As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the lid assembly 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a lid body 100 and a lid locking assembly 200.
The lid locking assembly 200 is used for locking the lid body 100 in a closed state, and the lid locking assembly 200 is mounted on the lid body 100 and includes a guide rail 210, a first latch 220 and a second latch 230. The guide rail 210 is disposed on the lid body 100, two ends of the guide rail 210 are connected to the lid body 100, and an avoiding gap is formed between at least the middle part of the guide rail 210 and the lid body 100. The first catch 220 and the second catch 230 are disposed opposite to each other in the circumferential direction of the lid body 100, and the first catch 220 and the second catch 230 may be disposed on the guide rail 210 close to or away from each other.
According to the pot cover assembly 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pot cover locking assembly 200 arranged on the pot cover body 100 can lock the pot cover body 100 in a closed state, so that not only can the cooking effect of the cooking appliance be ensured during cooking, but also the reliable locking of the closed state of the pot cover body 100 can be ensured, and the cooking appliance can reliably work.
Moreover, since the two ends of the guide rail 210 are connected to the lid body 100, an avoiding gap is formed between at least the middle part of the guide rail 210 and the lid body 100. Therefore, the avoiding gap can be used for avoiding the cooker cover body 100 deformed due to pressure, and the cooker cover body 100 is prevented from contacting the guide rail 210 after being deformed, so that the influence of the deformation of the cooker cover body 100 on the cooker cover locking assembly 200 can be reduced, and the influence on the opening and closing performance of the cooker cover body 100 due to the interference of the pressed and deformed top of the cooker cover body 100 with the guide rail 210 is avoided.
In addition, because the avoiding gap is formed between the guide rail 210 and the pot cover body 100, the pot cover body 100 can be prevented from deforming to cause the deformation of the guide rail 210, the first buckle 220 and the second buckle 230 can be ensured to smoothly slide on the guide rail 210, and the working performance of the pot cover locking assembly 200 is improved.

Optionally, the maximum clearance between the guide rail 210 and the lid body 100 is greater than 2 mm. Therefore, enough allowance can be reserved for the deformation of the cooker lid body 100, and the interference of the guide rail 210 after the cooker lid body 100 is deformed by pressure can be further avoided, so that the opening and closing performance of the cooker lid body 100 is influenced.
Specifically, in the length direction of the guide rail 210, the width of the avoidance gap gradually decreases from the middle to both ends. When the cooker cover body 100 is under the pressure in the cooker, the edge of the cooker cover body 100 is fastened with the inner cooker or the outer cooker of the cooking appliance through the buckle, so that the middle deformation of the cooker cover body 100 is different from the edge deformation, namely, when the cooker is under the pressure in the cooker, the middle position of the cooker cover body 100 is larger than the upward displacement generated by the edge of the cooker cover body 100 due to the upward displacement generated by the deformation, and the size of the displacement is gradually changed, aiming at the problem, the gap is set to be of a corresponding gradually changing structure in the embodiment, and the whole height of the cooker cover body 100 is reduced while the cooker cover body 100 is ensured to have enough space to avoid the deformation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the upper surface of the pot lid body 100 is provided with a sink groove 110 (the up-down direction is shown by an arrow a in fig. 1 to 4), and the escape gap is defined by the bottom wall of the sink groove 110 and the lower surface of the guide rail 210. Thus, the formation of the avoiding gap is facilitated, the influence of the deformation of the cooker cover body 100 on the guide rail 210 is reduced, and the whole thickness of the cooker cover assembly 1 can be controlled conveniently.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the middle of the sink 110 is lower than both ends of the sink 110, and both ends of the guide rail 210 are connected to both ends of the sink 110, respectively. This may facilitate not only the formation of the clearance gap, but also the mounting of the guide rail 210. In addition, since the middle of the pot lid body 100 is more easily deformed than the edges, the arrangement of the sinking groove 110 with a lower middle can further prevent the deformation of the pot lid body 100 from affecting the guide rail 210.
In another embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the guide rail 210 are connected to the peripheral wall of the lid body 100 and the connection with the lid body 100 is opposite to the circumferential direction of the lid body 100. This also enables the mounting of the guide rail 210.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the two ends of the guide rail 210 are provided with bending sections 211 extending outward and obliquely toward the pot cover body 100. Can increase the area of contact of guide rail 210 and pot cover body 100 like this, be convenient for guide rail 210 and pot cover body 100 be connected, can be convenient for moreover dodge the formation in clearance, be convenient for increase under the too high condition in guide rail 210 both ends dodge the size in clearance, be convenient for cushion pot cover body 100's deformation, further prevent that guide rail 210 from taking place to warp. Meanwhile, the heights of the two ends of the guide rail 210 can be conveniently controlled, so that the interference of the guide rail 210 on the buckle can be avoided, and the buckle and the pot cover body 100 can be conveniently buckled with each other.
Specifically, the cross section of the pot lid body 100 has a major axis and a minor axis orthogonal to each other. Specifically, the lid body 100 is substantially elliptical. Therefore, the large-block-shaped rectangular food materials can be cooked conveniently, and the use experience of a user can be improved conveniently.
Further, the guide rail 210 is oriented along the minor axis. So be convenient for improve pot cover locking component 200's structural strength, be convenient for improve pot cover locking component 200's stability, because more difficult emergence is out of shape on the longer axial direction of the minor axis direction of pot cover body 100, can further avoid pot cover body 100's deformation to influence the slip of buckle.
Figures 1-4 show a lid assembly 1 according to the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the first catch 220 includes a first pull rod 221 slidably provided on the guide rail 210 and a first catch body 222 coupled to the first pull rod 221, and the second catch 230 includes a second pull rod 231 slidably provided on the guide rail 210 and a second catch body 232 coupled to the second pull rod 231. In this way, the first and second pull rods 221 and 231 can respectively drive the first and second buckle bodies 222 and 232, so that the pot cover body 100 can be locked by the first and second buckle bodies 222 and 232.
Specifically, the lid assembly 1 further comprises a lid opening handle, which is in transmission connection with the first pull rod 221 and the second pull rod 231, respectively.
