Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that a breeder needs to manually chop hay and the breeder needs to collect the chopped hay and pour the chopped hay into a container for feeding horses, the technical problem of the invention is as follows: provides a hay chopping device for horse cultivation, which does not need manual chopping of hay and can automatically transport chopped hay to feed horses.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the chopping knife further comprises a second spring, a second mounting rod, a knocking block, a second lifting rod and a pushing block, wherein the pushing block is connected to the lower part of the front side of the chopping knife, the second spring is connected to the left part and the right part of the right side of the bottom of the mesh plate, the second mounting rod is connected to the bottom end of the second spring, the knocking block is connected to the front side of the second mounting rod, the second lifting rod is connected to the front side of the knocking block, and the top of the second lifting rod is in contact with the pushing block.
When the hay is required to be chopped, a breeder firstly places the hay on the screen plate and then controls the motor to rotate anticlockwise, the motor can drive the irregular cam to rotate anticlockwise, when the far end of the irregular cam rotates to be away from contact with the contact wheel, the first lifting rod and the chopping knife can move upwards on the guide rail through the guide sleeve under the action of elastic force of the first spring, when the far end of the irregular cam rotates to be in contact with the contact wheel, the irregular cam can push the contact wheel, the first lifting rod and the chopping knife to move downwards through the guide sleeve, the first spring is in a compressed state, the operation is repeated, the chopped hay is chopped through the up-and-down movement of the chopping knife, the chopped hay can fall into the collection box through the screen plate, when the chopping knife continuously moves up and down to chop the hay placed at the right part of the screen plate, the breeder holds the push rod to move rightwards through the slide block, and then the slider can drive the otter board to move to the right, and after the hay placed on the otter board is chopped, the motor is turned off, and after the chopped hay falling into the collection box is collected, the push rod is held to drive the otter board to slide leftwards through the slider until the otter board returns to the original position.
When the irregular cam rotates anticlockwise, the irregular cam drives the arc-shaped rack to rotate anticlockwise, when the arc-shaped rack rotates anticlockwise to be meshed with the first gear, the arc-shaped rack drives the first rotating rod to rotate clockwise through the first gear, the first rotating rod drives the reels on the front side and the rear side to rotate clockwise, at the moment, the steel wire ropes on the front side and the rear side are folded, the steel wire ropes can drive the push rods on the front side and the rear side to move rightwards through the sliding blocks, the sliding blocks on the front side and the rear side can drive the screen plate to move rightwards, when the arc-shaped rack rotates anticlockwise to leave to be meshed with the first gear, the first rotating rod stops rotating clockwise, the reels on the front side and the rear side stop rotating clockwise to fold the steel wire ropes, at the moment, the screen plate stops moving rightwards, and the screen plate automatically and intermittently moves, thus, no breeder is required to manually push the screen plate to move to the right to chop the hay on the screen plate.

In the process of continuous up-and-down movement of the guide sleeve, the guide sleeve can drive the straight rack to continuously move up and down, and further the straight rack can drive the third rotating rod to continuously rotate in a clockwise-anticlockwise alternating manner through the second gear, so that the third rotating rod can drive the second rotating rod to continuously rotate in a clockwise-anticlockwise alternating manner through the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear, and a breeder does not need to manually rotate the rotating handle to drive the second rotating rod to rotate.
In order to knock the screen plate to prevent blockage, the intermittent up-and-down movement of the chopping knife drives the pushing block to intermittently move up and down continuously, when the pushing block moves up to a position away from the contact with the second lifting rod, the second lifting rod and the second mounting rod can move up under the action of the elastic force of the second spring, the second mounting rod can drive the knocking block to move up to knock the screen plate, when the pushing block moves down, the pushing block can push the second lifting rod and the second mounting rod to move down to return to the original position, the second spring is in a stretching state, the operation is repeated, the screen plate is knocked by the intermittent up-and-down movement of the pushing block continuously, and the purpose of preventing blockage is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the invention drives the irregular cam to rotate anticlockwise by controlling the motor, realizes that the chopping knife continuously and intermittently moves up and down to chop hay, and simultaneously drives the winding wheel to intermittently pack up the steel wire rope through the arc-shaped rack on the irregular cam, thereby achieving the purpose of intermittently enabling the screen plate to move rightwards through the sliding block to complete chopping.

In order to make the chopped hay on the net plate 17 fall into the collection box 181 more quickly, the raiser holds the rotating handle 30 to rotate clockwise, the rotating handle 30 drives the swinging rod 28 to rotate clockwise through the second rotating rod 27, the swinging rod 28 drives the swinging plate 29 to swing from front to back on the net plate 17, then the swinging rod 28 pushes the chopped hay on the net plate 17 from front to back to fall into the collection box 181, and then the raiser holds the rotating handle 30 to rotate anticlockwise to drive the swinging plate 29 to swing back to the original position from back to front.
When the guide sleeve 6 continuously moves up and down, the guide sleeve 6 drives the straight rack 37 to continuously move up and down, and the straight rack 37 drives the third rotating rod 33 to continuously rotate in a clockwise and anticlockwise alternating manner through the second gear 36, so that the third rotating rod 33 drives the second rotating rod 27 to continuously rotate in a clockwise and anticlockwise alternating manner through the first bevel gear 34 and the second bevel gear 35, and accordingly, a feeder does not need to manually rotate the rotating handle 30 to drive the second rotating rod 27 to rotate.
In order to beat the mesh plate 17 to prevent blockage, the intermittent up-and-down movement of the chopper 9 drives the pushing block 42 to make continuous intermittent up-and-down movement, when the pushing block 42 moves upwards to be away from the contact with the second lifting rod 41, the second lifting rod 41 and the second mounting rod 39 move upwards under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 38, the second mounting rod 39 drives the beating block 40 to move upwards to beat the mesh plate 17, when the pushing block 42 moves downwards, the pushing block 42 pushes the second lifting rod 41 and the second mounting rod 39 to move downwards to return to the original position, the second spring 38 is in a stretching state, and the operation is repeated, so that the beating block 40 makes continuous intermittent up-and-down movement to beat the mesh plate 17 to achieve the purpose of preventing blockage.
