According to the invention, the image recognition device is a mobile phone and is connected with the database recording the image characteristics through a network. Accordingly, the following convenient and safe fake verification process for consumers can be realized: the commodity is stuck with an anti-counterfeiting label which cannot be imitated and recovered, and the information of the anti-counterfeiting label is recorded in a database; the consumer scans the anti-counterfeiting label from more than one angle by utilizing a mobile phone client (such as a special anti-counterfeiting APP), and the mobile phone client compares the scanned image information with a database and feeds back the verification information of the genuine goods or the counterfeit goods in real time, so that the anti-counterfeiting of the commodity before sale is realized.

as shown in fig. 2a, a three-dimensional security tag based on a two-dimensional random pattern includes two basic components: 35-45 two-dimensional random patterns and a three-dimensional carrier capable of accommodating all the two-dimensional random patterns, wherein the thickness of the two-dimensional random patterns is 0.01mm, the three-dimensional carrier is made of PETG material, and the two-dimensional random patterns can be recognized by image recognition equipment through visible light; the positions of the two-dimensional random patterns in the three-dimensional carrier are randomly distributed, wherein 7-10 two-dimensional random patterns are arranged on non-parallel planes; the image features of the two-dimensional random pattern and the three-dimensional carrier are recorded in a database and are used for being compared and identified by an image identification device, wherein when the image features are acquired by utilizing an image acquisition device, the image features are required to be acquired from three different angles; the outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is only provided with 2 surfaces, one surface is a plane, the other surface is a semi-ellipsoid, the semi-ellipsoid is a front surface, the plane is a back surface, the front surface is the outer surface for being scanned and identified by the image identification equipment, and the back surface is the outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label opposite to the front surface in physical position. Example 6:
as shown in fig. 2b, a three-dimensional security tag based on a two-dimensional random pattern includes two basic components: 45-60 two-dimensional random patterns; and a three-dimensional carrier capable of holding all two-dimensional random patterns. The thickness of the two-dimensional random patterns is 0.008mm, each two-dimensional random pattern comprises two parallel surfaces, the area of each surface is 10-25 square millimeters, at least 5 two-dimensional random patterns are arranged on non-parallel planes, and the barycenter coordinates of the two-dimensional random patterns are not arranged on the intersection line of the two planes; the three-dimensional carrier is made of SAN material, and can transmit visible light so that the two-dimensional random pattern in the three-dimensional carrier can be recognized by the image recognition device. When the image acquisition device is used for acquiring image characteristics, the image characteristics need to be acquired from three different angles. Claims (1)

1. A three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label based on a two-dimensional random graph is characterized in that:
the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label comprises two basic components: at least 18 two-dimensional random patterns; and a three-dimensional carrier capable of accommodating all the two-dimensional random patterns, the three-dimensional carrier being capable of transmitting visible light such that the two-dimensional random patterns therein can be recognized by the image recognition apparatus;
the positions of the two-dimensional random patterns in the three-dimensional carrier are randomly distributed, wherein at least 3 two-dimensional random patterns are positioned on non-parallel planes;
the image features of the two-dimensional random pattern and the three-dimensional carrier are recorded in a database and are used for being compared and identified by an image identification device;
the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is divided into a front surface and a back surface, wherein the front surface is used for being scanned and identified by image identification equipment, the back surface is the surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label opposite to the physical position of the front surface, and the back surface is used for being combined with the outer surface of a corresponding commodity;
the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label comprises two basic components: at least 18 two-dimensional random patterns; and a three-dimensional carrier capable of accommodating all the two-dimensional random patterns, the three-dimensional carrier being capable of transmitting visible light such that the two-dimensional random patterns therein can be recognized by the image recognition apparatus;
In a photo obtained by shooting the three-dimensional anti-counterfeit label from any angle, the proportion of the two-dimensional random pattern area to the total area of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeit label is not more than 90%;
shooting the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting mark surface by using image acquisition equipment, obtaining image features of combining the two-dimensional random pattern with the three-dimensional carrier, and recording the image features in a database for comparison and identification by image identification equipment;
the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is divided into a front surface and a back surface, wherein the front surface is used for being scanned and identified by image identification equipment, the back surface is the surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label opposite to the physical position of the front surface, and the back surface is used for being combined with the outer surface of a corresponding commodity;
comprising at least one of the following:
shooting the three-dimensional anti-counterfeit label from any different angles to obtain a three-dimensional anti-counterfeit label photo which is not completely the same;
the thickness of the two-dimensional random pattern is 0.005-0.05mm, each two-dimensional random pattern comprises two macroscopic distinguishable surfaces, and the area of each surface is 2-32 square millimeters;
all two-dimensional random patterns can be classified into at least two classes according to the difference in features, which are classified according to any combination of one or more of the following features: patterns, and/or colors, and/or shapes, and/or areas;
The back of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label comprises a fixing device, the fixing device is used for combining the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label with a corresponding commodity in a bonding, mechanical connection and/or welding mode to form non-detachable fixed connection, and once the fixing device is destroyed, photos obtained by shooting the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label from any angle are changed;
at least 2 two-dimensional random patterns have barycentric coordinates in planes which are not parallel, and have barycentric coordinates which are not on the intersection line of the two planes;
the three-dimensional carrier is made of one material or a combination material of any of PC, PMMA, PS, PET, PETG, SAN, MS, MBS, PES, TPX, HEMA, EFP, PVF, EP, PF, AS, BS, transparent PP and transparent PA;
the outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label at least comprises 2 surfaces, and at least one surface is a plane;
when the image acquisition equipment is used for acquiring image characteristics, at least three different angles are required to be acquired;
when the image recognition equipment is used for recognizing the three-dimensional anti-counterfeit label, comprehensive recognition is required from at least two different angles;
the image recognition equipment is a mobile phone and is connected with a database recording image characteristics by adopting a network;
The total area of all the outer surfaces of the label housing is no more than 14.5 square centimeters;
comprising at least one of the following:
all two-dimensional random patterns are identical, i.e. they have identical patterns, colors, shapes and areas;
the outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label at least comprises 3 surfaces, at least 2 surfaces are planes, one of the planes is marked as an A surface, the outer surface of the A surface is stuck on a corresponding commodity in an adhesive mode to form non-detachable fixed connection, once the fixing device is destroyed, photos obtained by shooting the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label from any angle are changed, and the barycentric coordinates of at least 3 two-dimensional random patterns are positioned on three different planes parallel to the A surface;
placing the image acquisition equipment at a certain position above the front surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeit label, and keeping a certain observation visual angle of the image acquisition equipment unchanged;
the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is characterized in that an anti-tearing layer is arranged on one outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label, the other surface of the anti-tearing layer is attached to a corresponding commodity, at least 3 knife marks with arbitrary curves are engraved on the anti-tearing layer, each knife mark can independently divide the outer surface of the three-dimensional label into two parts, once the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is torn off from the corresponding commodity, the anti-tearing layer is broken at the arbitrary knife mark, the anti-tearing layer cannot be completely peeled off from the outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label or the corresponding commodity, and an incomplete part is left on the outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label;
The total volume of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is not more than 0.8 cubic centimeter;
the image features of the two-dimensional random pattern and the three-dimensional carrier are collected and recorded in a database in the following mode: a ray perpendicular to the front of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is made at the front gravity center coordinate position of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label, the ray direction points to the outer side of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label, the image data obtained by observing the front gravity center of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label along the opposite direction of the ray is marked as first characteristic data, the image data obtained by observing the front gravity center of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label at a certain angle by the image acquisition device deviating from the ray is marked as second characteristic data, the first characteristic data and the second characteristic data are recorded in a database together, and the certain angle is smaller than 90 degrees;

the bonding surface of the plane and the corresponding commodity is provided with a plurality of liquid particles, the liquid particles are limited by the solidified adhesive, the shape, the volume and the position of the liquid particles are random, the liquid particles can be recorded and used as a part of image characteristics when the front surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is shot by using image acquisition equipment, and once the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is separated from the original commodity due to external force, the liquid particles fall off along with the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label;
comprising at least one of the following:
an anti-tearing layer is arranged on one outer surface of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label, the other surface of the anti-tearing layer is attached to a corresponding commodity, and once the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is torn off from the corresponding commodity, the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting label is visible to naked eyes and can be identified by the image identification equipment;
the three-dimensional carrier is not completely transparent or dye is added in the manufacturing process of the three-dimensional carrier to ensure that the three-dimensional carrier is not completely transparent, and the opacity of the three-dimensional carrier can not influence the identification of the image identification equipment on the position and the shape of the two-dimensional random pattern;
The two-dimensional random pattern is an ultrathin fluorescent sheet, the thickness of the fluorescent sheet is 0.01-0.08mm, and the area is 2-20 square millimeters;
