Abstract

Background
Cerebral palsy is a group of persistent central motor and postural developmental disorders, activity-limited syndrome that results from non-progressive damage to the developing fetal or infant brain. Epidemiological investigation shows that the incidence rate of cerebral palsy in China is 2.46 per mill. The main symptoms of cerebral paralysis, namely central motor abnormality and gesture development disorder, can be improved through rehabilitation function training and daily living activity training.
The central motor abnormality is characterized in that cerebral paralysis children usually have the functions of turning over, four-point supporting, sitting, standing and walking motor dysfunction lower than that of normal children of the same age, and partial children cannot walk for life, even can not sit and turn over, so that huge pains are brought to children and families of children.
The dysplasia of the posture is manifested by abnormal postures and poor stability of the children with cerebral paralysis, the abnormal postures are caused when the children move or rest, the left side and the right side are asymmetric, and the head of the serious child patient cannot be controlled at the middle position. Abnormal postures of shoulder joints, elbows and forearms are frequently caused, particularly abnormal postures of trunk and lower limbs are the basis of abnormal gross movement, and are manifested by poor stability of the somatic core myocardium group, poor median position of pelvis, too small femoral angle, overstretching or buckling of knee joints, foot drop and varus.

The invention adopts a combined type integrated design scheme for clinical application of children with cerebral paralysis, and has the advantages of low cost, convenient carrying and simple operation. The device is mainly used for assisting and improving the turning over, four-point supporting position, sitting position and standing position of children with cerebral palsy, thereby laying a foundation for good walking. The combined cushion is simultaneously suitable for improving the activity capacity of daily life, can train daily transfer postures and increase the sitting stability.
