The scraping plate mechanism 600 comprises a connecting plate 601 movably connected to the outer side of the upright post 202 and an arc-shaped plate 602 which is arranged above the connecting plate 601 and is integrated with the connecting plate 601, and the inner side of the arc-shaped plate 602 is tangential to the roller 100 and the matching track of the roller 100 covers the matching track of the roller 100 and the rotating wheel 205. When the roller 100 rotates, the arc-shaped plate 602 forms a scraping and clean annular track on the roller 100, and the annular track of the roller 100 matched with the rotating wheel 205 is just covered by the annular track, so that the movement track of the roller 100 matched with the rotating wheel 205 can be cleaned in time, foreign matters can not be encountered when the roller 100 rotates, vibration can not occur, and stable operation of the rolling machine is ensured.

since the connection plate 601 and the arc plate 602 are disposed at the outer side of the wheel 205, the length of the extension rod 603 is greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the wheel 205 and the first bearing 204 in order to avoid blocking the rotation of the wheel 205 by the arc plate 602 and the connection plate 601.

1. A vacuum tumbler for pickling fish, characterized by comprising a drum (100), a pair of supporting mechanisms (200) arranged below the drum (100), and a cleaning mechanism (300) and a crushing mechanism (400) arranged in the drum (100); wherein the method comprises the steps of
The front side of the roller (100) is provided with a feed inlet (101) communicated with the interior of the roller (100), and the rear side of the roller is provided with a driving roller (102) connected with a power assembly;
the supporting mechanism (200) comprises a bracket bottom plate (201), upright posts (202) arranged at two ends above the bracket bottom plate (201) and a connecting rod (203) connected between the two upright posts (202), wherein two ends of the connecting rod (203) are respectively connected with rotating wheels (205) through first bearings (204);
the cleaning mechanism (300) comprises a plurality of caulking grooves (301) which are arranged on the inner wall of the roller (100) and are the same as the length direction of the roller (100), and a water pipe (302) which is arranged in the caulking grooves (301); the rear end of the water pipe (302) penetrates through the rear wall of the roller (100) and is connected with a water inlet pipe (303) arranged in the driving roller (102), and a plurality of water spray ports (304) are uniformly arranged on one side of the water pipe (302) facing the interior of the roller (100);
the crushing mechanism (400) comprises a U-shaped plate (401) clamped outside the caulking groove (301) and two ends of the U-shaped plate are movably connected with the caulking groove (301), and crushing teeth (402) arranged outside the U-shaped plate (401); a plug (403) corresponding to the water jet (304) is arranged on the inner side of the U-shaped plate (401), and the end part of the plug (403) can be plugged into the water jet (304);
a cylinder cover (103) is connected in the feed inlet (101) through threads, and an exhaust port (104) communicated with the inside of the cylinder (100) is arranged on the cylinder cover (103);
a water outlet (105) is formed in the bottom of the front side of the roller (100), and a drain valve (106) is arranged on the water outlet (105);
the driving roller (102) is fixed on an n-shaped supporting frame (108) through a second bearing (107),
the supporting frame (108) and the supporting frame bottom plate (201) are fixed on a base (109);
the power assembly comprises a motor (110) arranged on the base (109), and a speed reducer (111) connected to the rear power output end of the motor (110);
the rear power output end of the speed reducer (111) is connected with a driving wheel (112), and the driving wheel (112) is connected with a driven wheel (114) arranged at the end part of the driving roller (102) through a belt (113);
the speed reducer (111) passes through the lower part of the supporting frame (108);
the water inlet pipe (303) is arranged inside the driving roller (102), extends to the outer end of the driving roller (102) and is connected with a connecting flange (305);
the vacuum rolling and kneading machine for fish pickling further comprises a scraping plate mechanism (600) arranged on the outer side of the supporting mechanism (200);
the scraping plate mechanism (600) comprises a connecting plate (601) movably connected to the outer side of the upright post (202), and an arc-shaped plate (602) which is arranged above the connecting plate (601) and is of an integrated structure with the connecting plate (601);
the inner side of the arc-shaped plate (602) is tangential to the roller (100) and the matching track of the roller (100) covers the matching track of the roller (100) and the rotating wheel (205);
an extension rod (603) which is outwards arranged at the outer side of the upright post (202) and is perpendicular to the upright post, and the connecting plate (601) is connected to the end part of the extension rod (603) through a screw (404);
the length of the extension rod (603) is greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the rotating wheel (205) and the first bearing (204).
