Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗老化收缩膜,自上而下依次包括隔离保护层、收缩膜本体、修复层;本方案中的抗老化收缩膜主要包括隔离保护层、收缩膜本体和修复层;收缩膜本体具有较好的机械强度,设置在收缩膜本体上表面的隔离保护层能对收缩膜本体起到一定的保护作用,而设置在收缩膜本体下表面的修复膜具有较好的韧性且为收缩膜本体减缓热空气和阳光的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种膜材料,特别涉及一种抗老化收缩膜。
背景技术
收缩膜用于各种产品的销售和运输过程,其主要作用是温度。遮盖和保护产品;收缩膜必须具有较高的耐穿刺性,良好的收缩性和一定的收缩应力,在收缩过程中,薄膜不能产生孔洞。
收缩膜广泛应用于食品、药品、消毒餐具、文体用品、工艺礼品、印刷品、五金塑料制品、电话机、电子电器等各种产品的外包装,尤其是在不规则形体物品或商品的组合式包装方面,既能满足商品的防潮防尘、防触摸偷换、抗老化展示等功能,又能增加产品外观吸引力,也可用于代替各类纸盒,不但节约包装成本,而且复合包装潮流;收缩膜可加工制成平口袋、圆弧形袋、梯形袋等异形袋子。
由于收缩膜广泛的与空气、阳光揭除,其不可避免的会出现老化等问题,老化问题将直接影响着收缩膜的使用寿命;如申请公布号为“CN102731887A”的中国专利所公开的一种抗老化收缩膜,目前市面上常见的抗老化收缩膜的主要成分依然是聚乙烯以及抗老化母料。
通过向其中添加抗老化母料的方式虽然在一定程度上产生的抗老化的作用效果,但是这种方式也仅仅是缓解了收缩膜老化的问题,并没有从根源上解决收缩膜老化的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗老化收缩膜。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种抗老化收缩膜,自上而下依次包括隔离保护层、收缩膜本体、修复层。
作为优选,所述隔离保护层包括以下组分,以下组分按重量计:
所述收缩膜本体包括以下组分,以下组分按重量计:
环氧丙烯酸酯 40-45份
充填介质 0.1-1份
所述修复层包括以下组分,以下组分按重量计:
作为优选,所述充填介质采用碳酸钙粉末、碳酸钠粉末、碳酸锌粉末中的任意一种或几种混配。
作为优选,所述收缩膜本体中还包括光稳定剂、热稳定剂和硅烷偶联剂,以下组分按重量计:
光稳定剂 1-1.5份
热稳定剂 0.5-0.6份
硅烷偶联剂 0.2-0.6份。
作为优选,主要包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,隔离保护层的制备:将聚酰胺、丙烯酸、明胶混合后升温至280-300℃后并持续搅拌;将研磨后的氧化锌粉末、二氧化钛粉末添加其中并继续搅拌;
步骤2,收缩膜本体的制备:将环氧丙烯酸酯、硅烷偶联剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂混合升温至60-80℃持续搅拌,向其中加入充填介质后持续搅拌;
步骤3,修复层的制备:将聚已内酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚氨酯丙烯酸、高吸水树脂混合并持续升温至完全溶解;
步骤4:将步骤2中制备得到的混合物拉成/挤出成型后冷却至室温,浸入浓度为5-30%的果酸溶液1-10分钟后取出清洗并干燥;
步骤5:将步骤1和步骤3中制备得到的混合物拉出/挤出成型后分别覆盖在步骤4中制备得到的收缩膜本体上、下表面后热压成一个整体。
作为优选,所述步骤4后还包括步骤4.1:将干燥后的收缩膜本体进行拉伸处理。
作为优选,步骤5可由步骤5.1替换;
步骤5.1:将步骤1中制备得到的混合物拉出/挤出成型后覆盖在步骤4中制备得到的收缩膜本体上表面后热压使之成为一体,再将制备好的膜体下表面浸入步骤3中制备得到液体中,烘干并多次热压成型。
作为优选,所述步骤3中高速搅拌至乳化。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.塑料老化的原因主要是结构或组分内部具有易引起老化的弱点,如具有不饱和双肩、支链、羰基、末端上的羟基等,外界或环境因素主要是阳光、氧气、臭氧、热、水、高能辐射等造成的;而最为常见的塑料老化原因是阳光和热空气;本方案中的抗老化收缩膜主要包括隔离保护层、收缩膜本体和修复层;收缩膜本体具有较好的机械强度,设置在收缩膜本体上表面的隔离保护层能对收缩膜本体起到一定的保护作用,而设置在收缩膜本体下表面的修复膜具有较好的韧性且为收缩膜本体减缓热空气和阳光的伤害;
2.隔离保护层的主要成分为聚酰胺、二氧化钛粉末、氧化锌粉末、丙烯酸和明胶;其中二氧化钛粉末和氧化锌粉末对紫外线有较好的反射作用,且物理化学性质稳定;丙烯酸、明胶和聚酰胺协同成膜;修复层主要包括高吸水树脂、聚已内酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、水性丙烯酸和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯具有较好的拉伸或承重性能,高吸水树脂对水性溶液等极高的吸附能力,因此高吸水树脂水润型、弹性高且因其中水分含量较多的缘故,比热容较大,吸、放热之后温度变化较小,有益于维护收缩膜本体的温度稳定性,同时当收缩膜本体光照或受热后修复层可吸收收缩膜本体上的热量,避免塑料老化。

本具体实施例仅仅是对本发明的解释,其并不是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造性贡献的修改,但只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
实施例:
一种抗老化收缩膜,主要包括隔离保护层、收缩膜本体和修复层;隔离保护层位于收缩膜本体的上表面,修复层位于收缩膜本体的下表面。
收缩膜本体主要包括环氧丙酸酯、充填介质、光稳定剂、热稳定剂和硅烷偶联剂;充填介质可采用碳酸钙粉末、碳酸钠粉末或碳酸锌粉末。
隔离保护层主要包括聚酰胺、二氧化钛粉末、氧化锌粉末、丙烯酸和明胶。
修复层主要包括高吸水树脂、聚已内酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、水性丙烯酸、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
实施例1-实施例6中各物质组成相同,但是各物质成分不同,详见下表1所示。

一种抗老化收缩膜,主要包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,隔离保护层的制备:将聚酰胺、丙烯酸、明胶混合后升温至280-300℃后并持续搅拌;将研磨后的氧化锌粉末、二氧化钛粉末添加其中并继续搅拌;
步骤2,收缩膜本体的制备:将环氧丙烯酸酯、硅烷偶联剂、热稳定剂、紫外稳定剂混合升温至60-80℃持续搅拌,向其中加入充填介质后持续搅拌;
步骤3,修复层的制备:将聚已内酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚氨酯丙烯酸、高吸水树脂混合并持续升温至完全溶解;
步骤4:将步骤2中制备得到的混合物拉成/挤出成型后冷却至室温,浸入浓度为5-30%的果酸溶液1-10分钟后取出清洗并干燥;
步骤4.1:将干燥后的收缩膜本体进行拉伸处理;
步骤5:将步骤1和步骤3中制备得到的混合物拉出/挤出成型后分别覆盖在步骤4中制备得到的收缩膜本体上、下表面后热压成一个整体。
实施例8:
一种抗老化收缩膜,主要包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,隔离保护层的制备:将聚酰胺、丙烯酸、明胶混合后升温至280-300℃后并持续搅拌;将研磨后的氧化锌粉末、二氧化钛粉末添加其中并继续搅拌;
步骤2,收缩膜本体的制备:将环氧丙烯酸酯、硅烷偶联剂、热稳定剂、紫外稳定剂混合升温至60-80℃持续搅拌,向其中加入充填介质后持续搅拌;
步骤3,修复层的制备:将聚已内酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚氨酯丙烯酸、高吸水树脂混合并持续升温至完全溶解,待溶解之后高速搅拌直至乳化;
步骤4:将步骤2中制备得到的混合物拉成/挤出成型后冷却至室温,浸入浓度为5-30%的果酸溶液1-10分钟后取出清洗并干燥;
步骤4.1:将干燥后的收缩膜本体进行拉伸处理;
步骤5.1:将步骤1中制备得到的混合物拉出/挤出成型后覆盖在步骤4中制备得到的收缩膜本体上表面后热压使之成为一体,再将制备好的膜体下表面浸入步骤3中制备得到液体中,烘干并多次热压成型。
实施例1-6中的抗老化收缩膜由实施例7中的制备方法制作而成,实施例8-13中的抗老化收缩膜与实施例1-6中的各物质组分相同,但是由实施例8中的制备方法制备而成的。
对实施例1-6、实施例8-13中的抗老化收缩膜根据国标GB/T7141-2008进行性能测试,由实验室模拟自然环境进行老化处理,并记录在下表2中。

对比例1采用95%聚乙烯和5%抗老化母料混合;
对比例2为纯度大于99%的聚乙烯塑料。
拉伸强度(MPa)为施加在收缩膜两侧直至将收缩膜拉断的作用力,承重能力(Kg)为向收缩膜最大承重量。
综上所述:在实验室中模拟自然环境下使塑料老化的条件,一段时间之后测量经过老化处理后塑料的机械强度;本方案中制备得到的抗老化收缩膜与纯塑料以及掺有抗老化母料的塑料相比在抗老化方面具有一定的优越性,经过老化测试后,虽然在拉伸强度、承重能力上均有所下降,但是与对比例1和对比例2相比,下降程度不高;其次在经过老化处理之后,对比例2中的收缩膜表面粘粘,对比例1产生轻微粘粘,本方案中的收缩膜基本没有粘粘感。

1.一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于:自上而下依次包括隔离保护层、收缩膜本体、修复层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于,所述隔离保护层包括以下组分,以下组分按重量计:
聚酰胺 42-48份
二氧化钛粉末 2-4份
氧化锌粉末 1-2份
丙烯酸 12-15份
明胶 0.1-0.3份
所述收缩膜本体包括以下组分,以下组分按重量计:
环氧丙烯酸酯 40-45份
充填介质 0.1-1份
所述修复层包括以下组分,以下组分按重量计:
高吸水树脂 1-2份
聚已内酯纤维 0.1-0.2份
聚丙烯纤维 0.1-0.2份
水性丙烯酸 5-8份
聚氨酯丙烯酸酯 40-45份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于:所述充填介质采用碳酸钙粉末、碳酸钠粉末、碳酸锌粉末中的任意一种或几种混配。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于:所述收缩膜本体中还包括光稳定剂、热稳定剂和硅烷偶联剂,以下组分按重量计:
光稳定剂 1-1.5份
热稳定剂 0.5-0.6份
硅烷偶联剂 0.2-0.6份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于,主要包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,隔离保护层的制备:将聚酰胺、丙烯酸、明胶混合后升温至280-300℃后并持续搅拌;将研磨后的氧化锌粉末、二氧化钛粉末添加其中并继续搅拌;
步骤2,收缩膜本体的制备:将环氧丙烯酸酯、硅烷偶联剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂混合升温至60-80℃持续搅拌,向其中加入充填介质后持续搅拌;
步骤3,修复层的制备:将聚已内酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚氨酯丙烯酸、高吸水树脂混合并持续升温至完全溶解;
步骤4:将步骤2中制备得到的混合物拉成/挤出成型后冷却至室温,浸入浓度为5-30%的果酸溶液1-10分钟后取出清洗并干燥;
步骤5:将步骤1和步骤3中制备得到的混合物拉出/挤出成型后分别覆盖在步骤4中制备得到的收缩膜本体上、下表面后热压成一个整体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于,所述步骤4后还包括步骤4.1:将干燥后的收缩膜本体进行拉伸处理。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于:步骤5可由步骤5.1替换;
步骤5.1:将步骤1中制备得到的混合物拉出/挤出成型后覆盖在步骤4中制备得到的收缩膜本体上表面后热压使之成为一体,再将制备好的膜体下表面浸入步骤3中制备得到液体中,烘干并多次热压成型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗老化收缩膜,其特征在于,所述步骤3中高速搅拌至乳化。
