本发明公开一种喇叭形卷烟部的烟支,包括与滤嘴部连接的卷烟部;所述滤嘴部呈圆柱形;所述滤嘴部直径为5.4~7.6mm,长度在20~30mm;所述卷烟部呈喇叭形,卷烟部点烟端到滤嘴端的垂直距离为50~80mm,卷烟部滤嘴端直径为5.4~7.6mm,点烟端直径为7.6~9.5mm;卷烟部由100%叶丝组成;所述卷烟部的点烟端的填充量为12~15mg/mm,滤嘴端的填充量为8~12 mg/mm,所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端均匀递增,填充料密度均匀。所述烟支消费者在吸食过程中感受均匀一致,香气量、劲头、满足感更加接近和均衡,整支烟烟支重量减轻,烟丝消耗降低,卷烟成本节约;烟支填充更为饱满,外观质感提升。

Description

一种喇叭形卷烟部的烟支及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于香烟制造技术领域,具体涉及一种喇叭形卷烟部的烟支。
背景技术
目前市场上的卷烟,为了便于生产,从烟支端到滤嘴端烟支的直径是一致的,填充物料一致。这种卷烟设计虽然便与产业化生产,但是在实际的吸食体验上存在一定的问题,问题体现在:随着消费者的抽吸,烟支越来越短,烟支及滤嘴对烟气的过滤能力越来越小,消费者吸食的每口烟气量会越来越浓,单口烟气的焦油量、烟碱及一氧化碳量会越来越大,使得消费者吸食整支烟的过程,其吸食感受是不均匀、不稳定、前后不一致的,消费者感官体验不是很完美。
发明内容
为了使消费者在吸食烟支过程中感受均匀一致,特公开一种喇叭形卷烟部的烟支,所述烟支包括与滤嘴部连接的卷烟部。
其中所述滤嘴部呈圆柱形;所述滤嘴部直径为5.4~7.6mm,长度l1在20~30mm。
所述卷烟部呈喇叭形,卷烟部点烟端到滤嘴端的垂直距离l2为50~80mm,卷烟部滤嘴端直径d1为5.4~7.6mm,点烟端直径d2为7.6~9.5mm;
卷烟部由100%叶丝组成;所述卷烟部的点烟端的填充量m2为12~15mg/mm,滤嘴端的填充量m1为8~12 mg/mm,所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端均匀递增,填充料密度均匀。其填充量的递增速率为0.05-0.06mg/mm。
优选地,所述滤嘴部直径为5.4mm,长度l1在30mm;所述卷烟部点烟端到滤嘴端的垂直距离l2为67mm,卷烟部滤嘴端直径d1为5.4mm,点烟端直径d2为7.6mm;卷烟部由100%叶丝组成;所述卷烟部的点烟端的填充量m2为12mg/mm,滤嘴端的填充量m1为8 mg/mm,所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端均匀递增,填充料密度均匀。
优选地,所述滤嘴部直径为7.6mm,长度l1在25mm;所述卷烟部点烟端到滤嘴端的垂直距离l2为59mm,卷烟部滤嘴端直径d1为7.6mm,点烟端直径d2为9.5mm;卷烟部由100%叶丝组成;所述卷烟部的点烟端的填充量m2为15mg/mm,滤嘴端的填充量m1为12 mg/mm,所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端均匀递增,填充料密度均匀。
卷烟部的硬度为65-69%,含末率1.2-1.8%。
卷烟部填充料质量为791-1100mg。
所述的喇叭形卷烟部的烟支的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将卷烟纸采用搭口胶粘合成喇叭状;2)将定量好的烟丝填充入喇叭状的卷烟纸内,并将点烟端压实;3)将卷烟部与滤嘴部用接装纸连接包裹并用胶黏剂粘合,得到喇叭形卷烟部的烟支。
有益效果:
1)本发明所述烟支,消费者抽吸时,逐口感受的差异明显减小,即每口烟的香气量、劲头、满足感更加接近和均衡,卷烟吸食的轻松感、舒适感和满足感提高。所述烟支整支抽吸时,每口烟气释放的烟气量、焦油量、烟碱和一氧化碳量差异减小。
2)整支烟烟支填充更为饱满,外观质感提升。

具体实施方式
下将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。
实施例1-2
实施例1、实施例2为卷烟部呈喇叭状的烟支,如图1所示,滤嘴部为圆柱形,长度为l1;卷烟部为喇叭形,长度为l2(l2为垂直投影长度,即喇叭形柱体的轴向中心线的长度);所述卷烟部滤嘴端的直径d1和滤嘴直径相等,卷烟部点烟端的直径d2大于滤嘴端的直径d1。所述实施例1和实施例2中卷烟部的填充料为100%的叶丝,填充料的密度均匀,且所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端均匀递增。
其中所述的填充量的含义可以理解为,卷烟部轴向长度为单位长度(即1mm)的卷烟的填充料的质量。
按照表1中设计的参数设置实施例1和对比例1

表1中,所述圆周C(mm)=π×直径d(mm)。
其中,实施例1所述卷烟部的滤嘴端的烟丝填充量m1为8 mg/mm,点烟端的烟丝填充量m2为12 mg/mm,填充量的递增速率为0.059mg/mm。
所述实施例1和对比例1所述烟支的各项物理指标参数如表2所示,

实施例1所制备的烟支的吸阻在各阶段均匀一致,点烟端和滤嘴端的吸阻均接近平均值,对比例1点烟端和滤嘴端的吸阻有差异。
本实施例所述喇叭形卷烟部的烟支的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)将卷烟纸搭口粘合成形成喇叭状;2)将定量好的烟丝填充入喇叭状的卷烟纸内,并将点烟端压实;3)将卷烟部与滤嘴部用接装纸连接包裹并用胶黏剂粘合,得到喇叭形卷烟部的烟支,所述烟支的结构示意图如图1所示。
所述实施例1制备的烟支属于细支烟规格,对于细支烟规格的卷烟以上述填充量和形状的设置(直径、长度)能够保障逐口抽吸感官的一致性,使得逐口抽吸各参数达到平衡点。
所述对比例1制备的烟支也属于细支烟规格,除表1中设置的参数外,其余与实施例1均相同。
按照表3中设计的参数设置实施例2和对比例2

表3中,所述圆周C(mm)=π×直径d(mm)。
其中,实施例2所述卷烟部的滤嘴端的烟丝填充量m1为12 mg/mm,点烟端的烟丝填充量m2为15mg/mm,填充量的递增速率为0.05mg/mm。
所述实施例2和对比例2所述烟支的各项物理指标参数(平均值)如表4所示,

实施例2所制备的烟支的吸阻在各阶段均匀一致,点烟端和滤嘴端的吸阻均接近平均值,对比例2点烟端和滤嘴端的吸阻有差异。
本实施例所述烟支的制备方法同实施例1。
所述实施例2制备的烟支属于常规烟规格,对于常规烟规格的卷烟以上述填充量和形状的设置(直径、长度)能够保障逐口抽吸感官的一致性,使得逐口抽吸各参数达到平衡点。
所述对比例2制备的烟支也属于常规烟规格,除表3中设置的参数外,其余与实施例2均相同。
检测一、检测实施例1-2和对比例1-2烟支,在抽吸过程中逐口抽吸中单口粒相物(mg)、单口焦油量(mg)、单口烟气烟碱量(mg)、单口一氧化碳量(mg)的情况。
选用外观整齐正常的实施例1-2和对比例1-2的烟支置于温度为22±1℃、相对湿度60±2%环境中平衡48h;将烟支固定于转盘式吸烟机上,点燃烟支,按照每60秒抽吸一口,每口抽吸容量35ml,抽吸持续时间2s,供抽吸六口,收集每口抽吸的物料,并对单口粒相物(mg)、单口焦油量(mg)、单口烟气烟碱量(mg)、单口一氧化碳量(mg)的情况进行记录分析,结果如表5-6所示:

远离滤嘴的点烟端由于抽吸过程中的过滤距离长,在抽吸过程中点烟端燃烧时抽吸到的物质会小于过滤距离短的部分,因此,通过增加点烟端烟叶的填充量来减低整段卷烟部逐口抽吸过程产生的焦油、粒相物的差异;根据逐口抽吸的数据使用统计学算法得到变异系数,所述变异系数可以体现数据离散程度大小,由表5-6可知,实施例1-2相较于对比例1-2差异系数明显减小,逐口抽吸烟支的差异性减小。
检测二、评估实施例1-2和对比例1-2抽吸感官上的差异,结果如表7所示,

由上表可知:与对比例1-2相比,实施例1-2所述烟支的吸食的余味明显改善,香气也得到提升,卷烟感官质量整体提高。

Claims (6)

1.一种逐口吸食感受均匀一致的喇叭形卷烟部烟支,其特征在于,包括与滤嘴部连接的卷烟部;
其中所述滤嘴部呈圆柱形;所述滤嘴部直径为5.4~7.6mm,长度l1在20~30mm;
所述卷烟部呈喇叭形,卷烟部点烟端到滤嘴端的垂直距离l2为50~80mm,卷烟部滤嘴端直径d1为5.4~7.6mm,点烟端直径d2为7.6~9.5mm,且点烟端直径大于滤嘴端直径;
卷烟部由叶丝组成;所述卷烟部的点烟端的填充量m2为12~15mg/mm,滤嘴端的填充量m1为8~12 mg/mm,所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端均匀递增,递增速度为0.059mg/mm或0.05mg/mm,填充料密度均匀。
2.如权利要求1所述逐口吸食感受均匀一致的喇叭形卷烟部烟支,其特征在于:
所述滤嘴部直径为5.4mm,长度l1在30mm;所述卷烟部点烟端到滤嘴端的垂直距离l2为67mm,卷烟部滤嘴端直径d1为5.4mm,点烟端直径d2为7.6mm;
卷烟部由100%叶丝组成;所述卷烟部的点烟端的填充量m2为12mg/mm,滤嘴端的填充量m1为8 mg/mm,所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端的增速为0.059mg/mm,填充料密度均匀。
3.如权利要求1所述逐口吸食感受均匀一致的喇叭形卷烟部烟支,其特征在于:
所述滤嘴部直径为7.6mm,长度l1在25mm;所述卷烟部点烟端到滤嘴端的垂直距离l2为59mm,卷烟部滤嘴端直径d1为7.6mm,点烟端直径d2为9.5mm;
卷烟部由100%叶丝组成;所述卷烟部的点烟端的填充量m2为15mg/mm,滤嘴端的填充量m1为12mg/mm,所述填充量由滤嘴端至点烟端的递增速率为0.05mg/mm,填充料密度均匀。
4.如权利要求1所述逐口吸食感受均匀一致的喇叭形卷烟部烟支,其特征在于,卷烟部的硬度为65-69%,含末率1.2-1.8%。
5.如权利要求1所述逐口吸食感受均匀一致的喇叭形卷烟部烟支,其特征在于,卷烟部填充料质量为791-1100mg。
6.权利要求1-5任一所述逐口吸食感受均匀一致的喇叭形卷烟部烟支的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将卷烟纸采用搭口胶粘合成喇叭状;2)将定量好的烟丝填充入喇叭状的卷烟纸内,并将点烟端压实;3)将卷烟部与滤嘴部用接装纸连接包裹并用胶黏剂粘合,得到喇叭形卷烟部的烟支。
