3. The lift-and-travel sleeping bag garment of claim 1, wherein:
a rising state: the lower part of the first side edge (101) of the double-headed zipper and the lower part of the first side edge '201 of the double-headed zipper are separated from bottom to top to the middle part, and the upper part of the first side edge (101) of the double-headed zipper and the upper part of the first side edge' 201 of the double-headed zipper are separated from top to bottom to the middle part;
the lower part of the second side edge (102) of the double-headed zipper and the lower part of the second side edge '202' of the double-headed zipper are separated from bottom to top to the middle part, and the upper part of the second side edge (102) of the double-headed zipper and the upper part of the second side edge '202' of the double-headed zipper are separated from top to bottom to the middle part;

5. The lift-and-travel sleeping bag garment of claim 1, wherein:
the upper part of one side of the back of the lower layer (200) is provided with a plurality of first trouser tabs (211), and the lower part of the other side of the back of the lower layer (200) is provided with a plurality of second trouser tabs (212).
6. The lift-and-travel sleeping bag garment of claim 1, wherein:
an elastic tab (213) is arranged at the lower part of the back of the lower layer (200).
