Abstract
The invention provides an air guide component and an air conditioner indoor unit with the same. The air guide member in this embodiment includes: an air deflector and a wind sweeping blade. The air guide plate is rotatably arranged at the air outlet and is provided with an air guide surface, and air coming out of the air outlet is introduced into a room through the air guide surface. The wind sweeping blades are rotatably arranged on the wind guide surface of the wind guide plate so as to sweep air at the wind guide surface into a room. By the technical scheme provided by the invention, the technical problem that the air guide part in the prior art cannot guide air in a large range can be solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air guide component and an air conditioner indoor unit with the same.
Background
At present, an air conditioner indoor unit mainly achieves wind sweeping through an air guide component, wherein the air guide component comprises an air guide plate and wind sweeping blades, and the wind sweeping blades and the air guide plate in the prior art are of two independent structures. When the wind guide member is installed, the wind guide plate and the wind-sweeping blade are required to be installed separately, which increases the assembly cost.
Meanwhile, in the prior art, the installation size of the air deflector is limited, so that the size of the air deflector is greatly limited, and large-range air guiding cannot be performed, thereby reducing the comfort of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. In addition, the wind sweeping blade in the prior art is generally arranged on the inner side of the air outlet of the air conditioner indoor unit, so that the size of the wind sweeping blade is greatly limited, the wind sweeping blade cannot finish the wind sweeping in a large range, and the comfort of the whole machine is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an air guide component and an air conditioner indoor unit with the same, so as to solve the technical problem that the air guide component in the prior art cannot guide air in a large range.

It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air guide member provided at an air outlet 60 of an indoor unit of an air conditioner to guide air blown out from the air outlet 60. The air guiding component comprises a plurality of air guiding plates 10, the air guiding plates 10 are rotatably arranged at the air outlet 60, and each air guiding plate 10 is provided with an air guiding surface, so that air coming out of the air outlet 60 is led into a room through the plurality of air guiding surfaces. Wherein, each air deflector 10 has a closed position for shielding the air outlet 60, and when each air deflector 10 is in the closed position, the air deflectors 10 are mutually spliced to block the air outlet 60.
By applying the air guide component provided by the embodiment, since the air outlet 60 is rotatably provided with the plurality of air deflectors 10, the plurality of air deflectors 10 work simultaneously to introduce air at the air outlet 60 into a room from the air guide surface, so that the size of the air deflectors 10 can be increased, and the air guide range can be increased. Therefore, the air guide component provided by the invention can solve the technical problem that the air guide component in the prior art cannot guide air in a large range.
Specifically, each air deflector 10 in the first embodiment of the present invention has an open position for avoiding the air outlet 60, and the air deflector 10 is rotatably disposed between the open position and the closed position, so that the air flowing out from the air outlet 60 is introduced into the room under the air guiding effect of the air deflector 10. Thus, when the air guide member is operated, the plurality of air guide plates 10 provided at the air outlet 60 are rotated between the open position and the closed position so as to guide the air at the air outlet 60 into the room by the guide surface.
In the present embodiment, the rotation axes of the plurality of air deflectors 10 are arranged in parallel to avoid interference of the air deflectors 10 when rotating, and at the same time, it is convenient to introduce the wind of the air outlet 60 into the room.
Specifically, the rotation axis of each air deflector 10 extends in the horizontal direction to better guide the air at the air outlet 60 into the room.
In this embodiment, there are two air deflectors 10, and two air deflectors 10 are disposed at opposite ends of the air outlet 60. The three air deflectors 10 can better increase the air guiding range and improve the use comfort.
In this embodiment, the plurality of air deflectors 10 are all provided with the wind-sweeping blade 20, and the wind-sweeping blade 20 is used for better sweeping the wind at the wind-guiding surface to the room, and the wind-sweeping range can be further improved under the action of the plurality of air deflectors 10 and the wind-sweeping blade 20. Meanwhile, compared with the installation mode in the prior art, the installation structure in the embodiment can save the inner space of the air conditioner indoor unit, is convenient for improving the structural compactness of the air conditioner indoor unit, can further increase the air sweeping range by increasing the area of the air sweeping blade 20, and also avoids the interference between the air sweeping blade 20 and the centrifugal fan 70 of the air conditioner indoor unit. The plurality of air deflectors 10 comprise a first air deflector 10 positioned at the top of the air outlet 60 and a second air deflector 10 positioned at the bottom of the air outlet 60, and when the first air deflector 10 and the second air deflector 10 are both positioned at the opening positions, the air sweeping blades 20 positioned on the first air deflector 10 are oppositely arranged with the air sweeping blades 20 positioned on the second air deflector 10. In this way, the wind at the air outlet 60 is better swept into the room.
Specifically, the plurality of air deflectors 10 further includes at least one third air deflector 10, and the third air deflector 10 is located between the first air deflector 10 and the second air deflector 10. When the third air guide is at the open position, the wind-sweeping blade 20 on the third air guide plate 10 is positioned on the upper side of the third air guide plate 10. Under the combined action of the first air deflector 10, the second air deflector 10, the third air deflector 10 and the air sweeping blades 20, the air at the air outlet 60 can be better swept indoors, the air sweeping range is improved, and the comfort is further improved.
Specifically, the air guiding component in this embodiment further includes: a drive mechanism and a drive shaft. One end of the driving shaft is connected with the driving mechanism, the other end of the driving shaft is connected with the air deflector 10, and the driving mechanism drives the air deflector 10 to rotate through the driving shaft. The driving mechanism in this embodiment may be a motor.
Specifically, the air deflector 10 is provided with a hook 13, the air outlet 60 is provided with a connecting shaft, and the hook 13 is clamped on the connecting shaft so that the air deflector 10 can be rotatably arranged at the air outlet 60. The clamping hook 13 has a simple structure and is convenient to install and detach.
Correspondingly, the air guide part also comprises a connecting rod 14 for driving and connecting the driving mechanism, and the connecting rod 14 and the clamping hook 13 are arranged at intervals along the rotation axis direction of the air guide plate 10.
