Abstract
本发明公开了一种油库用防爆油井盖,包括油井盖底座,油井盖底座上设置有连接座,连接座上设置有连接座,连接座上活动连接有油井盖,所述连接座上设有静电接线柱,所述静电接线柱上连接有静电导线,油井盖的边缘设置有卡扣,油井盖底座上设置有与卡扣相配合的卡环。除具有防雨雪、树叶等杂物落入油井内等功能外,由于油井盖具有通风透气功能,极大的减少了油井内的油蒸气浓度。防止油蒸气在油井内大量积聚,增大了安全系数。由于通风透气,使油井内温、湿度与油井外温、湿度大体平衡,减少了因温差较大,油井内空气中水分凝结成冷凝水,对输油管线、阀门等附件造成腐蚀,延长了设备使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及油井装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种油库用防爆油井盖。
背景技术
油库中,在进行储存油时,储油罐中容易积聚油蒸气,目前油库使用的油井盖一般都是用3mm厚钢板焊制的圆盖子,这种盖子经过多年使用我们感到存在一定的弊端:盖子较密封,油井内的油蒸气不能及时散出,油井内的油蒸气浓度大,遇到火花易发生燃烧爆炸;油井内潮湿空气不能及时与外界空气对流,尤其是昼夜温差比较大的北部地区及寒冷的冬季,油井内空气中的水份极易凝结成冷凝水,对输油管线、阀门等附件腐蚀较大,影响设备使用寿命;油井盖和底座都是铁制品,又无导静电装置,保管员在开启、关闭油井盖时与铁底座发生碰撞,易产生火花,存在不安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷或不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种油库用防爆油井盖。
本发明的技术方案为:
包括油井盖底座,油井盖底座上设置有连接座,连接座上设置有连接座,连接座上活动连接有油井盖,所述连接座上设有静电接线柱,所述静电接线柱上连接有静电导线,油井盖的边缘设置有卡扣,油井盖底座上设置有与卡扣相配合的卡环。
所述油井盖一测设置有连接环,连接环通过连接销与连接座相连接。
所述油井盖上设有锁紧拉手。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用油井盖,除具有防雨雪、树叶等杂物落入油井内等功能外,由于闭合式油井盖具有通风透气功能,极大的减少了油井内的油蒸气浓度。防止油蒸气在油井内大量积聚,增大了安全系数。由于通风透气,使油井内温、湿度与油井外温、湿度大体平衡,减少了因温差较大,油井内空气中水分凝结成冷凝水,对输油管线、阀门等附件造成腐蚀,延长了设备使用寿命。油井盖轨道上安装有导静电接线柱,通过接线柱及防静电导线,及时导走油井盖产生的静电,避免了因静电产生的危害

下面结合附图对本发明做详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种油库用防爆油井盖,包括油井盖底座,油井盖底座上设置有连接座2,连接座上设置有连接座2,连接座2上活动连接有油井盖1,所述连接座2上设有静电接线柱3,所述静电接线柱3上连接有静电导线4,油井盖1的边缘设置有卡扣5,油井盖底座上设置有与卡扣5相配合的卡环。所述油井盖1一测设置有连接环,连接环通过连接销与连接座2相连接。所述油井盖1上设有锁紧拉手。
在油井盖1在关闭的情况下,雨水滴落在油井盖1上能很快的流到地面,防止雨水流入油井内。所述油井盖由厚1.2mm铁皮制成长1600mm,宽900mm的长方形盖子,盖子下面四周焊有支撑架,盖子顶部向两边有一定的坡度。油井盖1在关闭的情况下,油井盖1四周与底座有20mm的“U”型间隙,使油井内的油蒸气及空气与油井外的空气产生对流。一是减少了油井内油蒸气的浓度;二是通过空气对流减小油井内、外空气温差,防止油井内产生冷凝水,从而减少冷凝水对管线、闸阀等附件生产腐蚀。

1.一种油库用防爆油井盖,其特征在于,包括油井盖底座,油井盖底座上设置有连接座(2),连接座上设置有连接座(2),连接座(2)上活动连接有油井盖(1),所述连接座(2)上设有静电接线柱(3),所述静电接线柱(3)上连接有静电导线(4),油井盖(1)的边缘设置有卡扣(5),油井盖底座上设置有与卡扣(5)相配合的卡环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油库用滑动式油井盖,其特征在于,所述油井盖(1)一测设置有连接环,连接环通过连接销与连接座(2)相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油库用滑动式油井盖,其特征在于,所述油井盖(1)上设有锁紧拉手。
