Furthermore, it is necessary to determine the weighting factors of the violations to which the evaluation indexes belong, and the weighting factors corresponding to the evaluation indexes calculated based on the calculation formula of the weighting factors are shown in table 3.

Further, the evaluation score is usually set to a score threshold of 80, and based on the final calculation result of the evaluation score shown in table 4, none of the three electric power vendors exceeds the threshold, and it can be determined that the transaction of the three electric power vendors performed well and that there was no improper competition behavior.
According to the evaluation method, the invention provides a set of credit evaluation method comprehensively considering the trading process of the main body of the power market, taking a power selling company as an example, the trading behavior of the power market is comprehensively evaluated, most indexes in the evaluation process are quantitative indexes, the evaluation is comprehensive and fair, the whole evaluation method is clear in thought, and the method is suitable for popularization and use.
The method for evaluating the illegal competitive behaviors of the power market main body, provided by the embodiment of the invention, is beneficial to an electric power supervision department to establish an illegal competitive behavior evaluation index system so as to comprehensively evaluate the transaction behaviors of the power market main body. Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an illegal competitive behavior evaluation index system, which includes a plurality of evaluation indexes including collusion guarantee, collusion guarantee amount, and free-carrying violation, so as to evaluate market force, quotation strategies, and excess profits of an electric power market subject, where the evaluation indexes of market force design include market supply-demand ratio, declared electric quantity share ratio, the quotation strategies relate to evaluation indexes such as retention ratio, quotation safety, quotation relative ratio, quotation consistency, and the excess profits relate to evaluation indexes such as low-price medium-winning rate, high-price medium-winning rate, and quotation success rate. It should be understood that fig. 2 is only a schematic diagram of an evaluation index system for illegal competitive behavior, which includes aspects such as market force, quotation strategy, and excess income, and evaluation indexes related to each aspect may also be set according to actual situations, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.
The method for evaluating the improper competitive behaviors of the power market main body provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprehensively evaluate the trading behaviors of the power market main body, and the evaluation indexes included in the evaluation process are mostly quantitative indexes, so that the evaluation process is more comprehensive and fair, and meanwhile, the whole evaluation method is clear in thought and suitable for popularization and use.
Example two:
based on the method for evaluating the improper competitive behavior of the power market main body in the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for evaluating the improper competitive behavior of the power market main body, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes the following structures:
the obtaining module 30 is configured to obtain a to-be-evaluated factor set and a comment set of the electric power market main body, where the to-be-evaluated factor set includes evaluation indexes included in multiple violations of the electric power market main body, and factor values corresponding to the evaluation indexes; the evaluation set comprises a plurality of evaluation grade intervals, and each evaluation grade interval comprises an interval upper limit, an interval lower limit and an interval score corresponding to the evaluation grade interval;
the first calculating module 32 is configured to calculate a weight factor of the violation behavior to which each evaluation index belongs in the to-be-evaluated factor set, and a factor membership degree of matching between a factor value corresponding to each evaluation index and a plurality of evaluation level intervals;
the second calculating module 34 is configured to calculate an index score corresponding to an evaluation index included in each violation behavior according to the factor membership and the interval scores corresponding to the multiple evaluation level intervals;
a third calculating module 36, configured to calculate, based on the weighting factor and the index score, an evaluation score corresponding to each violation behavior of the power market main body;
and the evaluation module 38 is used for evaluating the illegal competitive behaviors of the power market main body according to the evaluation scores.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, another configuration diagram of the electric power market main body illicit competition behavior evaluation device includes, in addition to the configuration shown in fig. 3:
the dividing module 40 is configured to divide the to-be-evaluated factor set into multiple factor subsets corresponding to the illegal behaviors after the to-be-evaluated factor set of the power market main body is acquired, where each factor subset includes an evaluation index corresponding to the illegal behavior and a factor value corresponding to the evaluation index.
Specifically, the first calculating module is configured to: normalizing a plurality of evaluation indexes contained in each violation behavior, and calculating a normalized index, wherein the normalized index comprises a positive index or a negative index; calculating the information entropy of each evaluation index according to the normalization index; calculating a weight factor of the violation behavior to which each evaluation index belongs according to the information entropy;
the evaluation module is configured to: acquiring a pre-stored score threshold, wherein when the evaluation score corresponding to the violation behavior of any one of the electric power market main bodies is lower than the score threshold; and determining that the power market main body has improper competitive behaviors.
The device for evaluating the improper competitive behavior of the power market main body provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same technical characteristics as the method for evaluating the improper competitive behavior of the power market main body provided by the embodiment, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
The computer program product of the method and the device for evaluating the improper competitive behavior of the power market main body provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a computer readable storage medium storing program codes, wherein instructions included in the program codes can be used for executing the method in the previous method embodiment, and specific implementation can be referred to the method embodiment, and is not repeated herein.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A method for evaluating an improper competitive behavior of a power market entity, the method comprising:
acquiring a to-be-evaluated factor set and a comment set of an electric power market main body, wherein the to-be-evaluated factor set comprises evaluation indexes contained in a plurality of illegal behaviors of the electric power market main body and factor values corresponding to the evaluation indexes; the evaluation set comprises a plurality of evaluation grade intervals, and each evaluation grade interval comprises an interval upper limit, an interval lower limit and an interval score corresponding to the evaluation grade interval;
calculating a weight factor of the violation behavior to which each evaluation index in the to-be-evaluated factor set belongs, and a factor membership degree of matching a factor value corresponding to each evaluation index with the evaluation grade intervals;
calculating an index score corresponding to the evaluation index contained in each violation behavior according to the factor membership and a plurality of interval scores corresponding to the evaluation grade intervals;
calculating an evaluation score corresponding to each violation behavior of the electricity market subject based on the weight factor and the index score;
and evaluating the illegal competitive behaviors of the power market main body according to the evaluation scores.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after a to-be-evaluated factor set of the electric power market main body is obtained, dividing the to-be-evaluated factor set into a plurality of factor subsets corresponding to the illegal behaviors, wherein each factor subset comprises an evaluation index corresponding to the illegal behavior and a factor value corresponding to the evaluation index.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating the weight factor of the violation behavior to which each evaluation index in the to-be-evaluated factor set belongs comprises:
normalizing a plurality of evaluation indexes contained in each violation behavior, and calculating a normalized index, wherein the normalized index comprises a positive index or a negative index;
calculating the information entropy of each evaluation index according to the normalization index;
and calculating a weight factor of the violation behavior to which each evaluation index belongs according to the information entropy.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of calculating the membership degree of the factor of which the factor value corresponding to each evaluation index matches with the evaluation level intervals comprises:
obtaining an evaluation index in each factor subset and a judgment grade interval corresponding to the factor subset;
calculating the factor membership degree according to the factor value corresponding to the evaluation index in each factor subset, and the interval upper limit and the interval lower limit of the evaluation grade interval corresponding to the factor subset;
the calculation formula of the factor membership degree is as follows:
wherein x is a factor value corresponding to one of the evaluation indexes of the electric power market main body, and xi +1 are respectively an upper interval limit and a lower interval limit of the evaluation grade interval where x is located; i represents the grade of the evaluation grade interval.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of evaluating the illicit competitive behavior of the electricity market subject according to the evaluation score includes:
acquiring a pre-stored score threshold, wherein when the evaluation score corresponding to the violation behavior of any one of the electric power market main bodies is lower than the score threshold; determining that the electricity market subject has the improper competitive behavior.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the evaluation index of the factor set to be evaluated of the power market main body at least comprises: declare the electric quantity share proportion, the quotation safety degree, the quotation relative ratio, the quotation consistency, the low price medium rate, the high price medium rate, the persistence proportion and the quotation success degree;
the subset of factors corresponding to the violation includes: the factor subset of the collusion guarantee behavior, the factor subset of the collusion guarantee behavior and the factor subset of the free-car-taking behavior; wherein the evaluation indexes of the factor subset of the collusion price-keeping behavior at least comprise: declaring the electric quantity share proportion, the quotation safety degree, the quotation relative ratio, the quotation consistency, the low price medium-winning rate and the quotation success degree; the evaluation indexes of the factor subset of the collusion guarantee behavior at least comprise the following evaluation indexes: reporting the electric quantity share proportion, the quotation safety degree, the retention proportion, the quotation consistency and the quotation success degree; the evaluation indexes of the factor subset of the free-pick behavior at least comprise: reporting electric quantity share proportion, quotation safety degree, quotation relative ratio, high price winning rate and quotation success degree.
7. An apparatus for evaluating illicit competitive behavior of a power market entity, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a judgment module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a factor set to be evaluated and a comment set of an electric power market main body, and the factor set to be evaluated comprises evaluation indexes contained in a plurality of illegal behaviors of the electric power market main body and factor values corresponding to the evaluation indexes; the evaluation set comprises a plurality of evaluation grade intervals, and each evaluation grade interval comprises an interval upper limit, an interval lower limit and an interval score corresponding to the evaluation grade interval;
the first calculation module is used for calculating a weight factor of the violation behavior to which each evaluation index belongs in the factor set to be evaluated, and the factor membership degree of matching between the factor value corresponding to each evaluation index and the evaluation grade intervals;
the second calculation module is used for calculating an index score corresponding to the evaluation index contained in each violation behavior according to the factor membership degree and a plurality of interval scores corresponding to the evaluation grade intervals;
a third calculation module, configured to calculate, based on the weighting factor and the index score, an evaluation score corresponding to each violation behavior of the electricity market main body;
and the evaluation module is used for evaluating the illegal competitive behaviors of the power market main body according to the evaluation scores.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the dividing module is used for dividing the factor set to be evaluated into a plurality of factor subsets corresponding to the illegal behaviors after the factor set to be evaluated of the power market main body is obtained, wherein each factor subset comprises an evaluation index corresponding to the illegal behaviors and a factor value corresponding to the evaluation index.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first computing module is configured to:
normalizing a plurality of evaluation indexes contained in each violation behavior, and calculating a normalized index, wherein the normalized index comprises a positive index or a negative index;
calculating the information entropy of each evaluation index according to the normalization index;
and calculating a weight factor of the violation behavior to which each evaluation index belongs according to the information entropy.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the evaluation module is configured to:
acquiring a pre-stored score threshold, wherein when the evaluation score corresponding to the violation behavior of any one of the electric power market main bodies is lower than the score threshold; determining that the electricity market subject has the improper competitive behavior.
