Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of switches, in particular to a double-pole single-throw type seesaw switch.
Background
Double-pole single-throw (DPST) seesaw switches are common switches on the market and are commonly used on a wiring board, a household appliance, an instrument and a machine, however, the existing double-pole single-throw seesaw switch structure is inconvenient for automatic assembly, when a neon lamp is mounted on an inner support, two lamp feet of the neon lamp need to be opened and inserted into through holes formed in two ends of the inner support, finally the neon lamp is turned over, operation is troublesome, the machine is difficult to effectively open the lamp feet of the neon lamp and insert into the corresponding through holes, meanwhile the neon lamp is located between the two through holes, and the machine is difficult to identify and orderly turn over towards the same end, so that automatic assembly is difficult to realize, and the double-pole single-throw seesaw switch has an improved space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the double-pole single-throw type seesaw switch which is simple in structure, suitable for automatic assembly, convenient to insert into two through holes at the same end without opening lamp feet of a neon lamp, capable of turning over to the other end, capable of realizing automatic assembly, greatly capable of providing production efficiency and reducing production cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a double-pole single-throw type seesaw switch, which comprises a button assembly, a bottom shell assembly, a seesaw and a spring, wherein the bottom shell assembly comprises a bottom shell, contact pins and support pins, and the contact pins and the support pins are respectively provided with two and are fixedly arranged on the bottom shell;
the two seesaws are respectively tilted by taking one support leg as a fulcrum and can be abutted against the contact leg in the process of tilting to realize electric conduction;

in the process of pressing the button component, the seesaw can be linked to tilt so as to control the on-off of a circuit between the contact pin and the bracket pin.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple structure, and the parts can be connected electrically through mutual contact, thereby avoiding extra wiring and facilitating assembly; meanwhile, the two through holes are arranged at one end of the inner support, so that automatic assembly of neon lamps by a machine can be conveniently realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced; furthermore, the inward groove structure in the side wall of the inner support and the structure that the middle part of the side wall of the inner side of the button is gradually thinned from top to bottom can realize inward shrinkage when the button component is arranged in the bottom shell, thereby being convenient for arranging the button component in the bottom shell and avoiding damaging the opening of the bottom shell by pressing.

Detailed Description
One embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited by the embodiment.
The invention relates to a double-pole single-throw type teeterboard 7 switch, which is shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, and comprises a bottom shell component, a button component, a teeterboard 7 and a spring 8, wherein the bottom shell component comprises a bottom shell 1, contact pins 2 and support pins 3, the contact pins 2 and the support pins 3 are both arranged in two and fixedly arranged on the bottom shell 1, and sockets for inserting the contact pins 2 and the support pins 3 are arranged on the corresponding bottom shell 1; the number of the seesaw 7 is two, each seesaw 7 takes one bracket foot 3 as a fulcrum to tilt, and the seesaw 7 can be abutted against the contact foot 2 in the tilting process, so that the electrical connection between the bracket feet 3 and the contact foot 2 is realized; the button component is hinged on the bottom shell 1 and comprises a button 4, an inner support 5 and a neon lamp 6, wherein the neon lamp 6 is fixedly arranged in a cavity formed by the cooperation of the button 4 and the inner support 5, and the middle parts of the two side walls of the button 4 are provided with raised hinge parts; the springs 8 are provided with two lamp feet 61 of the neon lamp 6 are connected with the springs 8 and are respectively in abutting connection between the two seesaw 7 and the button assembly, and the neon lamp 6 and the bracket foot 3 are always electrically connected through the springs 8; in the process of pressing the button assembly to rotate around the hinge point, the seesaw 7 can be linked to tilt, so that the circuit between the contact pin 2 and the support pin 3 is controlled to be on-off, when the seesaw 7 is abutted with the contact pin 2, namely, a passage is formed between the contact pin 2 and the support pin 3, the neon lamp 6 emits light, otherwise, the neon lamp 6 does not emit light, and the working state of the seesaw 7 switch can be intuitively reflected through the state of the neon lamp 6.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the middle part of the upper end surface of the inner support 5 is provided with a containing groove 52 for embedding the neon lamp 6, two sides of the inner support 5 corresponding to one end of the containing groove 52 are respectively provided with a through hole 53, and through arranging the two through holes 53 at one end of the inner support 5, a machine can be conveniently inserted into the two through holes 53 at the same end without opening the two lamp feet 61 of the neon lamp 6 and fold the two lamp feet 61 on the lower end surface of the inner support 5, finally fold the neon lamp 6 towards the other end of the inner support 5, thereby realizing automatic installation of the neon lamp 6 by the machine, greatly improving the production efficiency, and preferably, the other end of the inner support 5 is provided with an identification hole, so that automatic identification and positioning are convenient to carry out; the through hole 53 is preferably a conical hole structure with a large upper part and a small lower part, and as the resistor 62 is arranged on one lamp foot 61 of the neon lamp 6, the resistor 62 can be positioned at a high level when inserted into the through hole 53 of the conical hole structure, the resistor 62 is prevented from directly penetrating through the through hole 53, and meanwhile, when the resistor 62 is difficult to go deep into the through hole 53 again, the neon lamp 6 can be turned over by a machine; preferably, both sides of the lower end surface of the inner support 5 are provided with limit grooves 54 extending along the side walls and provided with through grooves, the limit grooves 54 are internally provided with first limit parts 55, the first limit parts 55 are provided with openings communicated with the grooves of the limit grooves 54, lamp feet 61 turned over on the lower end surface of the inner support 5 are arranged in the openings of the first limit parts 55, and the grooves through the limit grooves 54 are arranged in a through way, so that the lamp feet 61 with different lengths can be suitable for turning over, and the turning over of the lamp feet 61 of the neon lamp 6 is facilitated; correspondingly, a second limiting part 71 is formed on the upper end surface of the seesaw 7, the upper end and the lower end of the spring 8 are respectively sleeved on the first limiting part 55 and the second limiting part 71, and meanwhile, the upper end of the spring 8 is reliably abutted against the lamp pin 61 of the neon lamp 6, so that the electric connection between the neon lamp 6 and the seesaw 7 and the electric connection between the neon lamp and the bracket pin 3 are realized through the spring 8, the trouble of extra wiring connection is avoided, automatic assembly can be realized, and the production efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the middle part of the side wall between the two ends of the inner support 5 is of an inward concave structure, and meanwhile, the thickness of the middle parts of the two side walls of the inner cavity of the button 4 is gradually thinned from top to bottom, so that the button 4 and the inner support 5 can be double-retracted in the process of loading the button assembly into the bottom shell 1, and the cavity opening of the bottom shell 1 is prevented from being compressed.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, both ends of the inner support 5 are provided with guide portions 51, and the guide portions 51 are of an inclined structure with an upper end width smaller than a lower end width, that is, a dimension of a position a is smaller than a dimension of a position B in the drawing, by which the inner support 5 can be prevented from being crushed in the assembling process of the button 4 and the inner support 5.
Preferably, the bottom of the two end faces of the inner cavity of the button 4 is provided with a convex hull 41 structure for the snap fit of the inner support 5, and the inner support 5 and the button 4 can be firmly connected through the convex hull 41 structure, so that the inner support 5 and the button 4 are prevented from being separated in the automatic assembly process.
Preferably, the notch of the limiting groove 54 is provided with a chamfer for facilitating the insertion of the lamp foot 61 of the neon lamp 6.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple structure, and the parts can be connected electrically through mutual contact, thereby avoiding extra wiring and facilitating assembly; meanwhile, the two through holes are arranged at one end of the inner support, so that automatic assembly of neon lamps by a machine can be conveniently realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced; furthermore, the inward groove structure in the side wall of the inner support and the structure that the middle part of the side wall of the inner side of the button is gradually thinned from top to bottom can realize inward shrinkage when the button component is arranged in the bottom shell, thereby being convenient for arranging the button component in the bottom shell and avoiding damaging the opening of the bottom shell by pressing.

the button assembly is hinged on the bottom shell and comprises a button, an inner support and a neon lamp, the neon lamp is fixedly arranged in a cavity formed by the cooperation of the button and the inner support, two through holes are formed in two sides of one end of the inner support, and two lamp feet of the neon lamp respectively penetrate through the through holes and are folded on the lower end face of the inner support;
the springs are provided with two springs which are respectively in abutting connection between the two seesaw and the button assembly, and meanwhile, the upper ends of the springs are in abutting connection with lamp pins of the neon lamp, so that the electric connection between the neon lamp and the bracket pins is realized;
in the process of pressing the button component, the seesaw can be linked to tilt so as to control the on-off of a circuit between the contact pin and the bracket pin;
the middle part of the side wall between the two ends of the inner support is of an inward concave structure;
the thickness of the middle parts of the two side walls of the inner cavity of the button is gradually thinned from top to bottom;
the two sides of the lower end face of the inner support are provided with through limiting grooves for embedding lamp feet of neon lamps, a first limiting part is arranged in each limiting groove, and each first limiting part is provided with an opening communicated with the notch of each limiting groove;
the upper end face of the seesaw is provided with a second limiting part, the upper end and the lower end of the spring are respectively sleeved on the first limiting part and the second limiting part, and meanwhile, the upper end of the spring is propped against the lamp pin of the neon lamp.

4. The double-pole single-throw type seesaw switch according to claim 1, wherein convex hull structures for being in snap fit with the inner support are arranged on two end faces of the inner cavity of the button.
5. The double pole single throw type teeterboard switch of claim 1, wherein said through hole is a tapered hole structure with a large top and a small bottom.
6. The double pole single throw type teeterboard switch of claim 1, wherein said inner support has a receiving recess on its upper surface for receiving a neon lamp.
