Abstract
本申请公开了有源插入式人体通信胃管,包括胃管本体、脉冲模块、人体通信模块和控制模块;脉冲模块设置于胃管本体前端,且能够产生脉冲信号;人体通信模块用于接收脉冲模块产生的脉冲信号,并传输至控制模块;控制模块能够对接收到的脉冲信号进行分析。由此,通过脉冲模块产生脉冲信号,跟随胃管本体插入食管,脉冲信号通过人体进行传输,实现人体通信,控制模块接收到通过人体传输的脉冲信号后进行分析,以识别胃管本体是插入了食管还是气管。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械领域,尤其涉及有源插入式人体通信胃管。
背景技术
胃管插入技术是医学生、护理专业学生必备的一项临床技能,危重病人或者吞咽功能障碍的病人插胃管时,由于人体气管和食管毗邻,吞咽时有会厌软骨遮挡住气管,但当病人病情危重时,会厌软骨不能及时进行遮挡,操作不当易误入气管;另外有吞咽功能障碍的老年人长期留置胃管,当体位变化时也易引起胃管的脱出进入气管,轻则引起病人的咳嗽、气急、突然的憋闷,吸入性肺炎,重则引起病人的窒息甚至死亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供有源插入式人体通信胃管,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供有源插入式人体通信胃管,包括胃管本体、脉冲模块、人体通信模块和控制模块;
脉冲模块设置于胃管本体前端,且能够产生脉冲信号;
人体通信模块用于接收脉冲模块产生的脉冲信号,并传输至控制模块;
控制模块能够对接收到的脉冲信号进行分析。
本发明通过脉冲模块产生脉冲信号,跟随胃管本体插入食管,脉冲信号通过人体进行传输,实现人体通信,控制模块接收到通过人体传输的脉冲信号后进行分析,以识别胃管本体是插入了食管还是气管。
在一些实施方式中:脉冲模块包括脉冲发生器、第一电极和第一脉冲放大器,脉冲发生器电连接于第一脉冲放大器,第一脉冲放大器电连接于第一电极,第一电极设置于胃管本体前端。
在一些实施方式中:胃管本体的管壁内设有导线通道,导线通道内设置有导线,第一脉冲放大器通过导线电连接第一电极;第一电极为环形结构,第一电极包覆于胃管本体的前端边缘处。
在一些实施方式中:人体通讯模块包括人体表面、人体食管和人体气管,胃管本体能够插入到人体食管,控制模块与人体表面通信连接。
在一些实施方式中:控制模块包括微处理器、第二脉冲放大器和第二电极;第二电极为片状结构,第二电极贴设于人体表面,第二电极电连接于第二脉冲放大器,第二脉冲放大器电连接于微处理器。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,有源插入式人体通信胃管,包括胃管本体1、脉冲模块2、人体通信模块3和控制模块4;
脉冲模块2设置于胃管本体1前端,且能够产生脉冲信号;
人体通信模块3用于接收脉冲模块2产生的脉冲信号,并传输至控制模块4;
控制模块4能够对接收到的脉冲信号进行分析。
脉冲模块2包括脉冲发生器21、第一电极22和第一脉冲放大器23,脉冲发生器21电连接于第一脉冲放大器23,第一脉冲放大器23电连接于第一电极22,第一电极22设置于胃管本体1前端。
胃管本体1的管壁内设有导线通道11,导线通道11内设置有导线,第一脉冲放大器23通过导线电连接第一电极22;第一电极22为环形结构,第一电极22包覆于胃管本体1的前端边缘处。
人体通讯模块3包括人体表面31、人体食管32和人体气管33,胃管本体1能够插入到人体食管32,控制模块4与人体表面31通信连接。
控制模块4包括微处理器41、第二脉冲放大器42和第二电极43;第二电极43为片状结构,第二电极43贴设于人体表面31,第二电极43电连接于第二脉冲放大器42,第二脉冲放大器42电连接于微处理器41。微处理器41还可以与脉冲发生器21电连接,用于控制脉冲发生器21开启关闭。
需要说明的是上述电连接和通信连接均通过导线进行连接。
在一种实施例中:为了实现本发明所述的人体通信,我们可以将人体看成一个从内到外分别为骨骼、肌肉、脂肪、皮肤,且介质是连续的人体通信信道特征。人体是一个电磁兼容体系,具有电导率和介电常数。人体电导率和介电常数,分别决定电流的大小及极化幅度。骨骼层、肌肉层、脂肪层和皮肤层分别具有其特定的电导率和介电常数。
介电常数根据如下公式获得:
其中ω为电磁波的角频率,τ为弛豫时间,α为权重因子,εs为当ωτ<<1的介质常数,ε∞为当ωτ>>1的介电常数,ε(ω)则为不同频率所对应的介电常数。
电导率根据如下公式获得:
其中Im[ε(ω)]为不同频率所对应的介电常数的虚部,ω为电磁波的角频率,σ(ω)则为不同频率所对应的电导率。
气管和食管为不同的组织结构。
气管由弹性纤维膜包裹的透明软骨环组成。食管由外部纤维层,肌层,结缔组织层和粘膜层组成。
由于气管和食管的组织结构不同,因此其特征阻抗也不同。
电阻抗(包含电阻和电抗)定量地描述了有多少电流被阻碍,是所有离子流的阻碍形式的综合表达。当生物组织引入一个电场后,主要的反应可能有两个:电荷离子沿着电场方向移动和静止的粒子极化。因此,电阻抗包含两部分,移动的电荷引起的电阻和静止部分的极化引起的电抗。电阻通常由于移动离子(如钠离子和氯离子)所发生的摩擦产生的阻力。而电抗通常是由于静止的分子(如细胞膜和蛋白质分子,类似于电容器两金属板之间的介电材料)的极化。
因此,人体通信过程中电容效应的影响不可忽视。
电路理论中,电容上电压如下式:
其中C表示电容器的电容;
当有一个或一个以上的激励源作用于一个网络时,网络中产生许多响应。网络常常由阶跃函数所激励。阶跃函数作用于R-C网络的响应曲线如如2所示。
人体电阻抗(包含电阻和电抗)可以等效为一个阻容网络(R-C网络),组织不同,其阻容参数也随之改变。本发明识别气管和食管的方法就是基于气管和食管的为不同的组织结构,其阻容参数也不同。当阶跃函数作用于不同R-C网络时其响应曲线也不同,通过微处理器41分析响应曲线来确定是什么组织(气管或食管)。
综上所述,本发明通过脉冲模块产生脉冲信号,跟随胃管本体插入食管,脉冲信号通过人体进行传输,实现人体通信,控制模块接收到通过人体传输的脉冲信号后进行分析,以识别胃管本体是插入了食管还是气管。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (1)
1.有源插入式人体通信胃管,其特征在于,包括胃管本体(1)、脉冲模块(2)、人体通信模块(3)和控制模块(4);所述脉冲模块(2)设置于所述胃管本体(1)前端,且能够产生脉冲信号;所述人体通信模块(3)用于接收所述脉冲模块(2)产生的脉冲信号,并传输至控制模块(4);所述控制模块(4)能够对接收到的脉冲信号进行分析;
所述脉冲模块(2)包括脉冲发生器(21)、第一电极(22)和第一脉冲放大器(23),所述脉冲发生器(21)电连接于所述第一脉冲放大器(23),所述第一脉冲放大器(23)电连接于所述第一电极(22),所述第一电极(22)设置于所述胃管本体(1)前端;
所述胃管本体(1)的管壁内设有导线通道(11),所述导线通道(11)内设置有导线,所述第一脉冲放大器(23)通过所述导线电连接所述第一电极(22);所述第一电极(22)为环形结构,第一电极(22)包覆于所述胃管本体(1)的前端边缘处;
所述人体通信模块(3)包括人体表面(31)、人体食管(32)和人体气管(33),所述胃管本体(1)能够插入到人体食管(32),所述控制模块(4)与人体表面(31)通信连接;
所述控制模块(4)包括微处理器(41)、第二脉冲放大器(42)和第二电极(43);所述第二电极(43)为片状结构,第二电极(43)贴设于人体表面(31),所述第二电极(43)电连接于所述第二脉冲放大器(42),所述第二脉冲放大器(42)电连接于所述微处理器(41);所述微处理器(41)用于分析阶跃函数作用于R-C网络的响应曲线;所述R-C网络为人体电阻抗。
