一种充气柜导电法兰盘，包括绝缘套管、法兰盘和具有连接孔的导电棒，法兰盘固定在绝缘套管上，法兰盘与绝缘套管之间具有夹持气室隔板的间隙，导电棒穿过绝缘套管，导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的外壁呈波浪形，导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的两端设置有O型密封圈。本发明在导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的外壁呈波浪形的基础上，又在导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的两端设置有O型密封圈，通过O型密封圈的设置大大提高了密封效果，提高了其工作的可靠性。

本发明属于电力设备，具体涉及一种充气柜导电法兰盘。
背景技术
在两充气柜柜体有排需要连接，而这两部分又有密封要求时，就需要用母线连接器。现有的母线连接器采用绝缘套管(由环氧树脂制成)与导电棒(即嵌件) 直接浇注的方式，虽然在导电棒的外壁上采用波浪的形式，但密封效果仍然不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密封效果好的充气柜导电法兰盘。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种母线连接器，包括绝缘套管、法兰盘和具有连接孔的导电棒，法兰盘固定在绝缘套管上，法兰盘与绝缘套管之间具有夹持气室隔板的间隙，导电棒穿过绝缘套管，导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的外壁呈波浪形，导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的两端设置有O型密封圈。
采用上述技术方案后，在导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的外壁呈波浪形的基础上，又在导电棒与绝缘套管配合部位的两端设置有O型密封圈，通过O型密封圈的设置大大提高了密封效果，提高了其工作的可靠性。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，本发明包括绝缘套管4、法兰盘1和具有连接孔6的导电棒2，法兰盘1固定在绝缘套管4上，法兰盘1与绝缘套管4之间具有夹持气室隔板3的间隙，导电棒2穿过绝缘套管4，导电棒2与绝缘套管4配合部位的外壁呈波浪形，导电棒2与绝缘套管4配合部位的两端设置有O型密封圈5。
O型密封圈5套在导电棒2上，并直接和与绝缘套管4配合部位的导电棒2 一起浇注与绝缘套管4内。采用直接浇注的方式，工艺简单。

1.一种充气柜导电法兰盘，其特征在于：包括绝缘套管(4)、法兰盘(1)和具有连接孔(6)的导电棒(2)，法兰盘(1)固定在绝缘套管(4)上，法兰盘(1)与绝缘套管(4)之间具有夹持气室隔板(3)的间隙，导电棒(2)穿过绝缘套管(4)，导电棒(2)与绝缘套管(4)配合部位的外壁呈波浪形，导电棒(2)与绝缘套管(4)配合部位的两端设置有O型密封圈(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气柜导电法兰盘，其特征在于：O型密封圈(5)套在导电棒(2)上，并直接和与绝缘套管(4)配合部位的导电棒(2)一起浇注与绝缘套管(4)内。
