The polluted gas sucked into the mobile blowing-sucking type modular dust collector 3 from the air inlet is purified by the low-resistance high-efficiency filtering and purifying devices in the mobile blowing-sucking type modular dust collector, and then is sent out from the air outlet, and the purpose of saving energy is achieved by circulating air supply. Meanwhile, the pulsation intelligent central control system 4 can control the up-and-down synchronous moving type travelling crane assembly to work at fixed point in a workshop at fixed time, can also move left and right back and forth to continuously work uninterruptedly, is used for trapping fine dust in an upper area, and can also move to a position above a dust source point with large dust at a fixed point to remove dust at the fixed point, thereby reducing the dust diffusion range of the dust source point.
