Abstract
The invention discloses a shearing-resistant connecting piece for a wood-concrete combined member, which consists of a PZ-type combined pin shearing-resistant connecting piece and a toothed plate, wherein the toothed plate is fixed at the bottom of the PZ-type combined pin shearing-resistant connecting piece, a plurality of toothed holes are formed in the toothed plate, each toothed hole is correspondingly provided with a tooth for pressing the shearing-resistant connecting piece into a wood structure of the wood-concrete combined member, and a plurality of teeth are sequentially arranged to form the toothed plate. The invention combines the PZ type combined pin shear connector and the toothed plate to form a new shear connector, and the shear connector has excellent static bearing performance, sliding resistance, pulling resistance and fatigue resistance, can well transfer the shearing force between the wood board and the concrete combined member, prevents the lifting of the concrete plate, and meets the stress requirement of the structural structure.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering structure connectors, in particular to a shearing-resistant connector for a wood-concrete combined member.
Background
Compared with the traditional wood structure, the bending bearing capacity and rigidity of the wood-concrete combined member are improved to a greater extent, and the fireproof performance is better. The wood-concrete combined member is a structural system which is stressed jointly after two members of wood and concrete are combined by utilizing a shear connector. The shear connector is a key element in the wood-concrete composite component, transmits longitudinal shear force on the interface of two materials and resists relative dislocation between the interface of the two materials, so that the wood component is pulled while the concrete is pressed, and the composite effect is formed.
The common connecting pieces such as MCL combined pin shear connectors and PBL shear connectors are generally only applied to concrete structures, and have problems in the construction application process, such as poor sliding resistance, stress concentration, poor fatigue resistance and the like, and cannot meet the structural construction and stress requirements. For the wood-concrete combined member, a shearing-resistant connecting piece with good effect has not been developed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the shearing-resistant connecting piece for the wood-concrete combined member, which combines the PZ combined pin shearing-resistant connecting piece and the toothed plate together to form a novel shearing-resistant connecting piece.

Preferably, the toothed plate is fixed to the bottom of the PZ type combination pin shear connector by welding.
Preferably, the materials of the PZ type combined pin shear connector and the toothed plate are high-strength steel.
Further, the surfaces of the PZ type combined pin shear connector and the toothed plate are sprayed with an anti-rust coating.
Preferably, the rust inhibitive coating is a galvanized coating.
Further, the toothed plate is an aligned toothed plate, the toothed holes are in a plurality of rows, and each row of toothed holes are sequentially arranged at the same interval.
Preferably, the toothed plate has 12 rows of perforations, each row having 12 perforations.

The invention combines the advantages of the PZ type combined pin shearing-resistant connecting piece and the toothed plate, ensures better combined effect, widens the respective application of the PZ type combined pin shearing-resistant connecting piece and the toothed plate, has excellent static bearing performance, anti-slip performance, anti-pulling performance and fatigue performance, can well transfer shearing force between a wood board and a concrete combined member, prevents lifting of a concrete plate, and meets the requirements of structural construction and stress.

The invention is described in detail below in connection with fig. 1-3. As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a shearing connector for a wood-concrete combined member, which consists of a PZ combined pin shearing connector 1 and a toothed plate 2, wherein the toothed plate 2 is fixed at the bottom of the PZ combined pin shearing connector 1.
The PZ type combined pin shearing-resistant connecting piece (Puzzle shape composite dowel) is one of combined pins, the type combined pin can be produced by single-wire cutting, the production efficiency is high, and the static force and fatigue performance are good. Under the condition of the same structural size, the PZ type combined pin shear connector has better performance than other types of combined pin shear connectors, and can better meet the structural construction and stress requirements. The PZ type combined pin shear connector and the toothed plate are combined together to form a new shear connector, so that the shear connector is used in a wood-concrete combined member, can well transfer shearing force between two materials, prevents lifting of a concrete plate, and meets the structural requirement.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the toothed plate 2 is welded to the bottom of the PZ-type composite pin shear connector 1, and as other embodiments, the toothed plate 2 may be fixed to the bottom of the PZ-type composite pin shear connector 1 by other manners. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the materials of the PZ type composite pin shear connector 1 and the toothed plate 2 are high-strength steel, and the surfaces thereof are sprayed with an anti-rust coating such as a zinc coating, thereby preventing the influence of metal rust on the bearing capacity.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the practical application of the present invention when applied to a specific bridge structure. In the figures, 5 represents the invention for connecting a concrete structure 6 and a wood structure 7.
