected with the upper end of the first lifting rod (122), and the lower end of the first lifting rod (122) is arranged inside the second lifting rod (123);
a lifting plate (1233) is arranged inside the second lifting rod (123), and a moving groove (1238) is formed in the middle of the lifting plate (1233); clamping plates (1232) are arranged at the left end and the right end of the lifting plate (1233), opposite end faces between the clamping plates (1232) are connected with one ends of second elastic pieces (1234), and the other ends of the second elastic pieces (1234) are connected with the inside of the lifting plate (1233); a plurality of clamping grooves (1231) are uniformly formed in the left side and the right side of the inner portion of the second lifting rod (123), and the clamping grooves (1231) correspond to the clamping plates (1232);
a first elastic part (1222) is arranged between the upper end surface of the lifting plate (1233) and the lower end surface of the first lifting rod (122), and a steel needle (1221) is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the first lifting rod (122);
the moving groove (1238) is communicated with the outer part of the lower end of the lifting plate (1233), a moving block (1237) is arranged in the moving groove (1238), the left end and the right end of the upper surface of the moving block (1237) are respectively connected with one end of a second steel rope (1235), and the other end of the second steel rope (1235) penetrates through the center of the opposite end face between the elastic piece II (1234) and the clamping plate (1232);
two ends of the rotating shaft (4) are symmetrically provided with first springs (5); a cutting wheel (8) is arranged in the accommodating disc (7), and the side end of the cutting wheel (8) is connected with a motor (9);
a glass cover (13) is arranged in the middle of the platform (1), feeding holes (131) are symmetrically formed in the left side and the right side of the glass cover (13), and a feeding hole (15) is formed in the middle of the clamping box (14);
the size of the feeding hole (131) corresponds to that of the feeding hole (15), the horizontal height positions of the feeding hole are consistent, a groove (132) is formed in the center of the glass cover (13), and the depth of the groove (132) is lower than the horizontal height of the feeding hole (131).

The agricultural machinery accessory processing device of claim 1, wherein the clamping box (14) is provided with a feeding hole (15) in the center, three sliding grooves (141) are uniformly formed in the periphery of the feeding hole (15), clamping devices (19) are arranged on the sliding grooves (141), and a fixing column (20) is arranged in the center of each clamping device (19).

The agricultural machinery accessory processing device of claim 2, wherein the edge of the clamping device (19) is uniformly provided with four end faces with different shapes, the periphery of the center of the clamping device (19) is averagely provided with four stabilizing grooves (191), the stabilizing grooves (191) correspond to the centers of the peripheral shapes of the edges of the clamping device (19), and the peripheral surface of the fixing column (20) is provided with a stabilizing column (21); the right end surface of the fixing column (20) is provided with a thread groove (23).
