Abstract

本发明公开了一种节能采光通风防雨百叶窗。要解决的技术问题是:现有百叶窗功能基本是通风、装饰,同时起一定遮挡作用,但更重要的是要防雨,一般百叶窗要防雨只能加密百叶片,但又不满足通风要求;另外,通风防雨百叶内侧基本不透光,室内需常年开灯。为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:本发明采用双层百叶,外层百叶镶嵌新型透明材料,内层采用具有自动开合百叶片,外层百叶与内层百叶呈“入”字形布置,外层百叶片实现第一道防水及采光功能,内层百叶片与外层百叶片搭接,并具有多道沟槽形状,有利于阻挡雨水及排水,实现第二道防水,而且不影响透光。特别在大风大雨情况下,内层百叶片中的开合叶片在风力作用下可自动打开,能有效阻挡大风大雨,实现恶劣环境下通风防雨的高性能要求。

节能采光通风防雨百叶窗
技术领域
本发明涉及的是百叶窗,特别是涉及一种节能采光通风防雨百叶窗。尤其适用于大风大雨且对防雨要求高的百叶窗。
背景技术
目前,百叶窗种类繁多,有室内百叶帘,通风百叶,室外遮阳大百叶等,样式琳琅满目,现已成为整个建筑装饰的重要组成部分。现有百叶窗功能基本是通风、装饰,同时起一定遮挡作用,但更重要的是要防雨,一般百叶窗防雨只能加密百叶片,但又不满足通风要求。城市高楼设备间空调等均要通风防雨,但设备间通常封闭,不能采光,需常年开灯。本发明百叶窗采用双层百叶,外层百叶镶嵌新型透明材料,内层采用具有自动开合叶片的百叶片,既起到通风防雨功能,又能采光,不需常年开灯。同时满足外观美观性,还达到了环保节能要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种新型百叶窗,在满足通风要求,同时实现高性能防雨,更主要实现百叶窗能采光的功能,安装方便,外观美观。
为了实现上述功能,本发明提供一种节能采光通风防雨百叶窗。包括百叶框和双层百叶,以及不锈钢防鸟网。所述百叶框由边框、上框、下框组成;所述双层百叶的内层百叶片,是固定在边框上,其中内层百叶片具有自动开合叶片;所述不锈钢防鸟网固定在百叶框内侧;所述双层百叶的外层百叶片,是以卡扣式与边框连接。外层百叶与内层百叶呈“入”字形布置,外层百叶片实现第一道防水及采光功能,内层百叶片与外层百叶片搭接,实现第二道防水,而且不影响透光。特别在大风大雨情况下,内层百叶片中的自动开合叶片在风力作用下打开,能有效阻挡大风大雨,实现恶劣环境下通风防雨的高性能要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本发明的节能采光通风防雨百叶窗作进一步详细说明。
如图1至图7所示,节能采光通风防雨百叶窗包括百叶框和双层百叶,以及不锈钢防鸟网(15)。
首先把尼龙轴套(12)套进内层自动开合百叶片(11);然后穿进内层百叶片(10)的轴孔内组成内层百叶,使内层自动开合百叶片(11)自由摆动不脱落;再把内层百叶通过不锈钢盘头钉(21)固定在百叶立边框(3)上。最后百叶上横框(1)、百叶下横框(2)通过不锈钢盘头钉(21)与百叶立边框(3)组框,另外,把外层百叶片扣座(9)通过不锈钢盘头钉(21)固定在百叶立边框(3)外侧。同时,在内层百叶立边框(3)内表面贴好橡胶垫板(14),然后通过防鸟网压板(13)把防鸟网压住。这样就完成内层百叶组装。接着,在外层百叶片上横边(6)、外层百叶片下横边(7)两端穿进外层百叶片扣件(8),槽内涂硅酮密封胶限位,组成外层百叶框,然后把透光非脆性面板(5)(如PC耐力板等)穿进外层百叶片上横边(6)、外层百叶片下横边(7)卡槽内,槽内两端涂硅酮密封胶限位,从而完成了外层百叶组装。
施工时,把内层百叶整体固定在门窗幕墙龙骨(4)或洞口中,最后一片一片把外层百叶卡扣在外层百叶片扣座(9)上,就完成了整个百叶窗安装。
正常通风情况下,内层自动开合百叶片(11)处在关闭状态,通风空间不受影响,能实现进风出风。同时,通过透光非脆性面板(5)(如PC耐力板等),能实现一半透光量,大大改善室内设备间照明,基本不用开灯。在大雨小风情况下,大部分雨水均被外层百叶阻挡,少量水通过内层百叶片(10)下表面多道沟槽阻挡,再掉到下个内层百叶片(10)上表面沟槽中,然后通过两侧百叶立边框 (3)沟槽流下,从百叶下横框(2)排出,进入室内仅剩下风,从而实现了良好的防雨性能。在大风大雨情况下,内层自动开合百叶片(11)在风力作用下打开,进一步阻挡了风和雨,使风雨迅速减缓,使进入室内的水所剩无几,以及进入室内的风速也缓和了,从而实现大风大雨恶劣环境下通风防雨的高性能要求。

Claims (8)

1. 一种节能采光通风防雨百叶窗,包括百叶框和双层百叶,以及不锈钢防鸟网(15),其特征在于:所述双层百叶包含内层百叶和外层百叶, 外层百叶与内层百叶呈“入”字形布置;所述百叶框包含百叶上横框(1)、百叶下横框(2)、百叶立边框(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内层百叶,其特征在于:尼龙轴套(12)套进内层自动开合百叶片(11),然后穿进内层百叶片(10)的轴孔内组成内层百叶。
3.其中,内层百叶片(10)具有多道沟槽,能实现集水槽功能,前端带有Y型多道挡边,后端带有C型勾边,能实现挡水及集水功能。
4.根据权利要求2所述的内层百叶,其特征在于:内层自动开合百叶片(11)能在一定角度内自由摆动不脱落,在无大风状态下能落在最低位置。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的外层百叶, 其特征在于:在外层百叶片上横边(6)、外层百叶片下横边(7)两端穿进外层百叶片扣件(8),槽内涂硅酮密封胶限位,采用免钉方式组成外层百叶框,然后把透光非脆性面板(5)(如PC耐力板等)穿进外层百叶片上横边(6)、外层百叶片下横边(7)卡槽内,槽内两端涂硅酮密封胶限位,从而组成外层百叶。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的外层百叶, 其特征在于:采用了透光非脆性面板,凡是透光非脆性材料(如PC耐力板等)均在权利要求范围内,透光非脆性面板与边框采用卡槽连接,能实现两种材料膨胀伸缩问题。
7.根据权利要求1所述的外层百叶,其特征在于:外层百叶是一片一片卡扣在百叶立边框(3)的外层百叶片扣座(9)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的百叶立边框(3),其特征在于:百叶立边框(3)带有2道槽口,能把百叶沟槽水通过槽口流到百叶下横框(2)排出。
