More specifically, the pressure limiting device may be a mechanical safety valve, such as a spring-type safety valve, and when the pressure value in the water tank 30 is higher than or equal to the threshold value of the safety valve (i.e., a preset air pressure), the safety valve is automatically opened to allow the water tank 30 to leak out for depressurization, and when the pressure value in the water tank 30 is lower than the threshold value of the safety valve, the spring-type force controls the safety valve to be automatically closed to stop the water tank 30 from leaking out; of course, the pressure limiting device may specifically include a pressure sensor, an electromagnetic valve, and a controller 70 electrically connected to the pressure sensor and the electromagnetic valve, it should be noted that the controller 70 may be the same component as the controller 70 for controlling the on/off of the control valve 50, or two components independent of each other to perform respective control operations, and in addition, the pressure sensor may be the same component as the pressure detector 90 for detecting the air pressure value in the water tank 30, or two components independent of each other to perform respective pressure detection operations; wherein, when the pressure sensor detects that the air pressure in the water tank 30 reaches or exceeds the preset air pressure, a pressure signal is sent to trigger the controller 70 to control the electromagnetic valve to open, so that the water tank 30 leaks out to reduce the pressure, and when the pressure sensor does not detect that the air pressure in the water tank 30 reaches or exceeds the preset air pressure, the pressure sensor does not send out a pressure signal, at this time, the controller 70 controls the electromagnetic valve to keep closing to prevent the water tank 30 from leaking out.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking apparatus includes an apparatus body 10, a water pipe 20, a water tank 30, a gas transmission device 40 and a controller 70, the apparatus body 10 includes a pot body assembly 11 and a pot cover assembly 12 adapted to cover the pot body assembly 11, an inner pot 13 and a heating device 14 are provided in the pot body assembly 11, an air outlet channel 15 for discharging air in the inner pot 13 outwards is provided on the pot cover assembly 12, the heating device 14 is used for heating the inner pot 13, the heating device 14 may be embodied as a heating plate, an electromagnetic coil or an infrared heating device 14, in addition, a foam detector 60 is provided on the pot cover assembly 12 to detect a liquid level in the inner pot 13, and the controller 70 is electrically connected with the foam detector 60; the first pipe orifice of the water pipe 20 extends to the upper part of the pot mouth of the inner pot 13, a nozzle is arranged at the first pipe orifice to be used as a spraying device 80 spraying water into the inner pot 13, a plurality of spray holes are arranged on the nozzle to promote atomization effect, the sprayed water longitudinal section is fan-shaped, the sprayed water height is not lower than 2/3 of the height of the inner pot 13, the second pipe orifice of the water pipe 20 extends to the position below the liquid level in the water tank 30, a control valve 50 (preferably an electromagnetic valve and electrically connected to the controller 70) for controlling the on-off of the water pipe 20 is arranged on the water pipe 20, the water tank 30 is arranged in the pot body assembly 11 or in the pot cover assembly 12, a pressure detector 90 is arranged in the water tank 30 to detect the air pressure in the water tank 30 and feed back the detected air pressure signal to the controller 70, in addition, a pot cover assembly 11 can be arranged on the pot cover assembly 40 is electrically connected with the controller 70, and is controlled to be opened and closed by the controller 70, wherein the air delivery device 40 is used for delivering air into the water tank 30, preferably a micro air pump, the air delivery air is preferably a micro air pump is connected with the water tank 30 at the air pressure of 0.02MPa, and the air pressure is further blown out from the water tank 30 is preferably at the air pressure 0 MPa.
In addition, a safety valve is further provided on the water tank 30, and the safety valve is controlled by the controller 70, and when the pressure in the water tank 30 exceeds the preset pressure value of the safety valve, the safety valve will discharge gas, so that the pressure in the water tank 30 is below the preset pressure value of the safety valve.
The working modes of the cooking device in the specific embodiment are as follows:
1. before cooking, water at normal temperature is filled into the water tank 30;
2. when the cooking starts, the micro high-pressure air pump starts to charge air into the closed water tank 30, at the moment, the control valve 50 is closed, and when the pressure detector 90 detects that the pressure of the air pressure of the water tank 30 is greater than 0.3MPa (or a designated pressure value), the micro high-pressure air pump stops charging air;
3. after the foam lifted by the rice contacts the foam detector 60 in the boiling stage, the foam detector 60 transmits a signal to the controller 70, and the controller 70 controls the control valve 50 to be opened so as to spray water into the inner pot 13;
4. when the nozzle sprays, if the pressure detector 90 detects that the pressure of the air pressure of the water tank 30 is smaller than 0.1MPa (or a designated pressure value), the miniature high-pressure air pump continuously charges air to the closed water tank 30;
5. when the foam is erased, the foam detector 60 does not detect the foam and no signal is sent to the controller 70, at which time the control valve 50 is closed with a delay of 2 to 6 seconds, and the nozzle also stops ejecting water droplets subsequently;
6. the hot gas in the rice cooker is discharged outwards through the gas outlet channel 15.
The working principle of the cooking device in the specific embodiment is as follows: the water drop sprayed by the nozzle has a certain impact force, so that the foam can be promoted to be broken rapidly, the temperature of the water drop sprayed by the nozzle is far lower than the boiling temperature of rice, a certain negative pressure can be generated in the space formed by the inner pot 13 and the pot cover assembly 12, the foam can be promoted to be broken rapidly, and meanwhile, the temperature of the water drop sprayed by the nozzle is far lower than the boiling temperature of rice, and when the water drop contacts the foam, the foam can be promoted to be broken. The advantages are that: the cooking equipment can completely prevent foam from overflowing, and solves the defect that the existing cooking equipment can not continuously heat with big fire.
In summary, according to the cooking device provided by the invention, one end of the water pipe extends to the upper part of the pot opening of the inner pot, the other end of the water pipe extends to the position below the liquid level in the water tank, the gas transmission device can transmit gas into the water tank to enable the gas pressure in the water tank to be correspondingly increased, when foam in the inner pot rises, the water in the water tank can be driven by the gas pressure to flow into the inner pot along the water pipe so as to promote the foam in the pot to be broken and released, the purposes of reducing the quantity of foam and inhibiting the rising of foam are achieved, the overflow prevention function of the cooking device is realized, the problem of pollution to the cooking environment caused by overflow of the foam is avoided, meanwhile, the water loss in the inner pot is reduced, and the cooking taste is ensured.

the gas transmission device is connected with the water tank and is used for transmitting gas into the water tank during operation;
the control unit is connected to the gas transmission device;
and the pressure detector is used for triggering the control unit to control the gas transmission device to operate when detecting that the gas pressure value in the water tank is smaller than or equal to a preset lower limit value, and triggering the control unit to control the gas transmission device to be closed when detecting that the gas pressure value in the water tank is larger than or equal to a preset upper limit value.
2. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
and the control valve is arranged on the water pipe and used for controlling the on-off of the water pipe, wherein when the control valve is opened, the air pressure in the water tank drives the water in the water tank to flow to the inner pot.
3. The cooking apparatus of claim 2, further comprising:
the foam detector is used for sending an anti-overflow signal when detecting that the foam in the inner pot rises to a preset position;
and the controller is connected to the foam detector and the control valve and is used for controlling the control valve to be opened when the overflow-preventing signal is detected.
4. A cooking apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising:
the timer is connected to the controller, and is further used for continuously detecting the anti-overflow signal after the control valve is opened, and starting the timer when the anti-overflow signal is not detected, wherein the timer is used for detecting the time delay duration of the operation of the foam detector, and triggering the controller to control the control valve to be closed when the time delay duration is detected to reach the preset duration.
5. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
the spraying device is arranged at the first pipe orifice and is used for enabling water output from the first pipe orifice to be ejected into the inner pot.

the water spraying range of the spraying device in the axial direction of the inner pot is not less than two thirds of the axial dimension of the inner pot; and/or
The water spray range of the spraying device in the radial direction of the inner pot is not less than two thirds of the radial dimension of the inner pot.
7. Cooking apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that,
the preset lower limit value is 0.1MPa and/or the preset upper limit value is 0.3MPa.
8. Cooking apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that,
the gas delivery device is configured to: delivering gas with the gas pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa into the water tank; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the air conveying device comprises an air pump or a fan.
9. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
the pressure limiting device is used for detecting the air pressure value in the water tank and controlling the water tank to release air to reduce pressure when the air pressure value is detected to be higher than a preset value.
