Abstract
The application discloses a rubber cutting device of a rubber mixing machine, which comprises a cutter frame positioned on a rubber mixing roller and a cutter adjusting device positioned on the cutter frame; the cutter frame comprises an upper through hollow frame and a lower through hollow frame which are parallel to the rubber mixing roller, and two cutters which can slide along the length direction of the frame; the cutter comprises a cutter body and a rectangular cutter handle fixed at the top end of the cutter body; the cutter handle of the cutter is slidably clamped in the frame; the inner bottom surface of the frame is uniformly provided with a plurality of grooves matched with the shape of the knife handle; the length direction of the groove is vertical to the length direction of the rubber mixing roller; a group of rollers and a driving device for driving the rollers to rotate are arranged in the frame corresponding to each cutter; one of each group of roller sets is arranged in the middle of the frame, and the other roller set is arranged at the end part of the frame; two sides of each knife handle in the length direction are respectively fixed on the rollers of each group of rollers through pull ropes; the cutter adjusting device is used for rotating the cutter handle to be matched with the groove and fixed in the groove in a pressing mode. This application has improved and has cut gluey efficiency, has brought the convenience for the operator.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure generally relates to a rubber ball preparation device, in particular to a rubber cutting device of a rubber mixing machine.
Background
The rubber mixing machine needs to directly take off the rubber which is well mixed from the rubber mixing machine in the rubber mixing process, and burrs and incomplete rubber blocks need to be removed in the rubber mixing process, so that the rubber is generally only taken from a middle section on a rubber mixing wheel, the distance between the existing rubber cutting tools cannot be adjusted, and an operator cannot cut off the rubber with different widths according to own needs.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it is desirable to provide a rubber mixing machine rubber cutting device, which comprises a cutter frame on a rubber mixing roller and a cutter adjusting device on the cutter frame; the cutter frame comprises an upper transparent hollow frame and a lower transparent hollow frame which are parallel to the rubber mixing roller, and two cutters which can slide along the length direction of the frames; the cutter comprises a cutter body and a rectangular cutter handle fixed at the top end of the cutter body; the cutter handle of the cutter is slidably clamped in the frame; a plurality of grooves matched with the shape of the knife handle are uniformly formed in the inner bottom surface of the frame; the length direction of the groove is vertical to the length direction of the rubber mixing roller; a group of rollers and a driving device for driving the rollers to rotate are arranged in the frame corresponding to each cutter; each group of rollers comprises a first roller and a second roller; the first roller is arranged in the middle of the frame; the second roller is positioned at the end part of the frame; two sides of each knife handle in the length direction are respectively fixed on the first roller and the second roller of each group of rollers through pull ropes; the cutter adjusting device is used for rotating the cutter handle to be matched with the groove and fixed in the groove in a pressing mode.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the cutter adjusting device comprises a moving frame positioned above the frame, a pressing mechanism which is fixed on one side of the moving frame and corresponds to each groove and is used for pressing the cutter handle, and a moving rod which can move along the moving frame and is used for pushing the pressing mechanism to rotate.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the pressing mechanism comprises an inverted U-shaped pressing rod, a cylinder piston rod fixed at the top end of the pressing rod through a bearing and an adjusting rod extending out of one side of the top end of the pressing rod; and push rods with end parts parallel to the root parts of the adjusting rods extend out of the moving rods corresponding to the adjusting rods.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a pressing ring for pressing the rope body is arranged in the frame and close to each roller.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the distance between the cutter can be through the handle of a knife of drive running roller pulling cutter, reach the recess of assigned position after the handle of a knife through adjusting device with the handle of a knife press and rotatory fixed can, but consequently the cutter distance automatically regulated of this application has improved and has cut gluey efficiency, has brought the convenience for the operator.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a rubber cutting device of a rubber mixing machine according to the present application, including a cutter holder 20 located on a rubber mixing roll 10 and a cutter adjusting device 30 located on the cutter holder 20; the cutter frame 20 comprises an upper and lower through hollow frame 21 parallel to the rubber mixing roller 10 and two cutters 40 capable of sliding along the length direction of the frame 21; the cutter 40 comprises a cutter body 41 and a rectangular cutter handle 42 fixed at the top end of the cutter body 41; the cutter handle 42 of the cutter 40 is slidably clamped in the frame 21; a plurality of grooves 22 matched with the shape of the knife handle are uniformly formed in the inner bottom surface of the frame 21; the length direction of the groove 22 is vertical to the length direction of the rubber mixing roller 10; a group of rollers 23 and a driving device for driving the rollers 23 to rotate are arranged in the frame 21 corresponding to each cutter 40; each set of rollers 23 comprises a first roller and a second roller; the first roller is arranged in the middle of the frame 21; the second roller is positioned at the end part of the frame 21; two sides of each knife handle 42 in the length direction are respectively fixed on a first roller and a second roller of each group of rollers through pull ropes; the cutter 40 adjusting device is used for rotating the cutter handle 42 to be matched with the groove 22 and press-fixed in the groove 22.
In a preferred embodiment, the cutter adjusting device 30 includes a moving frame 31 located above the frame 21, a pressing mechanism 32 fixed to one side of the moving frame 31 and provided corresponding to each groove 22 for pressing the shank 42, and a moving rod 33 movable along the moving frame 31 for pushing the pressing mechanism 32 to rotate.
In a preferred embodiment, the pressing mechanism 32 includes an inverted U-shaped pressing rod 34, a cylinder piston rod fixed on the top end of the pressing rod 34 through a bearing, and an adjusting rod 35 extending from one side of the top end of the pressing rod 34; a push rod 36 with the end part being flush with the root of the adjusting rod 35 extends out of the moving rod 33 corresponding to each adjusting rod 35.
In a preferred embodiment, a pressing ring for pressing the rope is provided in the frame 21 adjacent to each roller 23.

1. A rubber cutting device of a rubber mixing machine is characterized by comprising a cutter frame (20) positioned on a rubber mixing roller (10) and a cutter adjusting device (30) positioned on the cutter frame (20); the cutter frame (20) comprises an upper and lower through hollow frame (21) parallel to the rubber mixing roller (10) and two cutters (40) capable of sliding along the length direction of the frame (21); the cutter (40) comprises a cutter body (41) and a rectangular cutter handle (42) fixed at the top end of the cutter body (41); the cutter handle (42) of the cutter (40) is slidably clamped in the frame (21); a plurality of grooves (22) matched with the shape of the knife handle are uniformly formed in the inner bottom surface of the frame (21); the length direction of the groove (22) is vertical to the length direction of the rubber mixing roller (10); a group of rollers (23) and a driving device for driving the rollers (23) to rotate are arranged in the frame (21) corresponding to each cutter (40); each group of roller sets comprises a first roller and a second roller; the first roller is arranged in the middle of the frame (21); the second roller is positioned at the end part of the frame (21); two sides of each knife handle (42) in the length direction are respectively fixed on a first roller and a second roller of each group of rollers through pull ropes; the cutter adjusting device (30) is used for rotating the cutter handle (42) to be matched with the groove (22) and press-fixed in the groove (22).

Rubber mixing machine rubber cutting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutter adjusting device (30) comprises a moving frame (31) located above the frame (21), a pressing mechanism (32) fixed on one side of the moving frame (31) and corresponding to each groove (22) for pressing the cutter handle (42), and a moving rod (33) capable of moving along the moving frame (31) for pressing the pressing mechanism (32) to rotate.

A rubber mixing machine rubber cutting device according to claim 2, wherein the pressing mechanism (32) comprises an inverted U-shaped pressing rod (34), a cylinder piston rod fixed at the top end of the pressing rod (34) through a bearing, and an adjusting rod (35) extending from one side of the top end of the pressing rod (34); a push rod (36) with the end part being flush with the root part of the adjusting rod (35) extends out of the moving rod (33) corresponding to each adjusting rod (35).
4. A rubber mixing and cutting device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a press ring for pressing the rope body is arranged in the frame (21) near each roller (23).
