Each time the contact head 307 contacts the jog switch 305, the vibration motor 30 makes a sound, so as to remind the user of the exercise frequency, thereby facilitating the user to control the exercise amount reasonably.
In the process of moving the second slider 111, the second mounting rod 112 can drive the brush piece 311 to move, the brush piece 311 rubs against the resistance strip 31 to generate a relatively stable current, when a user is tired and does not have strength to make the second slider 111 move leftwards, the second spring 113 resets, under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 113, the second slider 111 and other related components move rightwards rapidly, the current generated by the friction between the brush piece 311 and the resistance strip 31 changes greatly, the self-resetting electromagnet 3012 is powered on at the moment, and drives the friction block 3010 to move upwards to be in contact with the friction rod 302, so that the friction force can be increased, and the second slider 111 and other related components are prevented from moving rightwards rapidly to damage the device.
