The driving wheel 37 corresponding to the roller body 31 of the bottle brushing roller 3 in each bottle is in transmission connection with the driving device through the driving belt 13.
The sleeve 36 is rotatably connected to the inlet pipe 54 via a bearing a and to the cross-beam housing 2 via a bearing B.
Bearing retainer rings are respectively fixed at two ends of the shaft sleeve 36.
The friction plate A33 and the friction plate B34 are respectively provided with a through hole matched with the spring B35, one end of the spring B35 passes through the friction plate B34 to be in contact with the bearing baffle ring, and the other end passes through the friction plate A33 to be in contact with the end cover 32.
The outer side wall of the shaft sleeve 36 extending out of the beam box 2 is fixedly provided with an outer bottle brush 6, the outer bottle brush 6 is fixed on a longitudinal connecting rod 61, the bristles of the outer bottle brush 6 face the inner bottle brush roller 36, and the longitudinal connecting rod 61 is provided with a plurality of bristles and is arranged along the axis of the inner bottle brush roller 3 and uniformly distributed by taking the axis of the inner bottle brush roller 3 as the center.
The shaft sleeve 36 is fixed with one end of the bottle outer brush 6 facing the beam box 2 through the connecting disc 7, and one end of the bottle outer brush 6 far away from the beam box 2 is fixed through the connecting ring 8.
The upper part of the bottle outer brush 6 is provided with a water spray pipe 9, and the water spray pipe 9 is arranged along the length direction of the bottle outer brush 6 and is fixed on the bottom surface of a top plate 10 arranged at the top of the beam box 2.
The water spraying pipes 9 are respectively communicated with the water inlet main pipe 12.
The liquid level of the cleaning liquid 11 in the water tank 1 is lower than the lowest position of the brush 6 outside the bottle.
The bottom of the water tank 1 is communicated with a drain pipe, and a drain valve (not shown in the drawing of the specification) is arranged on the drain pipe.
The intake manifold 12 communicates with a mains (not shown in the drawings of the specification).
A circulating water pump is arranged in the water tank 1, a filter screen is arranged at the water inlet of the circulating water pump, and the water outlet of the circulating water pump is communicated with a water inlet main pipe 12 (not shown in the drawing of the specification).

The operator controls the bottle body not to rotate along with the rotation of the bottle brushing roller 3 and the bottle outer brush 6 in the bottle in the whole process. Finally, the operator inverts the brushed bottle and pours the water in the bottle into the water tank 1.
