Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mirror base for placing an endoscope, which includes a sealed room 10, wherein a sealing door 20 is provided at a side wall of the room 10, and the inside and the outside of the room 10 are isolated from each other, and only access can be performed through the sealing door 20, so that the cleanliness of the room 10 can be effectively controlled. At least two kinds of isolation areas 30 are provided in the room 10, one is a normal isolation area 30 and the other is a standby isolation area 30, and of course, the number of the two kinds of isolation areas 30 may be determined according to the size of the room 10 and the number and kind of endoscopes to be stored.
Each isolation region 30 is internally provided with a plurality of endoscope storage devices, each endoscope storage device can be used for storing the corresponding endoscope, wherein the common isolation region 30 is used for storing the endoscope after cleaning and disinfection, the other standby isolation region 30 is used for temporarily storing the endoscope which is temporarily taken out of the common isolation region 30 and needs to be replaced by the original isolation region, the room 10 is also internally provided with a disinfection device and a fresh air system 50, the disinfection device can disinfect each isolation region 30 in the room 10, as each isolation region 30 is mutually isolated, the common isolation region 30 is used for storing the endoscope after cleaning and disinfection, the number of the isolation regions 30 can be set up a plurality, the other standby isolation region 30 is used for temporarily storing the endoscope which is temporarily taken out of the common isolation region 30 and needs to be replaced by the original isolation region, because the isolation region 30 used for storing the endoscope needs to be disinfected frequently, and the mode of ozone is adopted here, but the mode can cause certain corrosion or damage to the endoscope, the isolation region 30 can be disinfected by the mode, and the endoscope can not be stored in the mode of being replaced by the original isolation region 30 after the temporary isolation region 30 is disinfected. The isolation regions 30 are used to access the endoscope, and each isolation region 30 is readily sterilized, so that cross-over effects between isolation regions 30 are avoided. Of course, the spare isolation area 30 is also timely ozone sterilized when it is idle.
In this embodiment, a buffer area 40 is further disposed in the room 10, the buffer area 40 isolates the interior and the exterior of the room 10 again, so as to play a role in buffering, so that an operator can enter the room 10 to operate, but can not bring external air into the room 10, after entering the buffer area, the operator can disinfect the buffer area, and then enter the room 10 to take an endoscope, so that aseptic operation can be achieved, one side of the buffer area 40 is connected with the sealing door 20, the buffer area 40 is further provided with a buffer area door 41, the side wall of the buffer area 40 is provided with a first control panel 42, and the first control panel 42 is used for checking and controlling system parameters and disinfection and purification procedures in the room 10.
Here, the number of the buffer areas 40 may be two or more, and one buffer area 40 may be close to the room for cleaning the endoscope, and in general, two buffer areas 40 are disposed opposite to each other, and the buffer areas 40 are disposed closer to the cleaning area than the other buffer areas 40, so that the possibility of contacting the contaminant is greater, and the buffer areas 40 are disposed so as to avoid the influence of the room for cleaning the endoscope on the room for storing the endoscope, and after the buffer areas 40 are disposed, the room for cleaning the endoscope and the room for storing the endoscope may be effectively isolated, and even in the process of transferring the cleaned endoscope to the room for storing the endoscope, the influence of the room for storing the endoscope is not caused. Similarly, another buffer area is to make the process of taking the endoscope safer, and the buffer area can be used for disinfecting the endoscope before the user enters the room, so that the external pollutants are prevented from being brought into the room by the user.
In this embodiment, each isolation region 30 is provided with an isolation region door 31, and a second control panel 32 is installed on a portion of the side wall of the isolation region 30 near the isolation region door 31, and the second control panel 32 is used for checking and controlling system parameters and a disinfection and purification program in the isolation region 30.
Here, the first control panel 42 and the second control panel 32 are provided with an ergonomic input device, and parameter information in the room 10 and in the isolation area 30 may be set, and the parameter information mainly includes a disinfection time of the disinfection device, a storage time of each endoscope, and a ventilation time. Automatic control of the disinfection program in the room 10 and in the isolation zone 30 may be achieved. In addition, a sign may be provided at the entrance of the isolation region 30 to indicate information of the endoscope in the isolation region 30.
In the present embodiment, the sterilizing apparatus includes an air sterilizer 33, an ozone sterilizer 34 and an air conditioner installed in a common area of a room, that is, an area other than the isolation area 30, the air conditioner can improve the temperature and humidity conditions in the room, and the air sterilizer 33 and the ozone sterilizer 34 are installed in each isolation area 30 to double sterilize the endoscopes in the isolation area 30 to meet the storage and use requirements
The isolation region 30 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet (not shown in the figure), the air outlet and the air inlet are both communicated with the fresh air fan, the air outlet is provided with a one-way valve, the one-way valve enables air to circulate from the isolation region 30 to the outside only, and the pollution of the outside air to the air in the room 10 is avoided, and the air inlet and the air outlet are both arranged at the top of the isolation region 30. The fresh air system 50 can advantageously improve the quality and freshness of the air within the isolation zone 30 to minimize the risk of contamination of the endoscope.
Here, the ceiling may be disposed at the top of the room, and the air sterilizer 33, the ozone sterilizer 34, the air inlet and the air outlet may be mounted in the ceiling, so that the space in the room may be prevented from being occupied, and more endoscopes may be stored. Of course, the device can be installed at any position of the room, and only occupies a part of the space in the room relatively.
In this embodiment, the endoscope storage device includes a fixed frame 35 that can be used to store conventional endoscopes and a rotating frame 36 that saves space within the room 10 relative to the fixed frame 35, allowing for greater storage capacity of the room 10. In addition, since the rotatable frame 36 is rotatable, a worker can take the endoscope by simply standing at a fixed position of the rotatable frame 36, and thus, it is convenient to place the endoscope or take the endoscope. The fixed frame 35 is fixed on the inner side wall of the isolation region 30, the rotary frame 36 is installed at the middle position of the isolation region 30, and can be installed at other positions of the isolation region 30, the rotary frame 36 can be made of acrylic, silica gel, plastic or the like or a combination of materials, so that the endoscope can be protected), and the service life of the endoscope is long.
In this embodiment, a first protective layer (not shown) is mounted on the inner side wall of the isolation region 30, and a second protective layer 37 is mounted on the bottom of the fixed frame 35 and the rotating frame 36, and the first protective layer and the second protective layer 37 are made of soft materials. The soft materials can be plastic, plastic air bags, silica gel and the like, and can play a good role in protecting the endoscope from falling off or being mutually extruded with the hard body to be damaged.
