The invention discloses a negative pressure sputum aspirator capable of preventing sputum from flowing reversely, which comprises a storage bag, a filtering bag, a sputum aspirator head and a negative pressure device, wherein the bottom end of the filtering bag is connected with the storage bag through a drainage tube, the top end of the filtering bag is connected with the sputum aspirator head through the drainage tube, the negative pressure device is connected with the storage bag through a negative pressure tube, a filter and a non-return component are arranged in the filtering bag, and the non-return component is positioned below the filter. The invention designs the filtering bag with the functions of filtering and preventing the backflow of the sputum, and even if the storage bag is filled with the sputum during sputum suction, the patient is not influenced by the fact that the sputum can flow back to the drainage tube, so that the invention can be widely applied to the technical field of clinical sputum suction.

The negative pressure sputum aspirator capable of preventing sputum from flowing reversely comprises a storage bag 10, a filtering bag 20, a sputum suction head 40 and a negative pressure device, wherein the negative pressure device is a device commonly used in medical treatment in the embodiment. The bottom end of the filter bag 20 is connected with the storage bag 10 through a drainage tube, the top end of the filter bag 20 is connected with the sputum suction head 40 through a drainage tube, the negative pressure device is connected with the storage bag 10 through a negative pressure tube, and in the embodiment, the storage bag 10 is provided with a drainage inlet 41 and a negative pressure outlet 42. The sputum can be sucked into the storage bag 10 through the filter bag 20 by opening the negative pressure device. The filter capsule 20 is provided therein with a filter 24 and a non-return member which is located below the filter 24, so that the filter capsule 20 not only has a function of filtering the sputum, but also prevents the reverse flow of the sputum in the storage capsule 10. In this embodiment, the filter 24 is an activated carbon filter.
In order to observe the color and amount of the sputum conveniently, the storage bag 10 is made of transparent material.

The inner chamber of the filter capsule 20 has a vertical cylindrical shape, and the backstop assembly includes a post 21 fixed to the lower end of the filter 24 and a backstop 22 positioned below the post 21. The upright post 21 and the filter bag 20 are coaxial, the radius of the upright post 21 is smaller than that of the inner cavity of the filter bag 20, and a gap between the upright post 21 and the filter bag 20 is formed into an annular flow section of sputum. The backstop 22 is a circular ring structure, the inner diameter of the backstop 22 is smaller than the diameter of the upright post 21, and the outer diameter of the backstop 22 is equal to the diameter of the inner cavity of the filter capsule 20, namely, the edge of the backstop 22 is in virtual contact with the inner wall of the filter capsule 20. And the backstop 22 is a foam member of solid construction and less dense than sputum. When the sputum flows back from the storage bag 10 to the filtering bag 20, the check 22 can be lifted by the buoyancy, and then the circular hole of the check 22 is blocked by the lower end surface of the upright post 21, thereby cutting off the sputum pipeline.
In this embodiment, an upward inclined inflation hole is formed on the side wall of the annular flow section towards the outside, and the inflation hole is connected with an inflation bag 23 through an air pipe. When an unexpected blockage occurs in the filter bag 20, the air bag 23 can be pinched to make the interior of the filter bag 20 smooth.
The drainage tube between the filter capsule 20 and the sputum suction head 40 is provided with an upper connector 61 and a lower connector 62, the upper connector 61 is arranged at the end of the drainage tube connected with the sputum suction head 40, the lower connector 62 is arranged at the end of the drainage tube connected with the filter capsule 20, and the upper connector 61 and the lower connector 62 are connected through threads. The storage bag designed in the embodiment is disposable, and when the storage bag 10 needs to be replaced, the upper connector 61 and the lower connector 62 are separated and replaced with a new one.
In this embodiment, the sputum pipeline is opened or closed through stop valve 30 between lower clutch 62 and the filter bag 20, when the storage bag needs to be changed, can be earlier closed the drainage tube that corresponds the department through these two stop valves 30, prevents that the sputum from flowing out. In other embodiments, the following structures may be added: the sputum pipeline is opened or closed between the upper connector 61 and the sputum suction head 40 through the stop valve 30.

Because the thin film material is soft, when the liquid level of the sputum in the storage bag 10 rises to the height of the check tube 43, the check tube 43 floats on the liquid level, and the sputum can be prevented from flowing backwards.
In this embodiment, in the storage bag 10, the bottom end of the drainage tube is lower than the bottom end of the negative pressure tube, so that the sputum can be prevented from entering the negative pressure tube.
