(4) The main nut 1 of the invention is abutted against the connected piece at the near end surface and is fixedly connected with the limit washer 2 and the stop washer 3 at the far end surface in sequence; the hardness of the limiting washer 2 and the stop washer 3 is higher than that of the bolt and the main nut 1; the limiting washer 2 and the stop washer 3 are matched with the external thread of the bolt; therefore, compared with the existing nut, the main nut 1, the limiting washer 2 and the stop washer 3 are high in overall strength and rigidity, the limiting washer 2 and the stop washer 3 can share the axial load of the main nut 1, abrasion, fatigue, tooth slipping and other failures of the main nut 1 can be effectively avoided, the reliability is high, and the service life is long.
(5) The stop washer 3 of the present invention has radial indents 32 uniformly distributed along the circumference on the distal end surface of the curved ring portion 31, and the lock washer 4 has radial convex marks 44 uniformly distributed along the circumference on the proximal end surface; the locking washer 4 and the stop washer 3 are respectively abutted with the radial dent 32 through the radial convex marks 44, so that friction force can be increased, relative rotation is avoided, the stop washer 3 is locked, radial pretightening force is generated and kept on the stop washer 3 relative to the bolt, a stop state is kept, and looseness prevention and stopping are reliable.
(6) When the auxiliary nut 5 is tightened by a spanner to drive the stop washer 3 to enter a stop state, the tightening force is amplified for three times; therefore, the operation of attaching and detaching the sub nut 5 is easy, and excessive force is not necessary.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Fig. 1 is a front view of the present invention, comprising a main nut 1, a spacing washer 2, a stop washer 3, a lock washer 4 and a sub-nut 5. The screw fitting according to the invention is preferably a known screw standard.
The nut 1 and the auxiliary nut 5 are both of a hexagonal cylindrical structure and provided with a central threaded hole, the inner surface of the central threaded hole is provided with internal threads, preferably a carbon steel wire, and the nut is processed and formed through processes of blanking, cold heading, heat treatment, tapping, surface treatment and the like. The angled slot 11 at the distal end of the side of the nut 1 and the angled slot 51 at the proximal end of the side of the secondary nut 5 are preferably milled.
The limiting washer 2, the stop washer 3 and the lock washer 4 are all preferably made of spring steel plates and are processed and formed through the processes of blanking, annealing, stamping, end surface grinding, deburring, quenching, tempering and the like.
Fig. 2 is a left side view of the spacing washer 2 in fig. 1; the limiting washer 2 is of a circular ring-shaped sheet structure and is provided with a central hole, a near folding fin 21, a threaded part 22, an inner groove 23 and an outer groove 24. The fixed connection of the stop washer 2 at the proximal face to the distal face of the main nut 1 is preferably bonded by a known metal adhesive. The proximal tabs 21 are bent proximally to snap into the angled slots 11 of the main nut 1 and are preferably bonded to the angled slots 11 of the main nut 1 by a known metallic adhesive. The threaded portion 22 surrounds the central hole of the spacing washer 2, and the inner surface of the central hole is provided with at least one circle of internal threads, preferably one circle of internal threads; the internal thread is preferably formed by grinding.
FIG. 3 is a left side view of a stop washer 3 in FIG. 1; the stop washer 3 is a circular ring-shaped curved surface sheet-shaped structure and is provided with a central hole, a curved surface ring part 31, a radial dent 32, a thread internal tooth 33, an internal shrinkage groove 34 and a wing piece 35. The stop washer 3 is fixedly connected to the stop washer 2 at its proximal face, preferably by means of a known metal adhesive. The radial indentations 32 extend radially from the inside to the outside, are recessed to the same depth, and are preferably formed by grinding.
The thread internal teeth 33 are positioned on the inner surface of the central hole of the stop washer 3 and are a circle of internal threads; the internal thread is uniformly divided along the circumferential direction by two radial internal grooves with different depths to form internal teeth; the internal thread is preferably formed by grinding; the radial inner grooves are preferably formed by grinding.
The tabs 35 are bent proximally to snap into the outer groove 24 of the spacing washer 2 and the angled slots 11 of the main nut 1 and are preferably bonded to the outer groove 24 of the spacing washer 2 and the angled slots 11 of the main nut 1 by a known metal adhesive.
Fig. 4 is a left side view of the lock washer 4 in fig. 1; the lock washer 4 has a circular plate-like structure with a central hole, a distal flap 41, a threaded portion 42, a dividing groove 43 and a radial projection 44. The lock washer 4 is fixedly connected at its distal end face to the secondary nut 5, preferably by means of a known metal adhesive.
The distal folding fin 41 has a flat strip-shaped structure, is bent toward the distal end, is caught in the inclined groove 51 of the sub-nut 5, and is preferably bonded to the inclined groove 51 of the sub-nut 5 by a known metal adhesive. Said threaded portion 42 surrounds the central hole of the lock washer 4, with at least one internal thread, preferably one, on the inner surface of said central hole; the internal thread is preferably formed by grinding.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. It is within the scope of the present invention to modify the materials and fabrication processes while still meeting the structural and performance requirements of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. The utility model provides a locking stopping nut which characterized in that: comprises a main nut (1), a limit washer (2), a stop washer (3), a locking washer (4) and an auxiliary nut (5),
when the bolt is connected with the bolt for assembly and disassembly, the external thread of the bolt can be deformed, and the deformed external thread of the bolt can be shaped, so that the damage is avoided, and the bolt can be repeatedly used;
the main nut (1) and the auxiliary nut (5) both have hexagonal cylindrical structures and are provided with central threaded holes and internal threads; the main nut (1) is abutted against the connected piece at the near end surface, is fixedly connected with the limiting washer (2) and the stop washer (3) in sequence at the far end surface, and is matched with the external thread of the bolt, so that the connected piece is in detachable threaded connection, the locking and stopping are reliable, and the strength and the rigidity of the threaded connection are not reduced;
the hardness of the limiting washer (2), the stop washer (3) and the locking washer (4) is higher than that of the bolt, the main nut (1) and the auxiliary nut (5), so that the external thread of the extruded bolt can be deformed;
the limiting washer (2) is of a circular ring-shaped sheet structure and is matched with the external thread of the bolt, the axial position of the stop washer (3) can be limited, the deformed external thread of the bolt can be shaped, and the internal thread of the main nut (1) is prevented from being damaged;
the stop washer (3) is of a circular ring-shaped curved surface sheet structure, is abutted against the locking washer (4) on the far end surface, can radially retract inwards, is pressed into the tooth bottom of the external thread of the bolt, stops relative to the bolt, and is reliable in looseness prevention and backstopping;
the stop washer (3) is provided with a thread internal tooth (33);
the thread internal teeth (33) of the stop washer (3) are pressed into the tooth bottom of the external thread of the bolt and positioned at the free end of the bolt, so that the strength of threaded connection cannot be reduced;
the internal thread (33) is pressed into the bottom of the external thread of the bolt, so that the external thread of the bolt deforms to obtain the surface shape which is completely the same as that of the internal thread (33) at the contact part, no gap exists between the internal thread (33) and the contact part, the stop washer (3) can be effectively prevented from rotating relative to the external thread of the bolt, and the stop is reliable in both forward rotation and reverse rotation;
the stop washer (3) in a stop state has radial pre-tightening force between the thread internal teeth (33) and the deformed bolt external threads;
the radial pretightening force between the contact part of the internal thread teeth (33) and the external thread of the bolt is determined by the pressing force between the stop washer (3) and the locking washer (4) and is irrelevant to the axial pretightening force of threaded connection;
even if the threaded connection is loosened, the radial pretightening force is still kept, and the locking state of the locking washer (3) cannot be influenced;
the limiting washer (2) and the stop washer (3) can share the axial load of the main nut (1);
the locking washer (4) is of a circular ring-shaped sheet structure and is matched with the external thread of the bolt, so that the deformed external thread of the bolt can be shaped, and the damage to the internal thread of the auxiliary nut (5) is avoided;
the auxiliary nut (5) is fixedly connected with the locking washer (4) on the near end surface, the locking washer (4) can be driven to rotate, the stop washer (3) is axially pressed, the stop washer (3) is driven to stop relative to the bolt, and the stop washer (3) is locked, so that the stop washer (3) generates and maintains radial pretightening force relative to the bolt;
when the connected piece is loosened, the auxiliary nut (5) can be reversed firstly, so that the stop washer (3) is withdrawn from the stop state; then the main nut (1) is screwed down to enable the connected piece to be fastened; and finally, screwing the auxiliary nut (5) to enable the stop washer (3) to enter a stop state, and shaping the deformed external thread of the bolt through the deformed part of the external thread of the bolt by the locking washer (4).
2. A locknut as claimed in claim 1, wherein: main nut (1) has chute (11) in the distal end of side, through chute (11) and spacing washer (2) and lock washer (3) joint avoid spacing washer (2) and lock washer (3) to rotate main nut (1) relatively.
3. A locknut as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the limiting washer (2) is provided with a central hole, a near folding wing piece (21), a thread part (22), an inner groove (23) and an outer groove (24);
the near-folding wing pieces (21) are of flat strip structures, are bent towards the near ends, and are clamped into the inclined grooves (11) of the main nut (1);
the threaded part (22) surrounds a central hole of the limiting washer (2), and the inner surface of the central hole is provided with at least one circle of internal threads; the internal thread is matched with the external thread of the bolt, so that the deformed external thread of the bolt can be shaped;
the inner groove (23) extends along the radial direction, penetrates through the threaded part (22) from inside to outside, and uniformly divides the threaded part (22) so that the threaded part (22) can shape the deformed external thread of the bolt conveniently;
the outer groove (24) is located on the outer circumferential surface of the limiting gasket (2) and extends inwards along the radial direction.
4. A locknut as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stop washer (3) is provided with a central hole, a curved ring part (31), a radial dent (32), an inner shrinkage groove (34) and a wing piece (35);
the curved surface ring part (31) is of a circular ring-shaped curved surface sheet structure, surrounds a central hole of the stop washer (3), is a concave curved surface at the near end surface, is a convex curved surface at the far end surface, is abutted against the locking washer (4), and can generate elastic deformation and radially retract when being extruded by the locking washer (4);
the radial dents (32) extend from inside to outside along the radial direction and are uniformly distributed on the far end surface of the curved ring part (31) along the circumference;
the thread internal teeth (33) are positioned on the inner surface of the central hole of the stop washer (3) and are a circle of internal threads; the internal thread is uniformly divided along the circumferential direction by a radial internal groove to form internal teeth; the internal teeth can be pressed into the tooth bottoms of the external threads of the bolt, so that the stop washer (3) is stopped relative to the bolt;
the inner shrinkage groove (34) extends outwards along the radial direction from the inner surface of the central hole of the stop washer (3), the curved surface ring part (31) is uniformly divided along the inner circumferential direction, the curved surface ring part (31) is convenient to shrink inwards along the radial direction, and the internal teeth (33) of the driving thread are pressed into the tooth bottom of the external thread of the bolt;
