the number of the proximity switches is the same as that of the file box slots on the shelf on the uppermost layer, each proximity switch is arranged on the inner wall of the cabinet door opposite to each file box slot on the shelf on the uppermost layer, and when the file boxes completely enter the file box slots, the proximity switches are triggered;
the number of the switches is the same as that of the slots of the file box on the shelf on the uppermost layer, and each switch controls the opening of a first linear electric cylinder to enable the sliding block of the first linear electric cylinder to move towards the direction far away from the cabinet door;
the control unit is respectively connected with each first linear electric cylinder, each second linear electric cylinder, each first photoelectric sensor, each second photoelectric sensor and each proximity switch, when the first photoelectric sensor is triggered for odd times, the first linear electric cylinder is stopped, the second linear electric cylinder is started to enable the sliding block of the second linear electric cylinder to move downwards, when the first photoelectric sensor is triggered for even times, the first linear electric cylinder is started to enable the sliding block of the first linear electric cylinder to move towards the direction close to the cabinet door, the electromagnet is started, and the second linear electric cylinder is stopped; when the second photoelectric sensor is triggered for odd times, the second linear electric cylinder stops, and when the second photoelectric sensor is triggered for even times, the second linear electric cylinder starts to enable a sliding block of the second linear electric cylinder to move upwards; when the proximity switch is triggered, the first linear electric cylinder and the electromagnet corresponding to the file box slot where the proximity switch is located are stopped;
and a third through hole is formed in the part, opposite to the part between the lowest shelf and the penultimate shelf, of the cabinet body back plate.

The file cabinet convenient for taking and placing high-place data as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vertical sliding rod is arranged outside the second through hole on the other side plate of the cabinet body, a sliding sleeve is arranged on the sliding rod, and the free end of the second connecting rod is connected to the sliding sleeve.
