Detailed Description
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described in this section are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention and do not limit the scope of protection of the present invention. For example, although the description is made by taking a drum washing machine as an example with reference to the accompanying drawings, the technical principle of the present invention can also be applied to washing machines with other structures, such as a pulsator washing machine, and those skilled in the art can adjust the technical principle as needed to adapt to specific application occasions, and the adjusted technical scheme still falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. indicating the directions or positional relationships are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the washing machine with a ventilation function of the present invention mainly includes a machine body 1, an outer tub 2 accommodated in the machine body 1, and an inner tub 3 pivotally provided in the outer tub 2. Wherein, a first ventilation channel 4 is formed on the machine body 1. The first end 41 of the first air-permeable channel 4 is open to the external environment (e.g. indoor environment) of the washing machine, and the second end 42 of the first air-permeable channel 4 is open to the inside of the tub 2 (specifically, the space between the tub 2 and the tub 3), so that the tub 2 and the external environment can communicate with each other through the first air-permeable channel 4, so that the air in the external environment can enter the inside of the tub 2, and the odor in the tub 2 can be diffused to the external environment in time, thereby improving the user experience. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the odor in the tub 2 is mainly odor generated by detergent residues, washing powder residues, fibers and the like in the tub 2 going moldy for a long time in a closed environment, and pungent odor generated by rubber parts in the tub 2 going moldy for a long time in a closed environment.
As shown in fig. 1, a front plate 11 is disposed on the front surface of the machine body 1, and the front plate 11 can be connected to the front surface of the machine body 1 by any feasible connection means, such as snap connection, welding, riveting, screwing, etc. Further, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to integrally form the front plate 11 to the machine body 1 as necessary. Further, a door body 5 is also pivotally connected to the front surface of the machine body 1.
With continued reference to fig. 1-4, a first end 41 of the first ventilation channel 4 is formed to the front panel 11. When the door 5 is closed, the door 5 can cover or shield the first end 41 of the first air duct 4, thereby improving the overall appearance of the washing machine. In this connection, it should be pointed out that "covering or shielding" means that the radial extension of the door body 5 covers the position of the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4, and does not mean that the door body 5 directly closes the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4, as will be described in more detail below. The second end 42 of the first air-permeable passage 4 is formed at the upper portion of the front end of the outer cylinder 2 (the right end of the outer cylinder 2 shown in fig. 4), or one skilled in the art can also set the second end 42 of the first air-permeable passage 4 to other portions on the outer cylinder 2, such as the top in the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder 2, as needed. Further, the height of the first end 41 of the first ventilating passage 4 in the vertical direction is greater than the height of the second end 42 of the first ventilating passage 4 in the vertical direction, so as to prevent the moisture (here, mainly, condensed water) inside the first ventilating passage 4 from flowing to the outside of the washing machine.
It should be noted that, besides the position covered by the door 5 on the front plate 11, the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 may be disposed on other positions of the machine body 1, for example, two side plates, a rear plate or a top table of the machine body 1. In addition, a person skilled in the art can also set a shielding piece on the first end 41 of the first ventilation channel 4 after the position adjustment, as required, to ensure the overall aesthetic property of the washing machine. Since the side and/or rear panels of the washing machine are usually close to the wall during the use of the washing machine, the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 after the position adjustment does not affect the overall aesthetic property of the washing machine without the shielding member.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 8, the washing machine of the present invention further includes a first control switch 6, and the first control switch 6 is used to open or close a first end 41 of the first ventilating passage 4. Specifically, the first control switch 6 is capable of closing the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 when the door 5 is closed and the washing machine is turned on, and opening the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 when the door 5 is closed and the washing machine is turned off. More specifically, the first control switch 6 may be in communication with a main control panel (not shown) of the washing machine, and when the detection information received by the main control panel indicates that the door 5 is closed and the washing machine is turned on, the first control switch 6 closes the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 so as to ensure the normal operation of the washing machine, especially the normal operation of the washing operation; when the detection information received by the main control board shows that the door body 5 is closed and the washing machine is shut down, the first control switch 6 opens the first end 41 of the first ventilation channel 4 so as to ventilate the interior of the outer barrel, thereby emitting peculiar smell and musty taste.
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 2 to 6.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the door body 5 is provided with a first air-permeable opening 51, and in a state where the door body 5 is closed, a left end of the first air-permeable opening 51 in fig. 4 can be aligned with and in sealed communication with the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4. Further, the first control switch 6 is provided to the door 5, and mainly includes a shutter 61 and an electromagnetic valve 62 connected to the shutter 61. Specifically, the shutter 61 is provided in the door body 5 in a pivotal or sliding manner, and the electromagnetic valve 62 can drive the shutter 61 to rotate or slide, so that the shutter 61 is switched between a closed position (the position of the shutter 61 in fig. 4) and an open position (the position of the shutter 61 in fig. 6). In a state where the door body 5 is closed, when the shutter 61 is switched to the closed position, the first ventilation opening 51 is blocked, so that the communication of the first ventilation passage 4 with the external environment is blocked; when the shutter 61 is switched to the open position, the first air-permeable opening 51 is opened, so that the first air-permeable passage 4 communicates with the outside environment.
Further, corresponding to the position of the first end 41 of the first air-permeable channel 4, a person skilled in the art may set the first control switch 6 to other positions on the machine body 1 or the door body 5 as needed, as long as the first control switch 6 can close the first end 41 of the first air-permeable channel 4 when the door body 5 is closed and the washing machine is powered on, and open the first end 41 of the first air-permeable channel 4 when the door body 5 is closed and the washing machine is powered off, and such changes and adjustments do not depart from the principle and the protection scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, a person skilled in the art can add a return spring (not shown in the drawings) to the first control switch 6, as required, and make the return spring operatively connected to the shutter 61, so that the return spring can drive the shutter 61 to move towards the opened position, thereby making the first ventilation channel 4 communicate with the external environment. When it is desired to block the communication of the first air-permeable passage 4 with the external environment, the solenoid valve 62 is energized so as to overcome the elastic force of the return spring, driving the shutter 61 towards the closed position. It will be readily understood by those skilled in the art that the return spring enables the first control switch 6 to automatically connect the tub 2 with the external environment through the first air-permeable passage 4 when the washing machine is turned off, and the solenoid valve 62 enables the first control switch 6 to automatically disconnect the tub 2 from the external environment when the washing machine is turned on and the door is closed, preventing the water in the tub 2 from flowing from the first air-permeable passage 4 to the external environment.
In the first embodiment, it should be noted that the first ventilation opening 51 is provided in the door body 5, on one hand, to facilitate the on-off operation of the first ventilation duct 4, and on the other hand, to provide visual function identification for the user, so as to remind the user that the washing machine of the present invention has the function of ventilation when it is turned off.
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 7, unlike the first embodiment, the first air-permeable opening 51 of the present embodiment is not directly communicated with the external environment, but is communicated with the external environment via an auxiliary air-permeable passage 52 and a second air-permeable opening 53 provided in the door body 5. Specifically, the auxiliary air-permeable passage 52 is provided inside the door body 5, the second air-permeable opening 53 is provided on the outer periphery of the door body 5 and communicates with the outside environment, and the auxiliary air-permeable passage 52 communicates the first air-permeable opening 51 with the second air-permeable opening 53. Further, the auxiliary air-permeable channel 52 is preferably configured in a circular arc shape, that is, the extending direction of the auxiliary air-permeable channel 52 in the door body 5 is in an arc shape, and the middle portion of the auxiliary air-permeable channel 52 is communicated with the first air-permeable opening 51, and two ends of the auxiliary air-permeable channel 52 are respectively connected with the two second air-permeable openings 53. In addition, the auxiliary air-permeable passage 52 may be provided in other shapes, such as a bar shape, an S shape, a V shape, etc., as required by those skilled in the art; other numbers of second ventilation openings 53 are provided in the door body 5 and communicate with the auxiliary ventilation channels 52, for example, one, three, four, etc. Illustratively, when only one second air-permeable opening 53 communicating with the auxiliary air-permeable passage 52 is provided in the door body 5, both ends of the auxiliary air-permeable passage 52 communicate with the first air-permeable opening 51 and the second air-permeable opening 53, respectively.
As can be seen from the above, compared to the first embodiment, the second embodiment can effectively hide the first end 41 of the first air duct 4, so as to ensure the overall aesthetic appearance of the washing machine, and when the user opens the door 5, the second air opening 53 can also remind the user that the washing machine of the present invention has the shutdown air-permeable function.
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.
As shown in fig. 10 and 12, unlike the first embodiment, the door body 5 is not provided with the first ventilation opening 51 in the present embodiment. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first control switch 6 is also provided to the door body 5, and mainly includes the blocking member 63, the return spring 64, and the electromagnetic valve (not shown in the figure). Wherein the shape of the blocking member 63 matches the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4, and in fig. 10 the right end of the blocking member 63 is provided with a flange structure (not indicated in the figures). The left side plate of the door body 5 is provided with a through hole having a size larger than the left end of the blocking member 63 and smaller than the flange structure at the right end of the blocking member 63 so that the left end of the blocking member 63 can pass through the through hole and the flange structure at the right end of the blocking member 63 cannot pass through the through hole, preventing the blocking member 63 from slipping off the door body 5. Further, when the blocking member 63 is slid to the left in fig. 10, the left end of the blocking member 63 can engage with the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4, thereby closing the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4. When the blocking member 63 slides to the right in fig. 12, the left end of the blocking member 63 is separated from the first end 41 of the first ventilation duct 4, and the first end 41 of the first ventilation duct 4 communicates with the external environment through the gap between the door body 5 and the front panel 11.
With continued reference to fig. 10 and 12, a return spring 64 is operatively connected to the blocking member 63. Specifically, the return spring 64 is fitted around the outer side of the closing member 63, and the left end of the return spring 64 abuts against the inner surface of the left side plate of the door body 5, and the right end of the return spring 64 abuts against the left end surface of the flange structure of the closing member 63. When the left end of the blocking member 63 is engaged with the first end 41 of the first passage 4, the return spring 64 is under compression by the solenoid valve, so as to be able to push the blocking member 63 to slide to the right when the solenoid valve is de-energized, disengaging the blocking member 63 from the engagement with the first passage 4 and putting the first passage 4 in communication with the external environment.
Although not shown in the figures, the solenoid valve is connected to the blocking member 63 and, when the solenoid valve is energized, the solenoid valve can drive the blocking member 63 to slide to the left against the elastic force of the return spring 64 until it engages the first end 41 of the first air passage 4, disconnecting the first air passage 4 from the external environment. Further, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to omit the provision of the return spring 64, cause the solenoid valve to directly drive the blocking member 63 to move leftward and rightward, and the solenoid valve can also hold the blocking member 63 in the closed position and the open position, as necessary. Alternatively, the return spring 64 drives the closing member 63 to close the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4, and the electromagnetic valve drives the closing member 63 to open the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 against the elastic force of the return spring 64. Further, although a solenoid valve and return spring are described herein, this is not intended to be limiting and other drive members or return members may be employed as desired by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
As apparent from the above description, the third embodiment can effectively hide the first end 41 of the first ventilating passage 4, ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the whole washing machine, and is more suitable for the user group who has no requirement for the identifiability of the ventilating function but has requirements for the appearance tidiness and the aesthetic appearance of the washing machine, compared with the first embodiment.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the technical solutions of the first and third embodiments of the present invention, when the door 5 is in the closed state and the washing machine is in the closed state, the first control switch 6 can be automatically switched to the open position, so that the outer tub 2 communicates with the external environment through the first air-permeable passage 4; when the door body 5 is in a closed state and the washing machine is in a starting state, the first control switch 6 is electrified to be automatically switched to a closed position, so that the communication between the outer barrel 2 and the external environment is blocked. Therefore, the washing machine of the present invention does not generate peculiar smell in the outer tub 2 even if it is not used for a long time, thereby improving the user experience.
It should be noted that, although the first and third embodiments of the present invention describe only one first ventilation channel 4, any number of first ventilation channels 4 may be provided, and each first ventilation channel 4 is independently provided with one first control switch 6. In addition, as required, a person skilled in the art may also set the first ventilation channel 4 on a side plate, a rear plate or a top table of the machine body 1, or may set a plurality of first ventilation channels 4 at positions on the front plate 11 covered by the door body 5, so as to improve the ventilation capability of the washing machine in the closed state.
As shown in fig. 3, 5, 8 and 11, the washing machine with an airing function of the present invention optionally further includes a second airing channel 7 and a second control switch 8. The second air-permeable passage 7 is preferably provided at an end of the machine body 1 remote from the first air-permeable passage 4. Preferably, the second air-permeable passage 7 is connected to the rear end of the outer tub 2. Specifically, a first end of the second air-permeable channel 7 (left end of the second air-permeable channel 7 in fig. 8) is formed on the rear plate of the machine body 1 and opens to the outside environment, and a second end of the second air-permeable channel 7 (right end of the second air-permeable channel 7 in fig. 11) is formed on the outer tub 2 and opens to the inside of the outer tub 2 (specifically, the rear end of the outer tub 2). Or, the person skilled in the art can set the second ventilation channel 7 at other positions on the washing machine as required, for example, a first end of the second ventilation channel 7 is formed on a side plate or a front plate of the machine body 1, and a second end of the second ventilation channel 7 is formed on a circumferential position or a front end of the outer tub 2. The second control switch 8 is disposed in the second air-permeable passage 7 and is used for opening or closing the second air-permeable passage 7 to communicate or isolate the outer tub 2 with the external environment. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, fig. 12 shows a state in which the second control switch 8 is in the off position, and fig. 14 shows a state in which the second control switch 8 is in the on position. As an example, the second control switch 8 mainly includes a shutter 81 and a control valve 82, the shutter 81 being disposed in the second ventilation passage 7; the control valve 82 is connected to the baffle 81 for driving the baffle 81 to move, so that the second air-permeable passage 7 is opened or closed. Further, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to set the second control switch 8 to have the same structure as the first control switch 6 shown in fig. 3 and 4, as necessary. Alternatively, the second control switch 8 and the first control switch 6 can be set to be other switches with on-off function by those skilled in the art according to the requirement.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the second air-permeable passage 7 is disposed to enable a circulating air-permeable loop to be formed between the outer tub 2 and the external environment through the first air-permeable passage 4 and the second air-permeable passage 7, so as to improve the air circulation capability between the inside of the outer tub 2 and the external environment, and to more effectively avoid the problem of generating the odor inside the outer tub 4.
Further, it should be noted that the first air-permeable passage 4 and the second air-permeable passage 7 may be passages formed by any feasible structure, such as passages formed by flexible hoses, passages formed by sheet metal bending welding, passages integrally formed to the machine body 1, and the like. Also, when the washing machine of the present invention is provided with both the first and second ventilation passages 4 and 7, either one of them may be used for air intake and the other may be used for air exhaust depending on the use environment. Similarly, when the washing machine of the present invention (e.g., the front plate 11 thereof) is provided with a plurality of first air-permeable passages 4 at the same time, any one or more of them may be used for air intake and the other air-permeable passages may be used for air exhaust. Variations of the specific venting function described above may be made without departing from the principles of the invention and are therefore intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for controlling the above-mentioned washing machine having the airing function, the method mainly comprising the steps of: detecting the opening and closing state of the door body 5; detecting the on-off state of the washing machine; the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 is selectively opened or closed based on the open/close state of the door 5 and the open/close state of the washing machine.
Specifically, when it is detected that the door 5 is closed and the washing machine is turned on, the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 is closed. When it is detected that the door 5 is closed and the washing machine is turned off, the first end 41 of the first air-permeable passage 4 is opened. It should be noted that the above-mentioned starting state of the washing machine includes a starting operation state and a starting non-operation state, and the starting operation state includes a washing state, a draining state, a dewatering state, and the like.
