Description

False number interception method and device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication core networks, in particular to a method and a device for intercepting false numbers.
Background
In a 2G/3G network, when a GMSC (gateway station) receives a calling number of an incoming call as a number of a network where the gateway station is located, whether the calling number is a false number is judged by an intelligent network signaling mode. For example, when the gateway judges that the calling number is a mobile number, the gateway triggers the call to the SCP platform. The SCP platform judges the state information of the calling user by inquiring the HLR and the MSS/VLR to which the calling user belongs, judges whether the calling number is a false number and determines whether to continue the call. However, the VoLTE subscriber makes a connection call through the EPC and IMS network, not the MSS \ VLR. Therefore, the number inquiry states in the modes of HLR and MSS \ VLR are both idle, and the call of the VoLTE user is intercepted.
At present, aiming at the problems, the problem of error judgment of whether a VoLTE user is connected or not in the existing intelligent network signaling mode is solved by defining a white list of a specific calling number through an SCP platform, however, as the VoLTE user continuously grows, the white list cannot be defined for the whole network VoLTE user.
In the process of implementing the embodiment of the invention, the inventor finds that the existing intelligent network signaling-based false number interception method cannot identify and intercept the number of the VoLTE user.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for false number interception according to this embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the method includes:
101: if the calling number of the incoming call belongs to a preset suspicious number, inquiring whether a user corresponding to the calling number is a VoLTE registered user;
102: if the user is a VoLTE registered user, inquiring current first real-time state information of a terminal corresponding to the calling number, and judging whether the calling number is a false number according to the first real-time state information;
103: and if the calling number is judged to be a false number, intercepting the call corresponding to the calling number.
It should be noted that the method is executed by a server. An incoming call refers to a call that is directed to the home network by another network, for example, if the network to which the gateway belongs is the network of a mobile operator, then a call directed to the mobile (home network) by a gateway or telecommunications (other network) is an incoming call. Generally, the suspicious number refers to a number belonging to the home network, but may also be a number defined in other forms (for example, a number with a certain type of characteristics is defined as the suspicious number), and this embodiment does not specifically limit this.
Volte (voice over lte) is an IP data transmission technology, and all services are carried over a 4G network without a 2G/3G network, so that unification of data and voice services in the same network can be achieved.
VoLTE registered users refer to users that open VoLTE subscription and open VoLTE, IMS services, or high definition voice on a terminal (e.g., handset). Once a user opens a VoLTE subscription and opens VoLTE, IMS service or high-definition voice on a terminal, a corresponding server can inquire the VoLTE registration information of the user, and when the user carries out a call or a video call, the call or video call service can be processed through the VoLTE technology based on an IMS network. Of course, if the user opens the VoLTE subscription, but closes the VoLTE, IMS service, or high definition voice on the terminal, the VoLTE registration information of the user is also logged out on the corresponding server.
The first real-time state information is information representing whether a terminal corresponding to the calling number is in a voice call or a video call. For example, for a VoLTE registered subscriber, the MME visited address may be queried to determine whether the terminal corresponding to the current calling number establishes a dedicated bearer with QCI of 1 (indicating that the terminal corresponding to the calling number is performing a voice call) or QCI of 2 (indicating that the terminal corresponding to the calling number is performing a video call), so as to determine whether the calling number is a false number. It can be understood that, in the actual determination, it can also be determined whether the terminal corresponding to the calling number is currently performing a call or a video call according to other information of the calling number, and this embodiment does not specifically limit which information is specifically determined whether the terminal corresponding to the calling number is currently performing a call or a video call.
For example, after receiving a calling number, a gateway in a server determines whether the number is a home network number, if not, a call is continued, if yes, an IMS AS platform is triggered, after first real-time status information of a terminal corresponding to the calling number is queried through a fusion HSS/HLR, status information of whether the terminal corresponding to the queried calling number is currently performing a voice call or a video call is returned to the IMS AS platform, and the IMS AS platform determines whether the calling number is a false number.
The method provided by the embodiment mainly aims at the condition that the number of the incoming call is the number of the home network for screening. Because the incoming call is generally the other network number to call the local network number, when the calling number of the incoming call received by the gateway office is the other network number, the call is directly connected, if the calling number of the received incoming call is the local network number, the current state of the calling is required to be judged, if the terminal corresponding to the calling number is in an idle state (IDEL), the calling number is judged to be a false number, and the call corresponding to the calling number is intercepted; and if the terminal corresponding to the calling number is in a BUSY state (BUSY) currently, judging that the calling number is not a false number, and continuing the call corresponding to the calling number.
The embodiment provides a method for intercepting false numbers, which determines whether a user corresponding to a calling number is a VoLTE registered user after the calling number is received as a suspicious number. For the VoLTE registered user, the network (for example, 4G network) processing the service of the VoLTE registered user inquires the real-time state information of the calling number, so as to judge whether the calling number is a false number. For the non-VoLTE registered user, a network (for example, 2/3G network) for processing the service of the non-VoLTE registered user is adopted to inquire the real-time state information of the calling number, so as to judge whether the calling number is a false number. The method judges whether the calling number is a false number or not by different methods aiming at whether the calling number of the incoming call is a VoLTE registered user or not, and overcomes the defect that the number of the VoLTE user cannot be identified by the existing method.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, if the user is a VoLTE registered user, querying current first real-time status information of a terminal corresponding to the calling number, and determining whether the calling number is a false number according to the first real-time status information includes:
if the user is a VoLTE registered user, inquiring whether an MME visiting address of the calling number exists currently or not through fusing an HSS/HLR;
if the MME visiting address of the calling number exists currently, inquiring current first real-time state information of a terminal corresponding to the calling number according to the MME visiting address;
and judging whether the calling number is a false number or not according to the first real-time state information.
The hss (home Subscriber server) is a home Subscriber server. HLR (Home Location register), is a Home Location register. The HSS is used for storing the 4G related subscription data and 4G position information of the user, and the HLR is used for storing the 2G/3G related data and 2G/3G position information of the user. The fused HSS/HLR is a database integrating the data of the HSS and the HLR. It can be understood that, in the solution provided in this embodiment, the HSS/HLR may be fused to query the real-time status information of the calling number, or the data in the HSS and the HLR may be respectively called to query the real-time status information of the calling number, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When the user corresponding to the calling number is VoLTE, the terminal corresponding to the calling number processes a voice call service and a video call service (belonging to a PS network service) through a 4G network, the visiting address of the terminal is MME (mobility management entity), the visiting address of the MME of the calling number is inquired through HSS/HLR, whether the terminal corresponding to the current calling number is in voice call or video call is judged according to the information in the visiting address of the MME, if yes, the calling number is judged not to be a false number, and the call corresponding to the calling number is continued.
The embodiment provides a method for inquiring first real-time state information of a terminal corresponding to a calling number by fusing an HSS/HLR after judging that a user corresponding to the calling number is a VoLTE registered user. By the method, the current state of the terminal corresponding to the calling number can be quickly inquired, and whether the calling number is a false number or not can be judged in time.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the determining whether the calling number is a false number according to the first real-time status information includes:
and if the first real-time state information does not include a special bearer with a preset QCI value, judging that the calling number is a false number.
Correspondingly, if the first real-time status information includes a dedicated bearer (IMS dedicated bearer activation) in which the value of the QCI is set to the preset value, it is determined that the calling number is not a false number.
Inquiring first real-time state information of the calling number according to the MME visiting address of the calling number, judging whether the first real-time state information has a record of establishing the special bearer, and judging the value of the parameter QCI of the special bearer. A dedicated bearer is a channel established to handle a certain service, with configuration parameters related to the characteristics of the initiated service. For example, the dedicated bearer having QCI-1 represents a voice call service, the dedicated bearer having QCI-2 represents a video call service, and the dedicated bearer having QCI-9 represents a data service. Therefore, if the first real-time status information includes that the QCI is established as a 1 dedicated bearer, it indicates that the terminal corresponding to the calling number is currently performing a voice call; if the first real-time status information includes that the QCI ═ 2 dedicated bearer is established, it is indicated that the terminal corresponding to the calling number is currently performing a video call. The preset value here is 1 or 2. If the calling number is currently in voice call or video call, the calling number is not a false number, otherwise, the calling number is judged to be a false number.
It should be noted that, after the fused HSS/HLR queries the first real-time status information, the information that the current status of the terminal corresponding to the calling number is "dedicated bearer activated" (i.e., a dedicated bearer having a QCI value of 1 or 2 is established) or "dedicated bearer inactivated" (i.e., a dedicated bearer having a QCI value of 1 or 2 is not established) is returned to the IMS AS platform, and the IMS AS platform determines whether the calling number is a false number.
The embodiment provides a method for quickly judging whether a terminal corresponding to a calling number is currently in a voice call or a video call through the content in first real-time state information, and whether the calling number is a false number can be quickly identified through the method.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, if it is determined that the calling number of the incoming call belongs to a preset and pre-set suspicious number, after querying whether the user corresponding to the calling number is a VoLTE registered user, the method further includes:
if the user is not a VoLTE registered user, inquiring whether a VLR visiting address of the calling number exists currently or not through fusing HSS/HLR;
if the VLR visiting address of the calling number exists currently, inquiring current second real-time state information of the terminal corresponding to the calling number according to the VLR visiting address;
and judging whether the calling number is a false number or not according to the second real-time state information.
It should be noted that, if the calling number is not a VoLTE registered user, the terminal corresponding to the calling number processes a call service (belonging to a CS network service) through an 2/3G network, and its visited address is a VLR (visited location register), the VLR visited address of the calling number is queried through an HSS/HLR, and whether the terminal corresponding to the current calling number is performing a voice call is determined according to second real-time status information (whether the current status of the terminal corresponding to the calling number is "IDEL" or "BUSY") in the VLR visited address, and if so, it is determined that the calling number is not a false number, and a call corresponding to the calling number is continued.
The embodiment provides a method for querying second real-time status information of a terminal corresponding to a calling number by fusing an HSS/HLR after judging that a user corresponding to the calling number is not a VoLTE registered user. By the method, the current state of the terminal corresponding to the calling number can be quickly inquired, and whether the calling number is a false number or not can be judged in time.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the determining whether the calling number is a false number according to the second real-time status information includes:
and if the second real-time state information comprises that the terminal corresponding to the calling number is in an idle state (IDEL), judging that the calling number is a false number.
Correspondingly, if the second real-time state information includes that the terminal corresponding to the calling number is in a BUSY state (BUSY), it is determined that the calling number is not a false number.
It should be noted that, after the HSS/HLR is integrated to query the second real-time status information, the information indicating whether the current status of the terminal corresponding to the calling number is "IDEL" or "BUSY" is returned to the IMS AS platform, and the IMS AS platform determines whether the calling number is a false number.
The embodiment provides a method for quickly judging whether a terminal corresponding to a calling number is currently carrying out voice call or not through the content in first real-time state information, and whether the calling number is a false number or not can be quickly identified through the method.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, if it is determined that the calling number of the incoming call belongs to a preset and pre-set suspicious number, querying whether a user corresponding to the calling number is a VoLTE registered user includes:
acquiring a calling number of an incoming call, and if the calling number is judged to be a number from a preset network, judging that the calling number belongs to a suspicious number; the preset network is a network where a gateway receiving the incoming call is located;
triggering an IMS AS, wherein the IMS AS sends an instruction for inquiring the VoLTE registered user of the calling number to a converged HSS/HLR;
and the fused HSS/HLR receives the instruction and inquires whether the user corresponding to the calling number is a VoLTE registered user.
Specifically, after receiving the calling number, the gateway of the server may determine whether the calling number is a number from a preset network according to the characteristics of the calling number. For example, for a mobile operator, a network where a gateway is located is a mobile network, and the mobile network is a preset network. And when the gateway judges that the calling number is the mobile number, triggering the IMS AS, otherwise, continuing the call.
And the fused HSS/HLR inquires whether the calling number is a VoLTE registered user so as to know whether the calling number is inquired through the VLR visiting address or the MME visiting address.
The embodiment provides a method for judging whether a calling number is a suspicious number, and the method can identify a number from a preset network, so AS to trigger an IMS AS and identify whether the calling number is a false number.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, the method further includes:
if the calling number is judged not to be a false number, the call corresponding to the calling number is continued.
And continuing the call, namely keeping the call conversation corresponding to the calling number to continue.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, if it is failed to query whether the calling number is a VoLTE registered user, or it is failed to query the current first real-time status information of the terminal corresponding to the calling number, or it is failed to query the current second real-time status information of the terminal corresponding to the calling number, the call corresponding to the calling number is intercepted.
The embodiment provides a method for processing non-false numbers and a method for processing failure in inquiring information of a calling number. The method improves the method for intercepting the false number.
As a specific embodiment, fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of false number interception of a mobile operator, where the method includes:
201: the GMSC receives an incoming call (the gateway determines whether the incoming calling number is a mobile number);
202: the GMSC determines whether the caller is a mobile number (i.e., a number from the mobile operator's network); if so, go to step 203, otherwise go to step 211.
211: the GMSC indicates a continuing call.
203: GMSC triggers to IMS AS; (for calling with mobile number, trigger to IMS AS, IMS AS inquiry amalgamation HSS \ HLR, obtain user real-time status information)
204: the IMS AS queries whether a user corresponding to the calling number is a VOLTE registered user or not through fusing the HSS \ HLR; if yes, go to step 205, otherwise, go to step 209 (merge HSS \ HLR to query whether the user has VoLTE registration information (registered S-CSCF address information), determine whether the user is a VoLTE registered user or a non-VoLTE registered user, and determine whether to query the real-time status information of the user through the visited CS network or the PS network).
205: fused HSS \ HLR inquires whether the MME visiting address of the calling number is successful (whether the MME visiting address of the calling number exists); if successful, execute step 206, otherwise execute step 208 (when the converged HSS \ HLR has VoLTE registration information of the user, query the user real-time status information through the user PS network (visited MME)).
206: if the MME has IMS dedicated bearer activation (dedicated bearer with QCI value of 1 or 2 is established), if yes, step 207 is executed, otherwise, step 208 is executed.
207: the IMS AS indicates to continue the call;
208: the IMS AS indicates to intercept the call (the fused HSS \ HLR forwards the received real-time status information of the user to the IMSAS, and the IMS AS judges whether to continue the call).
If the user corresponding to the calling number is not the VOLTE registered user, then 209 is executed.
209: if yes, executing step 210, otherwise, executing step 208 (when the converged HSS \ HLR has no user VoLTE registration information, querying user real-time status information through a CS network (user visitor location VLR)).
210: if the VLR returns that the terminal corresponding to the calling number is in the BUSY state, if so, step 207 is executed, otherwise, step 208 is executed.
The method is an inter-network mobile false caller real-time monitoring and intercepting method based on IMS AS, and solves the defects of the existing method for realizing the inter-network mobile number false caller real-time monitoring and intercepting based on an intelligent network signaling mode by distinguishing VoLTE registered users and non-VoLTE registered users and respectively inquiring user real-time state information from a PS network and a CS network.
The process of false number interception for mobile operators shown in fig. 2 can be summarized as the following steps:
the gateway judges whether the incoming calling number is a mobile number;
triggering to an IMS AS for a call of which a calling party is a mobile number;
IMS AS queries and fuses HSS \ HLR to acquire user real-time state information;
the method comprises the steps of integrating HSS \ HLR to inquire whether a user has VoLTE registration information (registered S-CSCF address information), judging whether the user is a VoLTE registered user or a non-VoLTE registered user, and determining whether to inquire the real-time state information of the user through a visited CS network or a PS network:
when the integrated HSS \ HLR does not have VoLTE registration information of the user, inquiring real-time state information of the user through a CS network (a VLR of a user visiting place);
when the integrated HSS \ HLR has VoLTE registration information of a user, inquiring real-time state information of the user through a user PS network (visiting place MME);
the fused HSS \ HLR forwards the received user real-time state information to the IMS AS;
the IMS AS determines whether to continue the call according to the following principle:
(1) for non-VoLTE registered users, the MS AS receives the fused HSS \ HLR and returns a User Busy state to indicate a continuing call;
(2) for non-VoLTE registered users, the IMS AS receives the fused HSS \ HLR and returns IDEL (idle state), and indicates to intercept the continuous call
(3) For the VoLTE registered user, the IMS AS receives the fused HSS \ HLR and returns 'IMS special bearing activation' (if special bearing with QCI value AS a preset value is established, the calling number is judged to be a false number), and the call is indicated to be continued.
(4) For the VoLTE registered user, the IMS AS receives the fused HSS \ HLR and returns 'IMS special bearer is not activated' (if special bearer with QCI value AS a preset value is not established, the calling number is judged to be a false number), and the interception of the continuous call is indicated.
(5) And the IMS AS inquires that the real-time state of the user fails and indicates to intercept the call.
According to the scheme, the HSS \ HLR user subscription database is inquired and fused through the IMS AS, VoLTE registered users and non-VoLTE registered users are distinguished, and calling user real-time state inquiry is carried out through the CS domain and the PS domain respectively. Fig. 3 and 4 show signaling flow diagrams of false number interception for non-VoLTE registered users and VoLTE registered users, respectively. Referring to fig. 3, for a non-VoLTE registered subscriber, a GMSC of another operator (in this embodiment, a mobile operator is an operator where a home network is located, and the other operator refers to a non-mobile operator, for example, a unicom operator or a telecom operator) initiates a call to the mobile GMSC through an IAM, the mobile GMSC determines that a calling number is a mobile number, and activates an IMS AS through an IDP. After the IMSAS is activated, the IMS AS issues UDR/ATI calling number attribution fusion HSS/HLR to inquire the mobile phone state information of the calling number, the calling number attribution fusion HSS/HLR inquires that the calling number is not registered with VoLTE service, the PSI accesses the calling number to visit MSS/VLR to inquire the calling mobile phone state information, the PSI-ACK returns the mobile phone state information of the calling number to the calling number attribution fusion HSS/HLR, the calling number attribution fusion HSS/HLR returns the mobile phone state information of the calling number to the IMS AS through UDR/ATI-ACK, the IMSAS judges that the mobile phone is in an IDEL state (non-busy state) according to the returned mobile phone state information, hangs up the phone (ReleaseCalall), and returns corresponding REL to other operator GMSCs.
Referring to fig. 4, for a VoLTE registered subscriber, the GMSC of another operator initiates a call to the mobile GMSC through the IAM, and the mobile GMSC determines that the calling number is a mobile number and activates the IMS AS through the IDP. After an IMS AS is activated, the IMS AS issues UDR/ATI to a calling number home fusion HSS/HLR, the mobile phone state information of the calling number is inquired, the calling number home fusion HSS/HLR inquires the calling number to register VoLTE service, the calling number visiting MME is accessed through the IDR, the calling mobile phone state information is inquired, the calling mobile phone state information is returned to the calling number home fusion HSS/HLR through the IDA, the calling number home fusion HSS/HLR returns the mobile phone state information of the calling number to the IMSAS through UDR/ATI-ack, the IMS AS judges that the mobile phone is in an IMS special bearing non-activated state (non-busy state) according to the returned mobile phone state information, hangs up the phone (Release Call), and returns corresponding REL to other operator GMSCs.
As a comparative example, fig. 5 shows a schematic flow diagram of intercepting a dummy number based on an intelligent network signaling manner, and fig. 6 shows a signaling diagram of a method for intercepting a dummy number corresponding to fig. 5. As can be seen from the methods shown in fig. 5 and 6, although the corresponding calling numbers can be intercepted by setting the black-and-white list in fig. 5 and 6, the number that can be set in the black-and-white list is limited, and cannot adapt to the situation of the surge of VoLTE users. Referring to fig. 5, after the GMSC determines that the calling number is a mobile number, it determines whether to intercept the call according to a black and white list. If the calling number cannot be determined to be intercepted on the black and white list, whether the calling number is a false number is judged by triggering the SCP platform. Referring to fig. 6, in the method for determining an intelligent network signaling mode, first, when a gateway determines that a calling number is a mobile number, a call is triggered to an SCP platform; secondly, the SCP platform judges the state of the calling user by inquiring the HLR and MSS/VLR of the calling user, and determines whether to continue the call, and the judgment principle of the SCP platform is as follows:
(1) SCP receives HLR return, calling number state is IDEL state, and this call is intercepted;
(2) and the SCP receives the HLR return, the calling number state is a BUSY state, and the call is continued.
Because the VoLTE user continues calling through EPC and IMS network, but not MSS \ VLR, the number inquiry states are idle through HLR and MSS \ VLR modes. The existing call interception method pair is not only disabled, but also the mobile VoLTE number is failed to call other network calls to the mobile number, and user perception is affected.
Therefore, the scheme provides that the IMS AS is used AS a false calling comprehensive judgment platform, and compared with an intelligent network SCP platform, the IMS AS can judge the VoLTE false number by inquiring and fusing the HSS \ HLR. Whether the user is a VOLTE registered user or a non-VOLTE registered user is judged by inquiring whether the fused HSS \ HLR stores S-CSCF address information or not; for non-VoLTE registered users, the real-time state information is acquired by inquiring VLR visited by the users. For the VoLTE registered user, the inquiry user visits the MME to inquire the real-time state information of the user, when the MME has a special bearer with QCI of 1 or QCI of 2, the VoLTE registered user is considered to be in a call, otherwise, the user is considered not to be in the call.
The embodiment provides that the false calling judgment is carried out through an IMS AS, and the IMS AS can accurately acquire the real-time state information of the user by inquiring and fusing the HSS \ HLR; judging the real-time state information of the VoLTE user by inquiring whether the MME has IMS special bearer activation; whether the VoLTE registered user exists or not is judged by inquiring whether the fused HSS \ HLR has the information of registering the S-CSCF, which is the basis for subsequently inquiring the real-time state of the user. And inquiring the real-time state of the VoLTE user through the EPS network, and inquiring the real-time state information of the user through the CS network by the non-VoLTE user. Compared with the method of the intelligent network SCP platform, the method provided by the embodiment queries and merges HSS \ HLR database through IMS AS, distinguishes VoLTE registered users and non-VoLTE registered users, and queries the real-time state information of the users from PS network and CS network respectively. For a VoLTE registered user, the user real-time state information is inquired through a user PS network (visiting place MME), but not for the VoLTE registered user, the user real-time state information is inquired through a CS network (user visiting place VLR), so that the defect of the existing intelligent network signaling-based method for realizing the real-time monitoring and intercepting of the false calling of the inter-network mobile number can be solved.
