The preparation method of the rubber gasket comprises the following steps: 1) placing 17 parts by weight of nano oxide in a vacuum drying oven at 80 ℃ for drying for 13-14h, mixing with 20 parts by weight of acetone, adding 5.5 parts by weight of coupling agent, placing in a magnetic stirrer for stirring at 20-25 ℃, wherein the rotating speed is 300-400r/min, the stirring time is 2-4h, performing suction filtration, drying the filtrate in an oven at 75-80 ℃ for 6-8h, and grinding to obtain surface modified nano oxide powder;
2) putting 110 parts by weight of nitrile rubber into an internal mixer for reverse plastication, controlling the temperature of the internal mixer to be 60-80 ℃, and reversely rotating a roller at the rotating speed of 15-20 rpm for 5-6 minutes to obtain plasticated rubber;
3) sequentially putting 40 parts by weight of carbon black, 20 parts by weight of dioctyl adipate, 5 parts by weight of stearic acid, 5 parts by weight of anti-aging agent and the nano oxide prepared in the step 1) into an internal mixer to be mixed with the plasticated rubber in a positive direction, controlling the temperature of the internal mixer to be 60-80 ℃, positively rotating a roller at the rotation speed of 15-20 r/min, and mixing for 3 min to obtain mixed rubber;
4) and (3) transferring the rubber compound into an open mill, setting a roller spacing of 1-2 mm, carrying out thin pass open milling for three times, adjusting the roller spacing to 8-10 mm, discharging, standing, curing for 4-16 hours, and cutting and molding.
The results of the test analyses of examples two to four are shown in table 1:

3) sequentially putting 30-40 parts by weight of carbon black, 15-20 parts by weight of dioctyl adipate, 2-5 parts by weight of stearic acid, 3-5 parts by weight of anti-aging agent and the nano oxide prepared in the step 1) into an internal mixer to be mixed with the plasticated rubber in a positive direction, controlling the temperature of the internal mixer to be 60-80 ℃, positively rotating a roller at the rotation speed of 15-20 r/min for 3 min to obtain mixed rubber;
